Very friendly and accommodating staff, especially the male (unfortunately wasn't able to get his name). Great value for money.
Slightly uphill walk to the hotel, but no biggie, just 2-3 mins.

Great location for clean compact room. Have stayed before and would go back
Shower was a trial not to bash elbows.

Vyborna lokace, velmi blizko u more, prijemny personal
9.0
The location and easy entry at night, when we feel tired.
I’ve been before so l knew what l was going to get !
3.0
Location was good, parking was useful
Mattress was old and stained, and springs were sticking into our backs and needed replacing. Probably one of the worst mattresses I have seen in a hotel room. On entry, the building was run down and the large room used as a dumping ground made a poor first impression. Poor value for money considering the state of the bed. Very bad practice requesting to store credit card numbers upon check in, with no explanation of why (never had to do this before and will be alerting the bank to unsecured details)

Great location
Friendly and helpful staff
Comfortable bed
The bathroom was very small however still usable and served the purpose for us!

Exceptionally clean throughout , quiet location , very friendly receptionist , free parking , free baby cot. New carpet in the room.
A little too small for my liking but very good value for money

Convenient location for BIC
Expensive for very basic hotel with no breakfast.

The staff were wonderful, rooms were great and as expected, overall a good experience and would stay again.
Only down side is the parking situation however they do have a car park and it’s not a situation they have the control to change so not really fair to knock them on it just make sure your there in time for a space.

Booked a single room and whilst I was expecting a small room I wasn't expecting something that resembled a prison cell. I could touch both walls with two arms whilst lying in bed. The ensuit had no door on, the shower barely had any flow or pressure and to top it off... there was no milk sachets for the " complimentary" teas and coffees.

The location, the freedom to enter and exit at any time, it was cosy
The room is too small I didn't realise it was going to be that small to my likings. The room could do with more air and the water wasn't warm.

Location was OK if you don’t mind walking up steel hills to get back from the beach. Free parking was good.
Comically bad hotel. Do not stay here!!!
Barely enough space for one person let alone two.
Prison is probably nicer. The room by reception looked that a squator was living there.
Pubes in shower. No hot water. No soap. No headboard on bed. All handles broken on every drawer. Door lock was questionable.
Wi-Fi didn’t work.
Had booked two nights - for night two, I booked another hotel on the day (was cheaper and significantly better, stay at the Royal Bath).

Absolutely loved the location! the bed was very comfortable, and I am normally one not to sleep if the bed us uncomfortable.
Sink was too small, not enough room in the bathroom.
The bathroom door didn't open very well as the carpet made it stick.
There was a smell of damp/mould in the bathroom.
could of done with a bottle of water.

Central location
A little tired looking and nowhere to sit (possibly because it was a family room so lots of beds but no chairs)

Allowed to park from 10.45 and allowed to check in a couple of hours later.
Room nothing like pictures.
Tiny weeny shower room with no window.
Room 24 poorly located right next to reception and front door so unable to rest with folk coming, going and talking outside bedroom door.
Room 24 is Very over priced.....paid £102.......realistically should be £45/£50

Accommodation suited what we were after
Room was alittle cold
2.0
Great location which was the only redeeming feature
Dark, cramped, depressing and dingy room. Shabby decor. Bathroom was awful. Cold room. Broken furniture. Dirty stair carpet. Flaking paintwork. Specks of blood on walls. Possibly the worse place I have ever stayed in.

We arrived a little early & told was ok to check in when my emails had stated that we couldn't do this. We had also been upgraded, we had rooms booked so this was a nice surprise as lots of space. I also had a fridge in my room!
We were also able to park for free, the spaces were very small but everyone made the effort to be able to squeeze in ok!
I can only fault the mattress, it was really hard & i could feel the springs & i didn't really sleep but that maybe personal choice!
4.0
The rooms were small but clean and fine for overnight stay.
Free parking
The noise at night was horrendous! People in and out rooms, walking around corridors that had squeaky flours and people arguing inside the building in the early hours.
8.0
easy access to town

Very clean, budget hotel in a good location with off street parking. Dog friendly.
The first room given was nothing like the photo. Very basic. But, clean, comfortable bed and good shower. Unfortunately, in the middle of the night there was a major leak in the bathroom ceiling, which then flooded. After highlighting this we were moved to another room. The second room was more like the photo, but very uncomfortable bed.
