I liked nothing except the location.
Met by an addiction sitting outside the door who directed us to ring the bell. Interior of house smelled like 20 years worth of dirt. Most disgusting place.

The owner is trying his best to run the place on his own. He's not a young man anymore. Good for him
The shower curtain could be replaced with a new one. The shower inside can do with a good clean

Location to the centre of town
Noisy. Music being played by the neighbouring property until 2 am. Lots of comings and goings throughout the night. More issues with other guests than the property itself.

The shower waterleaked, there is no clean, no breakfast do by hôtel however it was write on the book.
The Cleanliness was bad, no table and chair for eat.
We will be 3 persons but we had got just 2 towels.
The heating was closed the first night.
The bed was no perfect and futhermore too little for 2 persons ( 1.2 m).

Convenient for travel to euro tunnel. Quick and easy. 10 minute drive.
Desperate need of redecoration. Place is dated. Broken toilet seat. Bathroom was shoddy, dirty broken plastic tiles on the ceiling. Hotel had an undesired odour once you step foot inside.
Room was small for a family but done us for overnight stay.
Not ideal having a randy couple above a family bedroom as the rooms ARE NOT sound proof!!! Sounded like a brothel!
Thankfully the younger kids were asleep.

Booked this property for convenience of location to the EuroTunnel. The beds were comfy and we managed to bag a parking space directly outside the property. We were able to check in late and had our request for a twin room (rather than double) granted.
Sadly, that’s were the good stuff ends!
We asked for breakfast in the morning to be told they no longer do food. Our tea and coffee making facilities consisted of a kettle, one cup, 3 saucers, a dirty teaspoon and a fork. The teabags were stale and the coffee…well I didn’t try the half used open jar! We had a big fridge in the corner, which we put the long life milk in after we’d phoned reception to get some.
The plug socket next to my bed did not work - which would explain why the bedside lamp was on the opposite side of the room. It doesn’t explain why the bedside cabinets were there too, underneath a table.
The bathroom, closet, was not particularly clean. Didn’t use the shower as it looked grimier than I felt. The loo had a pube on the rim and a puddle appeared on the floor every time we flushed.

This hotel I just booked because I was coming from EuroTunnel very late.
I called to reception and told them that I would be coming late and the person told me that will leave the keys on a safe.
The rooms are not what I would expect. They are just like a normal house. Is fine for a quick stay.
- No one in the reception to receive or exiting the property next day.
- No parking available. I was almost to get fined in the morning for parking on oposite road.
- No internet provided.
- No sugar provided for the tea in the bedroom.
- Carpet in the room seems dirty and dusty, I could feel sand.

Room small but cosy. Bed very comfortable. Perfectly adequate for the couple of night's I was there. Host very helpful.
Light over bed did not work and I was unable to tune into the TV. Neither bothered me particularly. Kettle In room but no tea or coffee. Sure all this would have been corrected if I'd asked. But not there for long.

I checked in very late, and the owner was very helpful. Guided me to the best place to park and was very welcoming. The room was tidy and the bed very comfortable.

Absolutely nothing!!!!
Our 'luxury' room was disgustingly filthy!!! The toilet shower and sink and micro wave. There was a cardboard box hiding a huge hole in the ceiling!!! We did not stay there and went back in the morning and asked for full refund. Refused!!!

i slept ok and there wasn't much road noise to wake me in room 10
tea making facility was one opened jar of coffee, no tea bags or milk. no towel in the room, there was one on a chair next floor down which i took, stained bedside table, grubby carpets, curtains not hooked onto rail properly, exposed wiring on light fitting, generally poor even for a budget room

Comfy bed, good sleep, kettle in the room with teabags, functional for what we required
No breakfast offered, no coffee in the room or milk if we required it, shower took its time getting hot, water pressure low, needed a little decoration update
