It was comfortable and staff friendly and kind
4.1
Friendly staff
One set of towels for a double.. ? a connecting door between our room and another. Gap under the door. Could hear everything from the other room. Not ideal.

Breakfast was poor š
Breakfast needs improving
4.1
Staffs are soo good.
Noise from othwr rooms was horrible.
4.1
The location was close to were our son lives and also nice shopping centre nearby. Good to have a free car park.
Also nice to have breakfast included in price .
The bath could do with a hand rail at the top so itās safer and easier to get out after a shower. A shower mat would be nice as itās quite slippy after you Wash.
4.1
Everyone ansd everything
Nothing to dislike
4.1
The location was kinda central, though went to Wetherspoons for dinner.
The receptionist was helpful also.
Better breakfast offering, the bed was creaky, the floorboards creaked, the sink was blocked.
The room was very small and beside the road, the noise of the traffic woke us in the morning at 5am.
The mattress was very uncomfortable also and the pillows were too bouncy and stiff.
4.1
The rooms were cleaned and tidied every day which is now... not the norm.
The food from the hotel was excellent.
Looking forward to returning next year.
Sitting area outside?

Disappointed with the breakfast
The breakfast would be good if you didn't have to book a time slot
4.1
spotlessly clean . fantastic staff and restaurant
the rooms were great
4.1
Breakfast excellent (Iām coeliac)
Staff esp. reception related well/ friendly/ chatty and helpful
Restaurant a bit limited re gluten free especially light snacks.
4.1
Clean, nice rooms. Staff very nice.
The breakfast was not that great tbh. Quite a limited choice, any the standard not in keeping with rest of hotel. Hotel is a bit over priced imho, but limited options in the locality probably allow them to be bullish on price.

lovely hotel, staff and great
location

Rooms warm and clean
Room very hot.. Noisy with services etc. No biscuits etc with coffee.. Very basic

Staff were so friendly and couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Got a room upgrade which was a lovely surprise.
Food in the restaurant was excellent. Basic breakfast buffet but this was supplemented with delicious freshly cooked breakfast of choice. Had an early check-out (6am) but was kindly offered coffee/bacon rolls although breakfast didn't open until 7am - this was above & beyond expectation.
Room was very comfortable and quiet - with all amenities I needed.
Lots of car parking.
No view from the room (frosted glass window) but window opened so could still get air which was great. Was there during darkness anyway so this is a very minor issue and preferred having a quiet room at the back of the hotel (so view would have been of car park anyway!)
4.1
The staff were all very friendly especially the lady on reception, the rooms very modern and spotless
The breakfast was just alright, you could choose 5 items from a cooked breakfast, no beans, mushrooms or hash browns, was juice and cereal and toast, no other choices of breads

Everything.

Due to circumstances beyond my controlling organising a room for me as I was not sure l I had an emergency stay in hospital
The staff were extremely helpful in organising medical help and kept my belongings untill they were collected
As I had to return to the hotel they were again very accommodating as I was unsure of my discharge. At all times they were helpful professional and supportive.
I felt that the meals in the hotel šØ were rather pricey although very nice
4.1
The food was nice but on the expensive side.
The receptionist wasn't the friendliest. Very noisy seemed to be about the venue loud music doors banging.. Wasnt warm in the room in the morning shower temp wasn't very hot. Only 1 small towel each in room
4.1
Full Irish breakfast almost sufficient to keep me going for the day.

one night fire alarm went off at 0420hrs. Obviously an error but still an inconvenience
4.1
The reception staff were friendly and the hotel area clean .
The restaurant area looks a little dull and tired. The food average.
The TV was so small the tops of peoples heads were missing from the screen!
4.1
Beds comfortable and very accommodating for us arriving early to drop off bags and late to check in after a day at a wedding.
Stayed at hotel while attending a wedding at orange tree house in Greyabbey and was very handy for this.
Woke up early by keg delivery for 20mins with loud noise. Bathroom door did not close and only one towel provided for showering for a room with two guests.
