The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. And the location is perfect! it is not far from Ankara Castle and 20 minute's walk to Kizilay.

The view of the mosque is amazing

The location is quite okay, Taxi is reachable at any time, Theres a nice restaurant nearby, The breakfast is okay, The check in was smooth, they will help you with your bags, the heater in the room is great (We came in winter) and there is Elevator for old folks with a bad knee.

The room is a lil bit small for 3 person with a lot of luggage, no space for us muslim to pray with our praying mat, and the towel and bed sheet is old and torn -- but all and all everything else is just great.

The location is close to all attractions Restaurants,shops close by walking. The staff amazing (cenk and burak), very helpful and provide great guidance. I will come back again this week And I fully recommend it

Good

- good location for main tourist attractions. From Opera bus stop you can reach everything. Some places are walking distance. - the hotel does not have non-smoking rooms, but the staff tried their best to give me the room which has least smell... - the receptionist if the evening shift speaks English, is very kind and helpful

- no non-smoking rooms - the air ventilation system of the building brings up the smoke of the other rooms or the kitchen smells directly to your room.... - only fixed shower - no small table in the bathroom - the air ventilation system in the bathroom once broke and it was not possible to switch it off... The staff eventually fixed it - found two mosquitoes in the bathroom - the breakfast choices were limited

Great stay with great staff

Nice and clean hotel. The staff are very helpful. I had trouble buying a metro bus ticket online as I had a foreign credit card and the receptionist offered to help me buy it and pay him cash. when I needed to check out before breakfast, they allowed me to pack a lunchbox to bring along with me

the i stayed on level 2, and the smell of smoke from the street managed to creep into the room despite all the windows being closed

Normal hotel but reception tried to scam me

2 very nice cleaning ladies took us to a viewpoint on the top floor to see Ankara

The receptionist tried to scam us for the price of the rooms. Arriving in the middle of the night, tired from a long journey, he tried to charge around 6000 lira’s on my CC in stead of 1225. But I had written the right amount on the printed booking confirmation and checked it. He changed the number without comment.

Comfortable Hotel in a good location

The property was easy to find and well located for accessing the Anatolian Museum and the area around it. Staff were friendly; the room was comfortable and quiet and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. Reception also sorted out a taxi fro us when we left. Highly recommended

Passable

The variety of food but some times the lack of cleanliness. Some of the staff were unfriendly and annoying and others were extremely friendly . The room was full of very bad smoke smell all night and even in the early morning coming from the next rooms even though I asked for a nonsmoking room.Some of my cloths are missing ( stolen).The location and the facilities are good .

Good value for money and central location.

Nice, clean and affordable hotel with a central location in Ankara. My room on the 4th. floor was spacious, quiet and had a nice view towards a park in the center of town.

Hotel staff got me a cab for the airport. However, the cabbie didn't seem to understand where to go and tried to get me to leave after driving 3-4 kilometers. I finally got him to understand where to take me (he spoke only Turkish), but I'm not happy that the hotel staff member apparently didn't inform the cab-driver well enough.

Would prefer this hotel to everyone coming to Istanbul.

The rooms were veryy clean. The location is perfect. The hotel staff specially the receptionist, they were soo helpful and welcoming.

The breakfast was soo expensive.

Nice place and location, only careful to smoking room

Room is clean and bathroom too. Nice view on the mosquee. Réceptionnists were very helpful too

We had a smoker room, smelling really really Bad despite we opened the Windows whole day long

High quality institutional hotel

Easy and good value. So cheap for such a high quality hotel, didn't disappoint. Nice room had a great view over massive mosque. Comfortable and everything well functioning. Good shower, WiFi, tv. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Lots of nice touches like matches and shoe polish which although I didn't use made it feel a bit more thoughtful. Very short walk to old area of city, further from commercial centre but always a trade off

Nothing - everything worked well and couldn't have asked for more. Maybe the area didn't have much nightlife or restaurants, but that's the price of being nearer many of the tourist attractions.

Good

The breakfast had a good variety of fresh dishes to choose from. Our room had a lovely little balcony. When we asked for cleaning the next day, the room was finally cleaned properly. The location is very central, and you can get to any corner of the city by taking a subway or a bus.

The check-in time is 12 PM. We arrived at 12:30 PM but the room was not ready yet. They let us check in 10 minutes after but it looked like the room had not been cleaned properly, and there were floods of water all over the bathroom floor. The Wi-Fi signal is so slow and low that it's impossible to use it. There is no taxi point close to the hotel. They also do not cooperate with any service themselves. We asked them to call us a taxi upon checkout but they were only able to use a standard "taxi button" - and no taxi came as a result. We were lucky to catch one on the street otherwise we would be late for a bus.

A nice place to stay overnight for smokers.

Everything is good. Except smoking room.

They don’t have non-smoking room, although they let me to choose a room, but it’s still a smoking room and I can still smell it.
