The whole experience. The little extra in the room and high end bathroom product. Room had character and spotless.
Can not think of anything.

Beautiful room and lovely views. Perfect location
No hot water for a shower in the morning.
Breakfast isn't served until 9.30am which is just too late so you feel like you have missed out as we had to be on the road for 8am.

Location was fabulous. Unfortunately unable to comment on breakfast due to the very restrictive times served 9:30 to 10:30 with a check out time of 10 am! We had to be away before 9:30 to get a ferry but notwithstanding that need to allow check out past the breakfast times and an earlier start time.
Breakfast window too late and too short. Bar shut at 5pm sharp. Unless eating in restaurant no opportunity to enjoy the harbour views whilst having a drink.

nice comfy bed
very small!! not enough room for your clothes and items. shower room not big enough for a wet room. No room to use a hairdryer and to put makeup on.

starting to look tired, could do with some TLC

All good breakfast good choice
Was a bit cold and couldn’t make any warmer.

I enjoyed the view of the room as well as how close to the Eurotunnel it was. Restaurant connected was also ideal for an evening meal and breakfast.
Rather than rustic, it felt a little old and rusty. The bathroom was clean but wetroom would fill up with water after a short shower. Bed would make noise with every turn so got woken up various times through that.

Food was amazing and staff were very attentive, we have been to the restaurant before and the new owners have carried on the high standard of cuisine , location of room looked great and close to harbour
The room was a little disappointing, it was a hot day and on arrival we were offered some fresh milk to take to our room, however the room has no mini fridge and even with leaving the milk in the sink with cold water it had gone off by the morning. Paying these rates you would expect a mini fridge. The rooms were pleasant and views lovely. There is noise from the room above which woke us at 1-30am and then the fishermen were unloading at 5am outside the window which we had to have open due to the heat so a very restless night.

good location adjacent to Rocksalt restaurant
a bit cramped

The location is great fun and check-out was simple.
There were gales in the night so the seaward doors squeaked repeatedly as I was unable to drive the floor bolt home. the door also rattled until I wedged leaflets under it. The room was smaller than expected and the loo seat was loose, as was the bedside light.

When we booked it wasn't made clear that the rooms weren't on the site of the restaurant. However they were only a short walk and were very pleasant. Our room was a little on the small side for the price but it was very cosy, modern and clean. The breakfast was lovely, though had to wait awhile for a cuppa, I think you should get this before ordering.
Whilst the room was lovely, we could hear the people above us walking around and talking.

It has a very contemporary style. Lovely linen and towels.
Small bathroom and very noisy (both from other guests and outside)

Staff were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
The breakfast was very good too! Enhanced by the lovely views in the restaurant.

room was really quirky, small but well appointed. Little alley way to the property was a little scary if you were on your own.
Restaurant was totally amazing food fabulous, staff excellent.
Location to the old harbour and old part of town perfect, although expect to get woken up by the fish market below when the catch comes in, seagulls and all.
The Alleyway to the property and very overlooked by houses opposite, no views.

Very near to Rocksalt Restaurant, comfortable bed.
Much smaller than thought it would be, especially bathroom, very small shelf and not much room for toiletries

Minor niggle, nowhere to put clothes and horrible coffee
