Good quality apartment in great location. Private parking really helpful.
Door lock was broken presenting a security risk as could only lock from the inside.
4.5
Great location on a lovely street and near the tube station. Spacious apartment and very clean and comfortable. A reception office downstairs made it feel secure as a solo traveller. The staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming.
Kitchen needed more utensils, tea pot, salad bowl, scissors to open packages from supermarket etc. Evenings in the street could be noisy due to a pub nearby and my bedroom was on the street side of the building.

Service, location, coffee house next to the apartment
Nothing

The bed was comfortable, the location is good,
The room has no air-conditioning. Replacing our towels when we asked didn't happened, shower was not working properly.
3.5
Loved the quality of the extra touches; soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. The milk in the fridge was a nice surprise too!
The apartment is in a great location. Staff were friendly.
The WiFi didn't work, the number I called in the evening to ask for help re. this never picked up, so was without WiFi. As we were travelling for business, this was important for us.
For the price, the apartment wasn't worth it. At £500 a night I would expect something a little more luxurious, which wasn't at all the case. It felt like being in student halls.

Location great. Apartment huge, well equipped, 99% very clean, and a nice balcony view. Coffee shop next door is excellent.
Access was needlessly hard work. Office outside just needs a big arrow point round into the recessed entrance with not very visible recessed sign. Phone operative unclear how to locate it. Entrance security entry system not mentioned anywhere, and phone operative completely unaware of it, and was too busy trying to get me to unlock a safe that didn't exist. Eventually got lucky with a security guard who let me in and then able, through another door, to find a safe (open anyway) with a key in. Hard work and stress at the end of a long journey.

Great area, good transport links. Good coffee next door, great Italian and lovely pub in a row.

This is a great place and a fantastic flat. We were 5, 3 kids. Just perfect in terms of facility.
We simply got NO service throughout the stay. Our internet was not working properly? We were told the maintenance guy will be coming in 3 days (we were there for 6; he did not come). We asked for a broomstick to clean. Asked reception. Never got it. We met the (extremely nice) maintenance person accidentally and he helped us. We didn't know where to throw our trash. There was no leaflet in the flat explaining. We asked for more dishwasher tablets. Never got any though we asked reception. There was a problem with our sink. Small thing. No one came. The flat was too hot due to the heating. We had to figure out ourselves. At no point that we asked for service from the reception we got it (though they were very polite).

Location is brilliant. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Refrigerator stopped working. So did toaster because of an electrical fault.
Locks on doors to the balcony did not work - one main key would not lock the balcony door.
Fit out of the apartment was a little worn - e.g., cupboard doors jammed; not aligned; dishwasher door scraped the wall.

comfortable except for beds, everything needed was there. two bathrooms great. Access easy with village pubs, supermarkets & a variety shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Tube & buses same.
very lumpy mattress’s. view into hospital across the road.

Wonderful location for a short or long stay in central London: easy to walk to the centre, 5 minutes to the Russell square tube stop. Commercial centre, pubs and restaurants around the corner. Located in a quiet street, close to a children hospital, university and research premises, quiet during the whole day. Apartments clean and brand-new facilities.
It was our second stay at SACO and, this time, we had an unexpected issue with the central heating that our guest service was not able to fix. Luckily, it was not such a cold week and we could survive thanks to a spare electric radiator that the service kindly provided. Otherwise, it would have been a big issue. We had the impression that the guest service was not in such a great control of what was (not) happening.
An espresso machine was not available.

Great location, close do Russel Square and Holborn stations. Short walking distance to St Pancrias, British Museum and Convent Garden. The street has few
restaurants and super markets around. The staff is very kind!

Location was very good, easy to find and the staff couldnt be more helpful, Gabi was especially helpful.
Apartment bathroom could do with a deep clean.
4.5
Our stay was perfect: the flat was clean, well equipped, with a washing machine and a shower which was better than mine at home. All just a few minutes off Russell square and the British Museum in Bloomsbury, and yet in a peaceful, hiddeen and silent street, close to restaurants, university places and public health sites (e.g., Great Ormond St Hospital).

Good position, with access to two tube stations in walking distance, supermarket and multiple cafes and restaurants on the same block.
Bed was a little too hard for me.

Location is excellent
No major issues...

SACO-Holborn provides a great blend of a VRBO apartment and a hotel, at a very favorable price. We enjoy the Lamb's Conduit Street location for its proximity to fun restaurants, historic pubs, and the Russell Square Underground station. The one-bedroom apartment was clean, the bathroom was more than adequate, and the kitchen contained all of the appliances and kitchenware necessary to allow us to prepare full meals if we had chosen to do so. The HD TV with dozens of satellite channels was a plus, and the high-speed internet connection was very reliable. The building is secure, and it is well located within a short walk of a pharmacy, cafes, a convenience store, specialty shops, and a park. We will definitely return to the SACO-Holborn apartments when we visit London in the future, and we will be advising our friends to do the same!
Noise from delivery trucks servicing the adjacent convenience store at street level early in the morning might disturb light sleepers, as might the late night/early morning "after hours" sidewalk conversations of some patrons from nearby pubs. Neither of these slight intrusions into the overall quietness of the location in general would be enough to consider staying elsewhere.

N/A self-catering apartment (Why is this question here?)
The wardrobe in the bedroom was heavily scratched, like someone had deliberately scratched it up with a knife and the guys upstirs sounded like they were playing football they were so heavy foted but other than this, it was really comfortable

SACO staffs are all very helpful and responsive ! Great location if you want to stay near UCL and stone throwing distance from Underground station (Russell Square)
Quite noisy at night time because of the nearby restaurants and pubs. (However, it is acceptable trade off for such convenience location at the central London). The toilet has room for improvement. (such as the shower box door couldn't be closed properly. washing machine was damp and not cleaned )

Great location for everything - shopping, restaurants, pubs, sightseeing. Very clean and comfortable, well equipped apartment. Friendly and helpful staff.
There was nothing we didn’t like - maybe the step out of the shower was a little high for my partially sighted husband but he soon got used to it.
