We loved Ballintoy with its spectacular sea views down at the harbour and had a comfortable stay at the Fullerton Arms. It was the ideal location for an early morning visit to the wonderful Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge whose car park was only a few minutes from the inn. Dinner at the Fullerton Arms and breakfast were both good.
Our room, which was in an annexe was very dark although as we were only sleeping one night there, this was perhaps not so important.
4.3
Very clean, comfortable rooms and bed.
Soundproofing in the annex rooms not the best
4.3
friendly staff clean nice rooms, good food at restaurant

The rooms were tastefully decorated and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was delicious and there is plenty of secure parking at the back of the property.
I had a single room and the bathroom was tiny and not very comfortable for use, you could barely turn around. You had to squeeze in between the sink and the wall to get to the shower, anyone carrying a bit of weight would not fit in there.

Location, people, guests and people working there.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment in the annex out the back, which was really comfortable. The room and bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were excellent and we had a great night at the bar next door.
4.3
clean and comfortable, within walking distance to Ballintoy Harbour and rope bridge
Lack of non-dairy milk or yogurth for breakfast.

The annex room was so good
It was a bit nosey when the peoe out stairs arrived home

We had a really spacious en suite room in the annex out the back, which was really comfortable. The room and bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly.
It was a bit unfortunate that some drunk visitors were hammering on the doors in the early hours that woke us up until they had found their rooms! There also wasn't a lot of car parking space in the car park...although there was street parking available.
4.3
great location, easy carpark, nice pub with dinner, the room was nicely decorated
poor insulation = the room above us was really loud. we could hear their every step / the loo / the beds creaking...

Rooms were pretty cold and hard to heat up.

Hotel is near to see , walkable distance of 1KM . rooms are new . bus stop is near to hotel 200m
There is no dedicated staff for hotel. They run a restaurant , restaurant is super busy always . All employees are busy in restaurant. If you want something in room , they you have to wait for 15-20min to ask from staff. There is no phone in room . you find bar counter lady free . if you ask her anything she is very rude . don't care customer at all. overall experience is bed.

Great location- Did spectacular 5 mile cliff side walk on National Trust trail to Giant’s Causeway from Dunseverick parking area right off the Coastal Road minutes away from hotel and was able to get public bus back easily accessible just outside the visitor center.

Bar staff brilliant great atmosphere
2 minor things. Bathroom fan would not go off.
Beer delivery at 6.45 in morning woke us up

plenty of space, our “room” was more of an apartment with another twin room and kitchen. our group actually had the whole adjoining house which incorporated 3 areas which with amazing bespoke bunk beds could sleep 14 people, so perfect for groups travelling together.

it was very clean and the rooms were very modern and looked exactly like the pictures
The town in which it is located doesn’t have much around it

Our en suite room was wonderful in every
way. Quiet, clean, well appointed. We had
dinner AND breakfast in the restaurant.
Both were very good.
Everything was great.

Nice big room at the back of the property away from road. Quite a swanky bathroom.
Food onsite was good

Exceptional in every way. We had an evening meal and dinner, the food and service were second to none! The room was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Incredible value for money!!
Parking behind the property is limited but there is lots of on road parking spaces right in front of the property.
4.3
Friendly family hotel. 3rd and stay and perfect every time.
Desk fans available for rooms in hot weather would be a plus.
4.3
pretty hotel.
constant loud music from kitchen heard in room.

An old building that opens into a luxurious welcoming accommodation, both in the room and restaurant and along the hallways in between. Staff were very genuine and made one feel so at home and relaxed. We had visited the restaurant in the past so were aware that the food was good—no, excellent—especially the mussel dishes with speciality sauces. Staying over just made the whole experience even more pleasurable. The room was spacious, very clean, everything felt new. And, one of the real tests: there were yummy biscuits with the coffee/tea making set! Breakfast was perfect, just the way you want it, with cereal/fruit/yoghurt etc. to help yourself to and cooked breakfast whatever way you wanted it to follow.
To be honest, I'd be hard pushed to think of anything that I didn't like. Maybe the wash hand basin plug that didn't work so well and meant water was wasted when wet shaving—but possibly a reflection on poor tradesmen contractors than the hotel.
