Location, not far from Ankara Castle
Private carpark behind the hotel with valet parking provided
Wifi in the room not too strong

Absolutely amazing location, great service, and wonderful well-conditioned rooms with great noise isolation, even though right above a lively street.
Very responsive staff, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, overall a great experience, especially for the price.
A 10-minute walk from an underground lane, a 2-minute walk to a bus station, taxi station just on the other side of the road.
If it were to be absolutely ideal, a better breakfast would go a long way. Just a standard run-of-the-mill buffet, with cereals, cheese, some boiled eggs, fruit, etc., so nothing special. Still, by no means a deal-breaker.

Location is great, and everything is new and clean. Breakfast is goog.
Please add filter coffee and real milk for breakfast.

Hotel staff at reception, concierge, housekeeping, kitchen were all professionally welcoming and friendly. It is only a medium/small size hotel however the facilities they offer are surprisingly good. Laundry service is very prompt and value for money. They would clean and iron your items super fast every time when you request.
Hotel breakfast was excellent offering all the fresh ingredients with hand made pies, unlimited hot and cold drinks, numerous types of traditional Turkish cheeses and more.
I didn’t have a car but they offer guests a valet parking your cars at their private secure parking.
I wish I had more time to stay at this delightful hotel.

The location is good - not far from the center and some of the main sights. The hotel is also on the route of bus 442 which comes directly from the airport. However, to go back to the airport, you need to go to another stop.
At the time of booking I was not warned that it was a smoker room. The entire room reeked of stale tobacco smoke, which was quite unpleasant. The WiFi connection was poor. At breakfast, there was only instant coffee. Regarding value for your money, I'm not sure. When I was considering this hotel, I saw cheaper options, which might or might not be of better or the same quality.

the room itself was nice and the staff was helpful
- it was a smoking room so it smelled like that
- it was really loud if you opened the window - so smelly or loud
- the location is not the best, a friend who is living in Ankara said it's the red light district

good location, helpful staff, clean, I would stay there again without hesitation
Nothing really

Unbearable smell from the bathroom in the whole room and someone smoked in the room before. The air conditioning and heating did not work, so it was to cold in the room. No toiletries, even I paid for them. After I complained at the reception desk, my access to the hotel's Wi-Fi internet was cut off. The hotel manager was disrespectful.

It was the best experience I have ever had in Turkey's hotels, everything was perfect. I totally recommend that hotel.
Nothing to mention, all over was fine

Awful WIFI. It literally didn't connect unless you stood at the door. Absolutely disgraceful.

Nice stuff and a clean hotel, highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect, attentive and welcoming stuff, clean place and delicious breakfast.
Note that noone is really able to speak English and there is absolutely no soundproof. You can hear every door open and close on your floor. But this was not a problem for me.

Hotel is beautiful (inside and out) and the reception is exceptionally unique (best I've seen in Turkey). Checking was fairly quick and easy and the hotel has tons of measures in place to ensure people maintained social distancing & cross contamination of Covid-19.
Regardless of the pandemic, housekeeping came every day and did a good job but we were unable to relay information to them because they didn't speak any English.
Overal, we had a comfortable stay and a good value for money but there is a lot of room for improvements. Would I return...maybe
- Felt mislead by booking.com because it stated on their site that the staff spoke English and this was NOT the case. Communication was conducted via a translation app on my mobile.
- Everything within the hotel (incl room leaflet + signs) were in Turkish and at check-in no one thought to advise of breakfast times, hotel expectations/rules etc. However, receptionist named Nemit tried her utter best to relay info: she always went that extra mile for us and I cannot thank her enough BUT miscommunication between staff and myself has led to me booking an hotel elsewhere & losing just over £70.
- cigarette odours can be smelled upstairs in corridors and the balcony door in restaurant is kept open while some residents have a quick "fag break" ; which, is off putting because that is where breakfast is served/held.
- The fixtures and fittings within the room were flimsy and loose (including shower & light switches).
- There was mould around the shower.
- Breakfast does cater for vegetarians BUT not vegans. Nonetheless, the vegetarian options we're always cheese related with ridiculous amount of salt; which, accordingly is the norm in Turkey. Thus, if your a vegetarian, vegan and or lactose intolerant, you should avoid Turkey at all costs.
- We had a pest problem on one particular day, found one live tiny cock roach: the hotel was very apologetic and even offered to change the room.
- A foul odour lingering from the bathroom and it was quite evident that there were sewer issues.
