Lovely location near beach and all ammenities. Smallish room but very comfy bed; would suggest offering some soft new pillows as three out of our four were hard and lumpy. Very nice bar and leisure areas.
As above, need new pillows. As an asthmatic I found that the chlorine smell from the pool seemed to get into all areas which meant I ended up with a sore throat and cough but not sure what could be done about that. It would be good if you could eat in the restaurant a la carte without having to have the full menu.

charming and old world. well cared for and a lovely reminder of better times. A lovely stay which reminded me of the important things in life.
A little rough around the edges in some areas but nothing that ruined our stay. the outside could do with a lick of paint.

Staff welcoming and clean rooms. Nice breakfast.
Rooms freezing cold and noisy, loose floorboards and you could hear all the revellers from the Christmas party in corridor at all hours and through the very thin walls. No sleep between revellers and uncomfortable mattress.

Beautiful location. Classic, authentic decor.
Floors are really creaky, all over. Not a huge problem though.

Friendly and helpful staff, loved the lounge, drink selection, breakfast and AC in the rooms.
Early morning swim with no kids.....
The grounds are well kept with plenty of seating, a large, covered smoking area and plenty of on-site parking
Evening dinner menu ( not available in advance...?)
Creaky beds, not being told we had to change rooms on the booking.com website...!, only informed after booking.
