Séjour pour la LOVEPARADE.

L’accueil sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner. Proximité avec la gare centrale et la porte de Brandebourg et le tiegarten.,

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre ! Pas de télévision non plus

Es una buena opción

El desayuno tipo bufet y la ubicación cerca de la estación central.

Un poco alejado del centro que te obliga a tirar de Ubers o mejor y mucho más barato moverte desde la gran estación central.

Konumu Berlin Hauptbahnhoff a oldukça yakın aynı zamanda Brandenburg kapısı da bir o kadar uzaklıkta sayılır

İlk karşılamada Check-in de Christian isimli çalışan olsa gerek onun tavırları hoş değildi. Bir gün önceden konaklama için giriş yapıyorken yayınlanan fiyat dışında Bir fiyat uygulanması, Bodrum katta verilen oda için iyileştirme istememe rağmen isteğimin karşılanmaması vb. Nedenler hoş değildi.

I highly recommend this place! Very Good for families

The personal was excellent!! The service very good, warm attention! The location is excellent to visit all Berlin attractions The breakfast is very good for the price

Was okay, noting more nothing less.

Hair on the mattress from the person before me. additional charge for the towels. The bed location looked like a bunker. The sheet didn’t fit on the bed.

Beds moved too much

- They provide bike renting - It is very close to the train station - It is a quiet neighborhood - The room is isolated, you don't hear the outside

- Beds should be attached to the wall, they moved too much - Staff is very slow handling requests at the reception, keep that in mind if you are in a hurry - Staff enters your room once a day

Superb

All the toilets, and basically all the doors, need the room card, so you are using the card all the time. Also that is a problem for going to the toilets after the checkout.

The room was clean. Walking distance from the train station and bus stop.

The room was hot especially this summer time. The window can't be fully open and they will not provide a fan until you ask.

Exceptionally rude and uncompassionate receptionist.

I cannot say what I liked because I was not given the opportunity to see anything good about the hostel.

The receptionist was very hostile, unsympathetic and lacked any empathy. The receptionists were not interested in trying to resolve a problem and would not even grant me the politeness or professionalism to apologize or compromise. Very rude and unfriendly. I am looking for work and do not have much money to keep me going for the time being. I was expecting to receive some money on the night I was checking into my booking however it did not come through. Because it did not come through, I was not able to pay. So I approached the receptionist stating that I had made a booking but there was a problem. I asked if there was any way that I could pay in the morning as that is when I was getting paid again and offered to give my ID and my credit card details. He was unenthusiastic from the moment I introduced myself, took a look at my details and then dismissed me. I understand that he may not have been able to resolve this particular issue for me however he could of at least showed politeness, consideration and compassion. He was rude the entire time and looked at me aggressively and judgementally throughout our interaction. I tried to ask another receptionist for help but was cut off by the same receptionist I tried to appeal to first. He then refused to let me try to resolve the issue by not letting me speak to the other receptionist or calling the manager. He proceeded to ask me to leave before allowing for any opportunity to ask about if I would be charged. I had nowhere to sleep that night and because the receptionist was unwilling to help me, I had to spend the night in the hbf and airport, not getting any sleep. The following day my card was charged despite me being unable to check in and it does not look like they will be refunding my money. I ask that if Marta's Guesthouse is reading this, I request a refund as I was not given the opportunity to check in and did not anticipate such hostility and a lack of humanity.

Good

Staff were lovely and rooms were spacious - we had a good stay.

It's quite far away from Central Berlin and the beds were really squeaky when trying to get up in the morning without disturbing anyone. Would be good to have individual bed lights too so you don't have to turn on the main light in the dorm.

Nice location, confortable hostel for a long weekend in Berlin

Really good location, well connected with the main city attractions. Rooms were clean, as well the toilet and facilities. Staff was nice and the 24/7 bar in the ground floor is really useful!

the bunk bed was not comfortable, the upstairs bed was difficult to reach because a stair wasn't available (just few hole in the bed structure)

It is really near to the train station, that was the reason why I choose it and it makes my expectations, around 5 to 10 minutes walking. Also, the staff was really nice and helpful. I really appreciate that the reception is 24h because I arrived late and I could do my check-in without any problem.

It was an adapted room, so the bed was a bit hard. There was people in a building next to the hotel (i think it is a space for homeless) that at first makes me a little insecure (I was a young woman traveling alone).

There are many homeless around the hotel who gets free food in the evening. Walking not very comfortable during evening.

Super clean, very comfortable family room totally new, comfortable beds, super friendly reception workers and great breakfast buffet for little money.
