Excellent location just out of city centre. Safe underground car parking.
Kettle needed checking out & one duvet could have been cleaner, this was reported to the reception office & was offered to change both immediately.

Relativ zentrale Lage. Supermarkt im Areal integriert.
Gute Busanbindung. Sehr nettes Personal in der Rezeption.
Geräumiges Apartment.
Nothing to complain.

What breakfast? Enjoyed location and facilities.. would have appreciated a TV
3.5 / 5.0
Gratis parkeren.Goede gratis WiFi. Ruime kamer. Ruime keuken. Goede koelkast en vriezer. Ramen konden open. Vlakbij winkeltje waar je heerlijke koffie kan drinken. Aparte kamer voor iedere gast. Je moet 3 keer elektronisch een deur openen voordat je je slaapkamer in komt. Voelt veilig.
Kale bedoeling. Geen televisie. Douchekop niet te bewegen. Geen airco.

Very comfortable, secure and good value
A few hangers in the wardrobes would have been great.
3.0 / 5.0
The view and spaciousness. Also good parking
Too many repairs needed - a shower, lights. Light switches, window not shutting, also sheet on one bed was too small.
3.0 / 5.0
Perfect for teenagers. Each teen had their own room with an ensuite, good WIFI and a desk which they all enjoyed.
The living/kitchen area was utilitarian and sterile, not a place to linger. It was also poorly kitted out eg not enough plates or cutlery for a family of five, despite the booking clearly being for five people.

Needed more cups plates glasses. The beds were not comfortable
4.0 / 5.0
Location was good and it was helpful to have parking on site. Pretty basic but solid base for visiting Cork
There were builders on site that wasn’t ideal.
2.0 / 5.0
Ordinary, nothing better than expectation.
Poor facilities - insufficient towels and shower gel provided, dodgy access card to the rooms, leaky sink in the bathroom; staffs not present during working hours to help out with any problems

Great value, clean tidy, quiet
Nothing

Clean, great location, secures. It was a lovely, spacious apartment, perfect when traveling in a group.
One bathroom didn’t have a toilet roll.

The layout, accessibility and presentation of the rooms were great. The staff were nice and the location suit us perfectly.
The checkout was at 10:30am and seemed a bit early considering the cost was close to a hotel and most accommodations would go by a general 12pm rule.

It was beautiful and spacious. It was a 4 bedroom apartment, each had an ensuite. Very clean and beautiful view from the balcony.
It was a little further out than I would of liked. About half an hour walk to the city. But there were buses that took u right in.
4.5 / 5.0
Large common area, balcony. Isabel did a great job checking us in and explaining everything!
Fridge/freezer was smelly/dirty, they didn't have any glasses (but they got us some!). The atmosphere is certainly not a B&B with 'personal connection', but that was 'as expected'

The space was good. Location ok buses frequent. Best part the shop Centra fantastic shop.
The space couldn’t be faulted. Didn’t like the fact you had separate rooms felt closed off from each other. Booked the whole apartment but didn’t have access to the other three rooms. Only one pillow on beds. Furniture and carpets outdated and needs throwing away. Huge cobweb in corner of living room (see photos) no need for this sort of dirtiness. Kettle vile again see photos. This is apartment 5.Don’t order take away or Uber eats they don’t turn up.

2 of the mattresses were very uncomfortable and the TV was the really old box type. Otherwise it was great

The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. Parking was free and safe. Easy walk into Cork.
The first night there were shouting students outside both aspects of the flat and in the lobby, yelling to others above. Looking into the windows. We were out the second night, the third night was a repeat, and the corner next to our flat was constantly used by men urinating. The facilities for a large group were poor, less mugs and glasses than people. Everything needed cleaning. The toilets were all stained and smelly on arrival, so had to buy bleach for them, and some of the room chairs were so stained and smelly that we couldn't use them. At £1000 + for 3 nights this was definitely not somewhere we'd choose again, despite the lovely ladies on reception.

Location and Cost.
some updates to carpets and living area furniture would be good.

Blown away by the place, family were delighted and with a Centra store attached to the building with full deli counter we were well looked after food wise.
The only draw back by it's minimal, gotta get a bus into the city centre and taxi it back (beware rip-off drivers, only pay what is on the metre)
4.8 / 5.0
The staff were so helpful and friendly. The apartment allowed all our group to be together which was fun. There was lots of space in the sitting room. It was so quiet you would think there was no one else in the building.
The shower en suite needed attention.

Room was cheap.
Accommodation was grubby and outdated.

cleanliness - facilities- staff
4.5 / 5.0
Very reasonable price, all private bathrooms.
Furniture was shabby and damaged
1.5 / 5.0
The person meeting us to give us our key was ignorant to another guest before us and kept saying that he had 5 blocks to manage and didn’t have time to be giving keys to guests. We were definitely not made feel welcome.
The rooms were very tired and the plaster is falling off the walls in the common areas.
4.0 / 5.0
I liked the size of the bedrooms and the ensuite in each. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge.
The seating in the sitting room was a little uncomfortable, and the TV needed tuning.

Very friendly staff. Spacious apartment. Good showers. Cheap and cheerful good for a group of friends for a night or two.
Bed aren't the most comfortable. Bit of a walk into city centre (20mins)

Very little
Awful dirty, poorly maintained apartments.
Complaints included:
Hairs on sheets that were supposedly clean.
Fridge that smelt so foul you couldnt put food in it.
Carpets that were visibly dirty you wouldnt walk bare footed over them.
Black mould on blinds.
Black mould in bathrooms.
Even after we moved to a supposedly thoroughly cleaned apartment we had:
Counter tops that clearly had not been cleaned - still had coffee stains.
Sink clogged with hair.
Dirty skirting boards and door frames.
Cob webs on walls.
Whilst we have been given a full refund after persistence I cannot recommend these apartments to anyone.
My wife's 50th birthday celebrations were thoroughly ruined.
