The location
No one picks up the phone at night i had to go to the reception physically to ask for a towel
3.0
The guest room is enough large and enough hot shower.
Facilities are excellent.
Front desk is worst, never experienced before.
Customers need to pay when check in
-full amount of fees
-or deposit of full amount + 1,000k/night/room by credit card or cash
Online payment didn’t work in my case somehow
I wish I had enough had enough cash for 4 nights…..
There are some Japanese staffs but never show up or ask for help when Japanese customers are in trouble….
I didn’t want to leave my luggage on lobby without a guard in the night as a … hotel.

Had a great stay here, very interesting hotel, with Japanese breakfast options, and fantastic in-hotel restaurants. Lovely rooms, with large windows.

The staff was exceptional. They were incredibly attentive to me and my requests. They helped me plan and reserve several tours, responded to my vegetarian needs, and were always pleasant to chat with.
The location was away from the bustling cross of the Old Quarter, but an easy walk or taxi to the heart of it. There is a major park with a lake right across the street that I went for a walk or run to start every day (one loop = 1.4 miles).
The room was very large, very quiet, had a shower/bathtub, and had a nice table for working.
Room service was prompt. Room was cleaned every day. Laundry service was prompt.
They are working to improve their vegetarian options in the restaurant.

Breakfast, comfortable and clean room, very friendly staff
9.0
The rooms and bathroom are big enough. The hotel reception is large with several lifts. It seems to be a very quiet hotel with little noise despite the size of it. The access road in front of the hotel is useful for drop-off/collection as Hanoi is a very busy city and normally you are on the road in front of the hotel in traffic. The Japanese toilet.
The hotel is clearly ageing and could do with being redecorated.

The room is clean and comfortable though the furniture is a bit old

Hotell du Parc, met my expectations completely. My room on the the 9th floor was clean and well organised. The hotel responded well to my request for a softer Western style bed matress. The staf were very friendly and attentive. I will be back, either on my own again or with my wife
9.0
I genuinely like the 1980s style and feel of the place. It hasn't been updated much, but everything works so no need. The rooms control console was a highlight. Lunch buffet was pretty good as well.
Maybe due to it being that time of year, with humidity and dampness permeating the city, but the room had a musky aroma.

Breakfast was ok but juices. are terrible. And the cost of breakfast is terrible too
Location.
Hotel has seen better days.
