A great place to stay

Mark & Leigh were super friendly and welcoming. The personal touch made all the difference. The room and bathroom were huge, clean and comfortable. Commonly you get one comfortable chair. There were two! Will go again

Fab stay. Highly recommended.

Friendly welcome from the owners. Lovely building with fab decor, spotlessly clean room with everything we could need, including a super comfy bed. Lovely breakfast. Loved it!

Superb

Friendly staff, massive comfortable room with a great bed and fab shower, great location and a really good breakfast cooked to order. Everything you could want really. Oh and we parked right outside for something like £5 for 24 hours.

Great place for romantic stay.

It is a superb stay. Spacious room, high ceilings, large and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and great bathtub and shower, cosy and beautiful design. Quiet. Good breakfast, friendly staff, very picturesque promenade on the seaside, just 2 minutes walk. I need to specially recommend the restaurant just opposite, it is a rare find: delicious food, very good cocktails, superb music and great interior design.

Perfect luxury B&B

Amazingly helpful and friendly owners. The cooked English breakfast was the best we've ever had in a hotel or B&B Fantastic room with loads of space and very tasteful We asked for a quiet room and it certainly was! The whole experience was wonderful and we'd highly recommend

Could have had a better bedside lamp for reading Could do with a bit more shelving or similar for the bathroom

We really enjoyed it - it was only 1 night but was an excellent start to our holiday in France.

fantastic customer service with very welcoming owners, overall great stay, would definitely return.

Breakfast set up was perfect, with a different variety of options. I thoroughly enjoyed the full English. The location was also great as it was clean and hygienic.

Noise kept coming from a swinging door in the corridor which was a bit disruptive.

Fabulous stay - we’ll repeat soon

Just 10-mins walk from the station, 1 min away from the seaside. Room was big, bright and spacious, with a sofa, table and plenty of drawers and hangers. Bathroom was roomy and bright (lots of natural light). Bedding and towels were soft, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had many choices, including fresh fruit, cereal and cooked options, toasts and biscuits (fabulous homemade banana muffins!). Leigh and Mark are great hosts, complimentary cup of tea and a beer delivered to the room on arrival - perfect on a hot day.

Wouldn’t stay again

The facilities were very dated. The breakfast room was very old fashioned. The bathroom had a shower in a bath and a very strangely and uncomfortable my placed toilet. The pub that joined the hotel was distasteful and the bar ads took us through a very odd, unsafe staff area to take us to the hotel. The whole pancetta could do with an update to meet the expectations that were described on the hotel website.

We only stayed one night but had a really nice stay. I can highly recommend 10 - 12.

The breakfast was good with generous portions and good service. Leigh & Mark were both very friendly & helpful.

For the price we paid, I would expect a/c and a fridge in the room.
