Läget nära Kings cross, lugnt och tyst. Skön säng och kudde. Trevlig personal
Det blir ju sällan prisvärt i London. Dyrt och litet rum.

Period property in a very central location in a very cosmopolitan area of central London. Also they have a number of modern rooms based around a courtyard area which was very quiet and relaxing stay
No lifts are available so if you have issues with stairs ask for help and they will be able to assist you in any situation that needs them to attend too

Schönes Zimmer, frisch renoviert, zwar etwas klein, aber sehr gemütlich. Sehr sauber.

Location was fabulous, quiet with a lovely garden view. Room was small but view more than made up for this. We didn't eat breakfast so cannot comment. Loved the mini Molton Browns.
Far too many stairs for my elderly father but this was partly my fault for not requesting a ground floor room or checking on lift situation. Felt like we were in a shared house because we were not in the main section of the hotel so probably missed out on some of the other hotel facilities.

The location, unfortunately that is all.
When arriving the hotel looked great, when checking in, we were in a room in a separate building. We were asked for a £50 deposit when getting to the hotel, which we were not made aware of prior to checking in. We had a Superior King room with a Courtyard view, I’m still looking for the courtyard view! Unless the courtyard is another hotel room then I have no idea where it is!! When this was mentioned to the member of staff on reception he laughed and said “Yeah that’s the courtyard view”. I have added a photo of the “courtyard view”. The Superior king bed was two large single beds pushed together, leaving a gap between the beds which was not comfortable if laying on it. The heating appeared to not turn off and so the room was uncomfortably hot and as the window only opened a fraction it did not help. The room was so noisy, you could hear banging of doors throughout the night, people going to their rooms and people outside (even before opening the window for some air!), I could even hear the person in the room above walking around. There was a light which was outside of our room and the room opposite which turned on and off all night and the light shone through the doorframe brightly. There were no robes and slippers in the room also, so if you decide to stay here then take your own! For the price of this hotel, you are much better off staying in a Travel lodge, it’s cheaper, more comfortable, so much quieter and the staff are much more helpful!

Nice cozy room. We had a room with a view on the park. The hotel is located in a quiet aria 10min walk to the underground. The hotel as separate entrances to the different rooms as it was build in different historic houses.
There is no lift to the upper floors only steps. You will need to carry up your suitcases or ask for help from the reception to do this.

The location was good and close to Kings Cross station
The rooms were really expensive, the images on booking.com made it look much nicer than it was. The reception area was so old fashioned, so on arrival I was quite shocked at the first impressions of walking in. Didn’t look like the type of place that could charge £300 per night be they did. Looked really scruffy and dated.
I stayed in a courtyard room and it was weird, 2 of the walls were glass looking out into a dingy courtyard so it didn’t feel very private, it was really strange and wasn’t a nice feature. The curtains and blinds didn’t even cover the windows properly so you it basically felt like you were in a glass box. And the room itself was clean and nicely decorated but it was pretty small.
It served a purpose for my stay as I needed somewhere last minute due to train cancellations but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Location. Clean room. Professional staff.
No lift. Small room.

It was very clean ,decorated to a high standard and ideally situated for our trip.
My only objection is paying £200+ for a nights stay, then having to pay a pre authorised £50 deposit for damage which took over a week for me to get back in my bank . That would certainly put me off staying again .

The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was also very comfortable. Excellent location as vry quiet but close to central amenities.
The room next door's door slammed a few times and that very noisy inside my room. The entrance to both rooms shares a small lobby space and if people make a noise late at night in that space it does wake you up.

Tiszta, kényelmes, segítőkész crew.
Mikor lefoglaltam a szobát, nem írták, hogy
NINCS LIFT !!!

Very nice and safe neighbourhood and two underground stations within a reach of 15 to 20 minutes on foot. Very clean hotel with an excellent bathroom (shower) and a friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfast was good but not wauw. The room on the top floor was extremely warm and without airconditioning. The beds were comfortable but rather small for two large people.

Nicely located in a quiet area. I loved the breakfast in the goodenough university canteen. Try it! You feel like in a harry potter movie.

The location is perfect for easy access to local transport links and the room itself was very nice and tidy.
On both days of our stay, we had an issue where the door to our room was left open by the staff. On the first day, this was after we'd left the bags with them prior to check in and came back to the room with the door open and the backpack on the floor for everyone to see. On the second day, we left in the morning and didn't come back until late evening again to find the door to our room open. I flagged this straight away with the reception team who reassured me this would be raised with management. Thankfully nothing was missing on either days. Upon checkout I flagged this to another member of the team who confirmed an email had been sent but the deed was done, I felt unsafe and a little worried about future hotel stays.
In addition, we booked two single beds as I was staying with a friend. On the first day, we both had separate hand and bath towels. When we came back on the second day, one hand towel and the bathmat towel had been removed, leaving us to use our bath towels. If someone books a room with single beds, I don't think you can assume they're happy to share the towels and if you remove them. There are bigger problems to have but I would expect them to be replaced with fresh ones, given the price we paid for our stay.

Room was a great size and nicely decorated. It was impressively quiet - didn't hear traffic or other guests. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly- great welcome and more than happy to store our bags as we arrived before check in. It was in a great location easy to walk to from station and then easy to walk from here around London.
Bathroom initially smelt of damp. As the windows didn't open this problem was solved by turning on the light which started fan. There weren't enough sachets of milk for the two of us to have a cup of tea (we use 2 each instead of 1) I am sure if we had asked this would have been solved but we didn't fancy walking next door to ask.

The room was small but modern and nice - perfect for a single person and a one-night stay
Extremely loud fire alarm went off at 2am, horrible to wake up from a deep sleep to - obviously can't be helped but no subsequent contact from hotel staff so was unclear whether I could go back to sleep or should worry. Eventually I called reception, to be told that they didn't think it was a fire. Prior to that, I had gone to sleep already uneasy because I'd found a single bed bug. So not the most relaxing stay. I mentioned both things to the staff at check-out, but they simply said 'sorry about that'.

Very clean.
The room did not correspond at all to the pictures which were taken in the main building. Low ceilings, tiny bathroom, very loud air conditioning motor outside the bedroom.
We tried to talk with one of the lady from the staff who was extremely strict and inflexible and then via Booking.com but the direction refused to either give us another room or cancel our second night.
Impossible to open the windows without being seen. No intimacy without closing the curtains. Stiffling atmosphere.
We could hear our neigbours talk all night although they were talking normally: walls are very thin.
Avoid Rooms 604 and 605. And any in the courtyard in prefabricated buildings.
A very disappointing experience.
This is the first time I leave a bad commentary but I truly felt cheated.
