4.5
Quiet resort with super friendly staff. On-site restaurant was also very good. Rooms/villas were spacious and well appointed for our family of 4. Kids (age 8 and 12) enjoyed the pool (deep) and ocean (calm and shallow).

3.5
The resort is right on the seafront with beautiful sunsets and views of the water. The food was great, and staff very helpful. We were leaving early the next morning so they packed us a breakfast and delivered it the night before.

Location
Beautiful romantic setting
Friendly professional staff - incredibly helpful
Great swimming pool
Fantastic restaurant
The living space cramped whereas the bathroom was huge
2.5
Quiet place with no people on the beach. Good sea.
Breakfast is lousy and below all expectations. For the money hotel is charging for breakfast it must be completely different with more choices. You have got 3 pre-selected choices only and we have stayed for almost 2 weeks! Food for dinner is not bad overpriced versus outside cafe and restaurants.
5.0
The place and the staff were amazing. The rooms are very very spacious and everything is so clean. Breakfast is delicious. The commun places are very well kept, the garden well taken care of.
The manager is so helpful and kind, he makes everything easy and comfortable!
Compare to other hotels, this place a really great value for money.
Unfortunately, we were staying when the owners were also there. They made us feel uncomfortable for different reasons, telling the staff to tell us that some things were forbidden, when they are usually not. It put us and the staff in an uncomfortable situation as they could not explain the news rules and the owner refused to come and talk to us directly. We actually shortened our stay because of this.
However, they are only there a few weeks a year, so it shouldn't be a problem for your stay.
4.8
The place is very beautiful and quiet. It is located on a small beach with a beautiful pool and garden! The house is very clean, big, with a kingsize bed and everything you need. The staff is very kind and pleasent! The breakfest is very tasty but just few things to eat! Excellent!
The hotel is a little bit isolated and the beach is not in the top of ko samui beaches.
