Bee Hives Lesson and Be Hive High Tea after.
It was fun.
Unfortunately golf course was booked out during our stay and anybody who we spoke to, who had been at the golf course told us it was a great golf course.

The beach
Rom wasn’t ready until 5pm - service was poor - food has dropped in quality and check out was a nightmare

Staff were very welcoming and accomodating. Lovely entrance and welcome drink on arrival. We loved the day spa and the close proximity to the Natadola bay golf course. Gorgeous beach and views.
A lot of the facilities you still had to pay extra for, hire of snorkeling gear, boards etc.
Not enough cabanas. It’s a very large resort and we found some areas to too crowded at times. Also, non-hotel guests can wander on the beaches and we had lots of people approach and try to sell to us.

Amazing location - best beach in Fiji without a doubt.
Having a teen along meant a bit of boredom at times. There aren’t really any places to roam about or walk to if one wanted to leave the resort. That’s not the property’s fault though.

Beautiful resort, staff are amazing. Views over Natadola beach are amazing and grounds are lush. I had a very private ground floor room away from the hustle and bustle of the main area, great for relaxing on the outdoor day bed on a quiet courtyard away from the noise, but a little bit of a walk to get anywhere in the resort ie restaurants, pools etc, however that was completely fine with me as the grounds were lush with a pond, tree lined pathways with beautiful colourful flowers and plenty of local birdlife to stroll past. There were two restaurants available for breakfast, a family friendly buffet and an adults only restaurant serving a la carte. Whilst I thought I would prefer the more upmarket adult only restaurant, where the views from this restaurant win hands down, situated right by the beach, the family friendly buffet for breakfast definitely offered a more relaxed vibe for breakfast, with much more selection. The view over the water feature and lawn area were still nice! There are three restaurant options for dinner, offering a variety of food such as buffet, a fine dining restaurant with a degustation menu and a mid-range a la carte option. I found the best options for great food were fresh fish, local produce were top notch. I suggest trying out some of the more traditional Fijian items on the menu! Facilities were great, the pools were clean, there were plenty of sun loungers and shade umbrella's around the pool. I went on the guided snorkel adventure which was amazing and I highly recommend. The spa was an amazing experience, with hydrotherapy and steam room available for use with every spa service booked. The ambience each evening was lovely around the pool and bar/lounge with live Fijian music during sunset, and local very talented musicians providing entertainment during dinner service. Can't wait to go back!
Nothing I didn't like, however my trip coincided with a large private event that was staying at the resort. Unfortunately this meant that at times certain facilities were unavailable due to the event having booked the whole area. One night one of the restaurants was booked out for their event and unable to be utilised by other guests, and another night they were having a private event at the bar lounge on the lawns and beach area that it opens out onto, so unfortunately that area was closed off to other resort guests. Wasn't a big deal at all, as plenty of other food options, and plenty of other spots on the beach or around the pool to continue to lounge with cocktail / bar service and live music.

The bed was worn and needed to be changed

The facilities were wonderful but the staff were so lovely. We formed a beautiful bond with UNA, Moana and Wendy. All staff were lovely but they were exceptional with their service and attention to detail. They really made us feel like family. Moses was also lovely as well as Monty and Noah. There were a few others but we can’t remember their names sadly. Intercontinental is stunning and excellent all round. Bula and vinaka

Excellent service ,Excellent breakfast,Great beach.
Had to wait over an hour for a meal one night but they were very apologetic. One expensive meal was not up to scratch but once again they did there best to rectify the situation.

The pools, the beach, the rooms , breakfast and nightly buffet were amazing. Kids pool side activities and staff were excellent. Good gym. Navo restaurant worth booking one night. Cocktails at Kama amazing. Chairs by the pool were always available.
The ice room at the spa was broken, jet ski trip wasn’t as good as last time. Minimal tv entertainment.

Resort is situated on a beautiful beach, one of the best that I've seen on mainland Viti Levu. Food quality was universally high with good presentation. Resort staff were at all times kind, helpful and warm. An excellent resort for resting and reading.

My family absolutely loved our time at the InterContinental. We stayed at 3 different resorts this trip, and the InterContinental was by far our favourite. The attention to detail, the surprise performances and activities, and the culture and atmosphere were fantastic. The staff genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and always went the extra mile.
I want to specifically mention the activities workers who showed enthusiasm and made my children feel welcomed and included (especially Jonne). After going to other resorts, it really highlighted how well InterContinental ran their activities by announcing the start by blowing the shell for example. The torch lighting ceremony was significantly more exciting than the other resorts and gave a good insight to Fijian culture.
We were also provided the opportunity to go to a local village with a staff member which was extremely eye opening, especially for our children. It was a beautiful experience and not commercialised.
This is the 2nd InterContinental resort my family has stayed at - and I will forever be seeking more around the world. We were treated like royalty.

Beautiful resort, the staff were lovely and there were a few restaurants and bars to enjoy. View of ocean from our room was amazing.
Not suited to couples looking for an adult only resort as most guests seemed to be families with children.

The hotel is beautiful. The adult-only pool was outstanding and the staff were quick to move kids along from this area. Food in all three restaurants was excellent.
On initial booking the property asked for a deposit of one night per room (I booked 2 rooms). They then charged my credit card for 3 rooms, after much back and forth with the property they refunded the mistaken charge but was shortchanged so that was irritating.
My first room was a pool access room and for the price should be better maintained. I had to move rooms due to flight cancellation and an extended stay by one night and the garden room (cheaper than pool access) was better maintained, quieter and I would definitely book that room again.
An area of major improvement needed is the laborious check in and check out process. It took over 1.5hours to check in and an hour to check out. That’s simply ridiculous and a huge waste of your customers time. So much printing of receipts that could be emailed instead and general time wasting. After a long day you simply want to check in quickly and get into the pool!
The pool food menu is lacking in poolside options and the pina colada which is a popular drink and added to happy hour isn’t even on the menu to order online which makes no sense.

The beach is so beautiful.
The spa centre is very standard. The dinner was awful. Frozen lobster with black colour meat.

Cleanliness of room and sea views. Staff are very friendly and go out of their to help where possible
Accomodation price paid, was not worth what was being offered at the resort. Overall everything was way overpriced for the quality of services provided. The vibe of the resort is more suited for a young family vacation.

Sensational location and facilities . World class beautiful staff. The grounds and spa are out of this world.
Since my last stay, I missed the Pure Fiji mini’s in the bathroom - that had always been a top touch. Also they used to clean and top up your beach foot bowl each day and add a fresh flower - which didn’t happen any more. It was an extra nice touch!

The rooms were good and staff friendly.
Too mass and too touristy for my liking it reminded me of the Club Med when I was young. The website story and content don’t match the actual experience of the hotel. More of a family hotel with kids everywhere. I think this hotel is great for conferences but not suitable for an intimate quiet and luxury holiday for a couple.

It was a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The place is absolutely stunning. There are two pools, one for families and one for adults only which was nice. We went snorkeling, kayaking, my partner went scuba diving, and there are some more activities being offered. The spa is wonderful with great staff and facilities.
The communication around the water activities could have been better. It was only possible to go kayaking and scuba diving at certain times which was not very clear before. Also, one night we went to the nicer adults only restaurant Navo and while the staff was great, the food was disappointing.

Beautiful property, located down the coral coast. Has facilities for everyone including family and adult pool and restaurants. The hotel sits on the shores of a golden beach which is used by guests for swimming, surfing and walks. A gorgeous spot
Nothing all very well planned and designed. Staff very helpful too

Nestled in the heart of Fiji's pristine beauty, this resort feels like a hidden paradise. From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I was captivated by the stunning surroundings. The coral reef just a stone's throw away, teeming with colorful tropical fish, made every moment feel like a magical underwater adventure.
Wandering through the resort's lush gardens, I couldn't help but marvel at the attention to detail and the tranquility they provided. Each corner seemed to be a perfect spot for reflection or simply soaking in the beauty of nature.
My room was more than just a place to sleep—it was a sanctuary. Spacious and elegantly designed, it felt like a luxurious home away from home. And the view from my window? Simply breathtaking.
But what truly set this resort apart was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a willingness to make my stay unforgettable.
And let's not forget the infinity pool—the ultimate spot to unwind and take in the panoramic views. With comfortable sun chairs nearby and beach towels readily available, every moment spent by the pool felt like a slice of paradise.
In the end, my stay at this Fiji resort was more than just a vacation—it was an experience I'll cherish forever.

We could not fault this hotel at all. The buffet breakfast was substantial. The various restaurants offered a variety of food, the service was amazing and everything we wanted to do was at our doorstep.
