Easy access to public transportation. Good showers, spacious kitchen, comfortable bed.
I was only there for 4 hours to rest and shower after taking the Dogu Express from Kars and before a domestic flight. I didn't sleep, but the bed was comfortable. There was also a nice garden.
The reception guy didn't have patience for me to pay with my new (to me) digital card, so it cost me $2 USD more to pay with a different card to make his job easier.

a very central location . provides cold and hot drinking water.
facilities are minimal. only one power point in the room and the room is very small. no hanger or hooks to hang towels or clothes. shampoos and shower gels very dilute.

The location is good close to all the bars and restaurants
Outside areas decent if they were spruced up a little
Provision of a kitchen but limited cutlery etc
Some of the staff are friendly and nice
There was a very odd feeling we had in this hostel. Some staff members were quite rude lacking any customer service.
The front room / reception / seating area reminded us of a doctors surgery
Wifi is poor
The private room was fine but plug sockets hanging out, marks on sheets, cigarette butts on window cills
The shower room floods as the drains are not cleaned or maintained.
Toilet roll was not provided, told they 'ran out' for the 2 days we were there. Not a big deal but a little silly
Generally had a feeling that some of the management/ staff had given up or just passing time.
This has potential to be a good hostel but is lacking in many areas.

Location
Disliked · I booked a room with private bath (Double room) but I found it very unclean and unhygienic. The bed and the blanket have not been cleaned probably for ages. The toilet wasn't clean either and needs renovation. It was so unusable that I started using shared bathroom which was much better.

Staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is nice and easy
I have stayed here before in a private room which was fine, and now stayed in a shared room.
The bunkbed was fine, each bed has a kind of cubicle with a curtain on one side to provide some privacy (but the curtain or hooks were partly broken of most beds)
The bed/cubicle also includes a foldable laptop table, convenient if needed.
Locaton is good, in center Kizilay close to Kizilay metro station (the center point of two metro lines) and also close to the bus stop of the BelkoAir busservice from and to airport. It is a few stops with metro or a Dolmus bus is needed to get to Asti, the cities central busstation for intercity buses.
The some curtainhooks at the side of the bed, were broken, so I couldnt fully close it.
The bathrooms are clean but one of the showers didn't properly work.

Great value for money, met amazing people, very good staff.
make sure you book the lower beds, the higher ones are a little hard to reach, personally at least

comfortable beds, clean toilets and shower areas, very social hostel. the night time staff are amazing
the morning staff where very rude and never smiled, but the night time staff compensated for that, as the night/ evening staff were super friendly

The location is very good. Close to the metro and it’s in the middle of everything in the city center.
Our double bed room is just next to the kitchen and dinning area. We can clearly hear every single word that people talking loudly. Which is very annoying and I couldn’t feel asleep till midnight. And our shared bathroom is just next to the common area which made me just skipped the bath.

I liked the location, the room itself was bright and beautiful, (didn't expect something like this for such price) and the staff was friendly and helpful))
The WC was not bad, but not quite clean, though they kept the supplies in abundance (like shampoo, shower gel and etc.)

Hotel rooms are clean. heds are clean.
Nowhere does it say that it closes at 2 am. we have stayed before. We came and stayed at the hotel at 3 am. But since we arrived at 2.30 last time, the doors were closed. Although we called the number of the hotel, no one answered. We knocked on the door, no one looked. we stayed out for one night. It is not open 24 hours. We do not recommend as colleagues.

The service is really really good. The 2 main guys at reception always had a great disposition and excelent service. They have a kitchen and a refrigerator which was wonderful for me and the atmosphere at the inn is like a big family which made my stay very pleasant.

The location is perfect, the hostel decoration looks fancy,
The staff, (receptionist) would be better if they were more friendly! And we had to pay to store the luggage for few extra hours after the checkout
