Nice hotel to look at not brilliant for food and wanting extra money

It was cosy and the bed was very comfortable

Blind sided over a £50 deposit that we shouldn’t have to pay as we pay enough for the room, breakfast was not nice beans were stone cold and over cooked on everything else

Brilliant hotel, liked it so much we stayed extra day and had evening meal which was even great too

Lovely room at the front of the hotel, very tasty breakfast with lots of variety hot and cold, air conditioning room and a large bed. Very helpful staff with special thanks to Tanya and Chrysawa on reception for going above and beyond 5*

Parking was limited and £10 per night was a bit steep, apart from that nothing

Nice Hotel in a very convenient location.

Could have done with another shelf in bathroom. Quite a compact room but modern , clean and comfortable.

A real find. Newly refurbished, nice little bar and a courtyard for sitting in.

Lovely clean room. Really Lovely staff - Rose, Vicki, Tom were the only people who's name I got, but they were all great. Quiet location and near the station and not far away from the city centre.

Only one thing. If breakfast could start a little earlier. It looked great but it only opened at 8:00 and I had meetings at 8:30, not leaving me time to have a breakfast before I had to leave.

Great value friendly hotel

Really comfortable. Close to BIC as we were seeing keane play. Nice friendly staff and bar. Breakfast was fantastic!! Also no issue parking car

Excellent, would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms,5 minute walk from beach and town centre, lots of things to do close by, beach, pier, arcades, crazy golf, lots of places to eat and drink, breakfast at the hotel was lovely, good variety of food.

Felt very let down by staffs attitude

The property was clean and spacious

There was a function on so the bar was not accessible and the restaurant was closed even though this wasn’t being used by the function! There was no consideration for the guests that were not part of the function after spending what we did for the room Only! No one accommodated us to make up for putting all efforts into the function guests! It was very loud with guests congregating down the corridors with room doors open and was not relaxing at all. Staff attitude was not professional at all.

Excellent place to stay while at Bournemouth

Staying at this hotel made you feel that you were living at one of the British houses and not a hotel. The decorations and the atmosphere were above average. The cozy lobby and the furniture were so comfortable to sit and relax over there

Maybe a little bit of enhancement to the breakfast options, although it's still good

A great location in a fabulous hotel x

Very pretty to look at and smelt beautiful. Restaurant was lovely and the staff were so welcoming and super friendly. Location was perfect too.

3 day stay in November

Great staff that are really friendly, nice bar, great location, nicely presented hotel and a comfortable bed.

Certain things require a bit of maintenance in rooms and around the hotel. Currently it's acceptable but if repairs aren't performed soon this will make what is a lovely hotel into one that isn't so nice. A fair bit of sound travels into the room

Very friendly staff, clean, spacious bathroom.

Big dip in the mattress which made it uncomfortable. Door didn’t lock as lock was broken, which was a big negative. Breakfast wasn’t ready on time which was just unfortunate as I was in a rush.

Nice hotel, little pricey!

Lovely quiet room away from the private function that was going on

Quite expensive for what it was. Breakfast seemed a little rushed as they were busy and didn't have many staff members to cope. Was still a nice breakfast but could have done with more staff

Not good, won’t be back

It’s well positioned for eateries and only minutes from the client I was there to see

I didn’t like that they now charge for parking. I had a small single room, the door wouldn’t lock from the inside. Stain on carpet, same coloured stain but had been washed on the hand towel. TV didn’t work. No non slip mat for the shower although it said there was. Dirtiest window I’ve ever seen at an hotel.

Very disappointing

The location.

Awful room - very small, old and stained carpet, dirty walls. Not one wall was without stains, chips or indentations - one looks like it’s about to give in! Tiny improvised bathroom, noisy room, very thin walls. Understaffed - there seems to be only one person left to do everything - reception - check in/check out, serve breakfast, etc. So unsurprisingly things take longer than expected/normal. I don’t think the hotel deserves the 4 stars rating.

Great location, fairly priced.

Location, size of the room and large beds. Free car park was a bonus, to allow enjoy freedom from driving for couple days.

some items in the room didn’t work - TV, small lamp on the wall next to a desk, internet was terribly slow - couldn’t use my laptop to study. Room was pretty cold - aircon unit is the only source of heat/ventilation.

Wouldn't visit again

Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, clean, really nice decor, parking, near beach, no noise from outside.

Internal noise at night, limited sound proofing. Before check out there was an event in the building which was REALLY loud. Luckily I wasn't on a call, etc. Was asked twice to pay for breakfast, which I'd paid for already when booking. No menu on tables or breakfast welcome to explain whether it was table service etc, luke warm weak coffee, cheap produce. Requested well done poached eggs, and received snotty fried eggs. Local to restaurants and the Nuudle bar was amazing, but the area has gone very downhill and appeared extremely deprived sadly.
