Ideal location and interesting architectural and interior design. Plenty of space and perfect for my needs.
Difficult parking space but at least there was parking available, albeit for an added fee.

Location is excellent for the West End; easy transport links by bus and metro and cycling feels safe too. The restaurants and cafes are varied and good value. There is a good atmosphere along Byres road and a good range of shops. The hotel is basic but meets basic needs.
The bed wasn't very comfortable, could do with a new mattress. Also a breakfast room would be good and sociable.

Nothing. We didn't stay long enough to find out
We were kept waiting 20 minutes at the front door on arrival. We had to contact the enquiry line as the consierge did not answer the booking in phone. When he did answer the door, he admitted that he had been sleeping, heard the bell and didn't bother to answerThe room was grotty and unclean. The furniture looked like it had been dragged out a skip. The bedding wasn't tidy or made up properly. The stair carpets weren't nailed or fixed down posing a trip hazard. We were supposed to be upgraded to a better room if that was at all possible but we booked a room at the Premier Inn after getting a full refund

Nothing
Furniture outdated and shabby beds lumpy gaps in the windows whivh is not good when your facing onto a main road

Excellent location good travel links from glasgow coty centre and near botanical gardens. Nice big room and bathroom liked the decor and georgian feel. Beds comfy room and bathroom clean except carpet
What let the property down was the state of the carpet it was dirty and stained. The room would look so much better and cleaner if you replaced the carpet with laminate flooring like in the bathroom. It wasnt cheap the room was £265 for 2 nights so you dont expect a dirty carpet

the location
there was no-one meeting me and I had to find a single person not fully dressed and surrounded by the smell of weed. as a single, woman traveller I felt unsafe and decided not to stay.

Lovely room and building with a sense of history, just next to Botanical Gardens. A high ceiling and a lot of space. Easy arrangement for keys pick up and understanding friendly staff.
The only thing I would say could be improved is the temperature - as it got quite cold during the night, it might be a good idea to provide blankets for guests :)

good location. we had a nice big room. house manager Navad was very helpful
parking - . £3.20 an hour on the meter outside - 2 hours max. premises offered £10 to park in the rear yard but it was free after 22:00 on street so we didn’t bother

First room I was given had no tv and was quite dirty nasty stains on the carpet then I was moved to the top floor where there was a tv in the room which was slightly cleaner it needs lots of TLC and breakfast wasn't provided I would not recommend it until major improvements are made which is a shame as it could be reformed into a lovely place to stay

Staff amazing helped me with my luggage up stairs. And down when I moved on. Organised taxi. Can't comain
Needs update but a great stay great location.

Totally misleading as it looks nice but unfortunately it’s not! We were in room 7 , very old furniture, dirty carpets and in need of a complete revamp.

Young man who greeted us was very kind and helpful. Cleaning staff member very good. (These were the only humans we met)
Beds clean and comfortable. Very good shower in large clean bathroom.
Outside left handrail unstable. Stair carpet is coming away from the gripper rods on 2-3 steps at top of stairs so also a safety issue. Bedroom for at least 2 with only the dressing table chair but had ample room for 2 comfortable chairs. Advert said including breakfast but none available, can no longer use covid as a reason. Email said TV in room, none there. Not enough milk for 2 night stay for two, esp with no breakfast. Curtain tattered and faded, not blocking light. The toilet is in the window of the bathroom, clear glass, so you must try to close the shutters (these do not completely close but just about cover one's modesty!) as there is a risk of arrest for indecent exposure-I am not joking, a man in the back lane was looking straight up at the window when I first encountered the toilet.

Good location! Had some trouble with opening the door as we weren't sent the right code. But after calling them they quickly helped us! Police were there one night, owner (we think) was there and reassured us.
Cleanliness could be better. Lots of dust and dirt on the floor in our room.

Location is superb. Bed was comfortable and room a decent size. Probably will be back.
Shower doors weren't great. Bathroom floor got very wet.

Nothing went well. The room was not as expected, shoddy bed and the room had poor dimensions.
I didn't like the bed or the furniture in the room. Terrible feel to the room.

The night porter was very good 👍
1. No facilities no food no bar. Had to get breakfast rolls from corner shop.
2. Stained carpets shower room not clean.
3. Information scribbled on a piece of paper and sellotaped to table top.
Car park under water and mud.
4. Left after 1 night and had to find alternative accommodation. Please consider a refund. Will also contact trip advisor.
5. Aged 74 should have taken photos but after a 10 hour drive and was attending a funeral the next morning.
6. Very upset 😡.
