Sehr gut für eine Nacht nach einem Konzertbesuch in der Zitadelle Spandau

Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht und in der Altstadt von Spandau gefrühstückt. Das Hotel war gut für eine Nacht nach einem Konzert. Das Foyer ist gut gestaltet um dort noch gemeinsam zu sitzen. Das Hotel wirkte rundum sauber. das Personal war freundlich

Modernist hotel

I liked the interior design of the rooms, it seems like they left the furniture how it was designed originally which really gave modernism vibes with leather chairs, cute bedside tables and glass desk. There was also infrared, heat lamp in the bathroom. There were some misunderstandings at check-in but that was quickly solved. Veery good breakfast, lots to choose from.

The common spaces where "renovated" but didn't keep up with the original design of the hotel which was painful to see, as the architecture was really good as a whole.

Over all, it was a good stay

Breakfast was Expensive During my stay the power was shut dawn for almost one Hour

The room floor had not Carpet and there was no Sundale to use in order to go to toilet or walk on floor . The shower need to have a curtain, whenever i took shower, the toilet floor was wet, this will face the maintenance team job also very difficult and no guest like it.

De locatie is prima t.o.v de stad. Parkeergarage onder het hotel (€20,- per nacht)

Kamer werd niet schoongemaakt tussen onze overnachting. Dus ook geen schone handdoeken (konden we nog even komen halen bij de receptie). Receptie personeel (op 1 man na) Niet terzake kundig. locatie zeker niet schoon, smoezelig. Eten was goed, wel te weinig personeel achter de bar en in het restaurant

This was a reasonably priced comfortable and clean hotel which made our stay in Berlin a great experience!

It was located just 10 minutes from our son and his wife which made our visit convenient. The staff was very helpful and efficient and we had a lovely suite with 2 bathrooms , large closets, etc. perfect for a 2 week stay.

I really can’t think of anything I didn’t like!

Erholsame Stunden im Holiday Inn

Viele Dinge: Badewanne, Wasserkocher, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett….. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Stilvoll eingerichtet.

Das man für WLAN bezahlen soll finde ich nicht mehr zeitgemäß, das sollte das Hotel schnell ändern

Eine unruhige Nacht.

- eigene Tiefgarage - großartige Bar - saubere Zimmer - vor allem die Nähe zu den Werken ist hervorragend - Business Hotel

- extrem hellhörig, vor allem zu den Nachbarn, selbst die hochpreisigen Kategorien - ab 5 Uhr beginnt konsequent der Werksverkehr auf den Straßen und Gehwegen - veraltetes Bad mit defekten Interieuren - kaum Auswahl bei Tee und Kaffee im Zimmer - Rezeption ist im Service nicht gemäß dieser Kategorie und Preisvorstellung

Kurzer Weg zur U Bahn, toller Eingangs-/Restaurantbereich. Sehr nettes Barpersonal. Frühstück war ausgewogen. Die Möglichkeit Pool Sauna und Gym zu benutzen. Betten waren bequem und ruhige Atmosphäre.

Wer nach einem guten bezahlbaren Preis sucht, der ist hier richtig. Die Erwartungen können erfüllt werden.

Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war super nett und hat uns gute Empfehlungen mitgegeben. Unser gebuchtes Hotelzimmer hat netterweise ein Upgrade bekommen, dass hat man auch gemerkt! Das Frühstück war wirklich ausgezeichnet, eine riesige Auswahl für einen sehr guten Preis.

Wir hatten an der Rezeption gefragt, ob wir unsere weichen Kissen gegen feste tauschen könnten. Es wurde positiv angenommen, doch leider haben wir nur ein drittes weiches Kissen dazu bekommen. Das Dampfbad war leider defekt. Viele Kanäle auf dem Fernseher haben nicht funktioniert. Die Zimmerbeleuchtung war mangelhaft.

Zimmer sehr gut; Frühstück sehr gut; Mitarbeiter in Rezeption und Zimmerservice durchgehend freundlichn und hilfsbereit; bei den Mitarbeitern im Frühstücksservice halte ich einige Schulungen zum Thema "Kommunikation" und "Dienstleistungsgedanke" für empfehlenswert ;-)

Einer von zwei Fahrstühlen während des 5-tägigen Aufenthaltes durchgehend defekt; daher längere Wartezeiten; Treppenhaus durfte nur in Notfällen genutzt werden --> ein absolutes NoGo! Lage nicht zentral; ca. 6-8 Minuten Fussweg bis zur nächsten U-Bahnstation

Okay aber wahrscheinlich nicht nochmal

Wir brauchten eine Unterkunft in der Nähe eines Freundes deswegen entschieden wir uns für dieses Hotel. Wir hatten eine Badewanne, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Alles in allem war das Zimmer sauber.

Der Gesamteindruck war recht heruntergekommen. Auf dem Zimmer gab es eine Flasche Wasser, für die man aber bezahlen muss, das fand ich einwenig fragwürdig. Dann lasst es lieber ganz weg.

Groß, in die Jahre gekommen.. reicht für eine Nacht.

Standard Hotel im fast nichts, daher sehr ruhig gelegen, fern ab mitten in der City.

Es ist nichts mal rasch zum einkaufen in der Nähe, kein Bäcker, kein Warenhaus und sonstiges. Ein Industriehotel in der Nachbarschaft von Siemens.

Gemütliches Hotel in ruhiger Lage.

Das Hotel hat insgesamt einen sehr komfortablen und entspannten Vibe. Die Lobby ist einladend und gemütlich, die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet (Bügeleisen, Wasserkocher, Fön, Rotlichtlampe, etc.) ordentlich und bequem. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend!

Der Kraftraum ist spärlich ausgestattet. Ich empfehle ein paar schwerere Hanteln oder eine Langhantel mit Gewichtsscheiben anzuschaffen. Die Auswahl an Cardio-Geräten ist ordentlich. Im Badezimmer sowie am Thermostat meines Zimmers wären kleine Reparaturen nötig. Der Pool- & Saunabereich war mehrere Tage lang gesperrt.

Für den erforderlichen Business Trip vollkommend zufriedenstellend.

Frühstücksangebot sehr vielfältig. Die Anzahl der Kaffee-Automaten könnten um 1 Gerät erweitert werden, da ansonsten lange Wartezeiten.

Zur Frühstückszeit gab es einen mega Stau, da zwei riesige Gruppen und die übrigen Hotelgäste relativ gleichzeitig frühstücken wollten. Somit war das Platzangebot leider nicht ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, schnellstmöglich die Tische zu säubern, um weiteren Gästen einen Platz anbieten zu können. Teilweise saßen Gäste an der Bar oder frühstückten stehend am Klavier. Vielleicht könnten Reisegruppen zeitlich etwas gesteuert werden.

A place nice to have in more than 1 night stay. Lots of variety breakfast

It was good value of money. Staffs was very accommodating excluding to the one work in the kitchen, a little older woman that was a little strict look and smile too little. It’s was hard to approach and a little sarcastic replies. Maybe she just had a little bad day that 2 breakfast we had.
