Room was clean and comfortable. I was on 2nd floor and had a window which I could open for fresh air. Liked the fact that hotel had 24/7 reception. Reception was friendly and informative on arrival. Location was excellent for access to west end theatre - 2 tube stations within walking distance. Hotel situated on quiet road.

LOVED the location!!! Walked to everything. Though the hotel didn't offer breakfast, there were plenty of reasonably priced restaurants to choose from a few doors away. The tube, the parks, the train to Heathrow, everything was available nearby. The one time we needed a taxi for the theater the staff made all the arrangements in advance and called us when it arrived. All of them were extremely helpful and friendly.
And, yes, there was plenty of hot water.
The elevator had some odd quirks. It delivered us to the basement the first time we used it and once skipped our floor when we were going up and someone on a higher floor had already pushed the down button which made for a very crowded ride down again.
The room was well stocked and clean, but so tiny that opening the bathroom door cut off access to one of the beds. Not an unusual problem when old houses are converted into hotels, but very large people or those with mobility issues (like my companion) would have trouble just getting into and out of their bed.

Friendly staff, helpful and attentive.
Close to most things

We had a room on 5th floor which was quiet from street noise. The room was ready when we arrived at 1pm and the receptionist gave us a larger room plus letting us check out at 12pm the next day rather than 11am which was lovely.
The mattress was too soft for my back and there was a lot of commotion going in from fellow guests in the night and early morning unfortunately.

La chambre qui fait correspondait à un appartement spacieux et situé dans un coin tranquille.

Location excellent for Paddington train station. Room a good size and perfectly acceptable for the money. Staff really friendly and helpful. Would stay again
A power shower would of been nice

Dated decor. Dirty. Rusty other objects and curtains dirty. Bedding was clean

good location. just across the road from Paddington mainline and tube station. lots of coffee shops and places to eat nearby. Hyde park is a short walk away.
the bed was quite small and the mattress was not great. the en-suite was tiny, due to the positioning of the sink it made washing feel like you were in a caravan. no toiletries in the room only a handful of shampoos 🤷🏻♂️

location is perfect, the separated bedrooms in a family room was great.
lack of hair conditioner, very minor detail

Staff are very helpful and nice.Hotel location are very good and located in zone 1. Near to the underground, only takes 3-5 minutes walk to tube station. Will definitely visit again next time!

Staff were really nice, we were able to check in early as room was ready. When asking for extra pillows it was not a problem and we were given them straight away, towels and bins were changed everyday. We were able to leave our luggage on our leaving day at the hotel the whole day, letting us spend an extra day in London instead of carrying our bags everywhere with us which was fantastic! Paddington station was literally down the road like 2 minutes away.
The wifi wouldn’t work for us but wasn’t a big issue as we were out most the time but aside this nothing.

everything was brilliant, such an amazing hotel, clean and staff friendly.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. We were even upgraded! Great location. Walked to Paddington Station in under 10 minutes. Plenty of places to eat in the area and also local shops if you needed anything else. Hotel was a beautiful building in a lovely area. Hyde Park 10 minutes away too! We will be returning for sure!

Staff were very friendly - we had arrived before check in opened but they let us in early as our room was ready. Towels were changed daily and everything was very clean
There were randomly ants in the bathroom at times - didn’t bother us as it is summer anyway.

The location of this hotel was wonderful, 5 minutes from Paddington station. The beds were also pretty comfortable.

location was great and close to Tube ( Underground) cafes and restaurants close by Check in was quick and staff were very welcoming and friendly
Couldn’t use lift and took the stairs which were In need of a good hoover and clean. Bed was uncomfortable this may be my personal preference as I don’t like to feel my partner turning over or dipped weight in the middle of the bed.Curtains didn’t fully cover windows when drawn and let in light, another personal preference of mine which others may not mind
3.5
The location is excellent with a number of bars, cafes and restaurants in the local area.
Room was very clean as was the reception area.
Staff were both friendly and helpful.
The room was small with little space between the beds.
The lifts were also small.
Slightly expensive for one of the nights but not beyond expectations.

Very nice hotel
Clean and comfortable

Bed was incredibly comfy! The room temperature was easy to control using the A/C. I was expecting a single bed so I was very happy to receive a double bed! The water pressure in the bathroom was decent as well. The staff were so friendly, especially Misha and Helga. Location was perfect - a short walk to Hyde Park and to the nearest tube and railway station.
The bathroom was very cold - I was hoping that with the A/C on in the main room, it would have warmed up, but it didn't. The wifi was very poor - it was a good job I could access mobile data! I also noticed that the remote control for the TV didn't have batteries, and the reading light wasn't working. However, I was only there for one night so I was fine without the TV and the reading light.
3.5
The room was small but cosy. The location is perfect, close to Paddington station , but quiet and safe, There isn't breakfast included but there were nice cafes and restaurants nearby, so we had a lot of choices.
nothing in particular

great central location close to Elizabeth line train station. Ideal location with access to Heathrow and city centre

good location
the room looked nothing like the photo. dirty, dusty, moldy windows. window didn’t close as a result of molding and basically braking apart. the bed was very uncomfortable. asked to be moved to another room but it was no better.
