Loud humming when using bathroom appliances

No lift to the bedrooms

Hôtel élégante ed accogliente, ad un prezzo davvero competitivo!Grande parcheggio. Personale gentilissimo. Camera pulita e rifornita di the, caffè, bollitore.

Only two negatives not enough plugs in room only two plugs for whole room and coldness at night was freezing last night

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. amazing rates, friendly staff food was top class breakfast and dinner. The room was immaculate and the bed was so comfy. Can't wait until our next visit.
Could not fault one thing.

Staff were awesome. Friendly, welcoming and helpful in all respects.
£5 charge (not mentioned on menu) for room service. Broken window and light in the room. No fridge neither. Very noisy at night with slamming doors and general racket.

Good location out of main city centre. Plenty of parking.
No towels in the room apart from one small towel.

Spacious and clean rooms with everything we needed in a good location.
Extremely loud live music played downstairs until after midnight. We were unable to sleep, our 10 year old was extremely tired the next day. We all had to catch a flight following evening in the early hours so we got no sleep that night also ( which we knew about and planned for and this was not Beechlawn's fault but having has such poor sleep at Beechlawn Hotel excaberated the fatigue). My husband asked them to turn the music down but the young guy was non plussed and just shrugged and said it would stop soon. The reception should have warned us of the disturbance at check in then we could have chosen to stay elsewhere. It advertises as a hotel not an inn.

The early check in and the accomodation of being able to have a bath was so helpful after a five hour drive.
We were travelling for a gig and so the rest between arrival and heading off for the show really were so appreciated!

The staff were helpful lovely and really welcoming. The food was good quality.
Room was too warm despite windows being opened. Pretty basic
Not a lot of choice for breakfast.
No one around to give guidance for breakfast was waiting around for a good while as it was my 1st time staying at the hotel and wasn't sure of where to sit what was on offer etc... Decided to just sit where ever I wanted to and help myself.

The reception staff was kind and convenient with a bar and restaurant.
Parking was difficult and noisy until late at night because there was a wedding event on the day of accommodation.

Front desk girl was lovely….quick check in and very friendly. Food in the restaurant was delicious, for dinner and breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable with lovely soft pillows.
The noise 🙈🙈 We were in room 229 and the noise from the bar, underneath us, was awful! Live music went on till 1am….grand if you’re in the bar and want to be there but extremely annoying when we could hear every word of every song, in the bedroom! For this reason alone I wouldn’t stay here again!
4.3
Perfect room (227) for 2 friends to stay in. Clean and handy to where we were going for the afternoon.
Hotel layout was a bit strange as you have to walk through the restaurant to access the rooms.
4.3
The staff were all very friendly particularly the gentleman on reception. A homely hotel in its design quiet and yet busy with customers. The food was fantastic deserves higher than 3 star hotel rating for this! only a short spin into city centre and good caroark at hotel.
There isn’t a pool or spa but the relaxed atmosphere in this hotel you won’t miss this aspect!!

Room was well presented and the food in the restaurant was very nice. Adjoining bar was very welcoming but a little small for the amount of customers
Breakfast was very disorganized and the room was off the restaurant area which had live entertainment till 1am so very noisy

Room was cool. Probably should have brought it to someone's attention but didn't. We had requested soya milk but none was available
