Chambre très confortable. Petit déjeuner très bien. Vaste parking bien utile dans le secteur.

Le bac à douche peut s'avérer très glissant.

Great hotel for budget stay when passing through city, clean, friendly and good location with parking

Clean, friendly and welcoming staff. Parking secure and easy to access. Hotel within walking distance of centre and sights.

The hotel room was clean and tidy. All was ok although the hotel was under the renivation.

I came late for the breakfast and not much left. I had to ask to deliver more food. In the end it arrived so all was ok but I think the shortages in foid should be automatically made up.

Very pleasant for a quick sight seeing trip.

Has a secure car park underground next to the hotel and a barrier car park outside. The staff were really helpful with city map and places to see.

Room was narrow and the shelf under the TV protruded into the gap between bed and wall making it a bit of a hazard when passing. No tea or coffee making facilities or fridge in room.

Generally a fine place to stay for a couple of nights.

Room was fine and clean. OK for what we needed to explore Rouen. Breakfast again was OK shortage of some things we wanted though. Parking good on the premises and gated.

Very good

The staff had excellent English (embarrassing my poor French!). The location was very close to the venue I was attending and the fact it had a restaurant took the stress out of everything. I highly recommend the gallette aux pommes: it was delicious! Being able to leave my bag to pick up later made my day of departure much more fun.

The room was a bit dark. The stairs were a bit shabby. But overall, it was excellent value for money.

For a quick stop of one night it's good

We liked the closed parking space that was very important for us. The hotel is not in perfect location but within walking distance to the city center.

In one of the rooms the toilet was clogged. Moreover it would be nice to have an instant coffee to make at each room.

Nice one night stay in a good hotel and a famous city.

Very good breakfast, good and various food. Also the dinner/ lunch. Good location , our rooms oriented on the backyard was quiet. Very close to main points of interest.

Small rooms, no fridge in the room. The rest was fine. Pretty quiet location and staff was very friendly.

Excellent receptionist, great location for walking by the Seine or into the city.. ideal with the dog. Make sure you come into the right entrance if you are a high vehicle.

Great for a short getaway

The staff is super friendly and welcoming, we had a great time interacting with them. We only stayed for one night, so basically just slept over; the room was not so big and not as new as I expected, but all things considered - great value for money.

Nice, friendly and practical

We loved the location. Great to go into town or by the docks. Easy to get to from the train station and good parking facilities if you have a car. Convenient food and shops near by. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The room was underwhelming. Nothing specifically wrong but needed a bit of an update. The pillows were really soft and not comfortable.

Good location and value for money. Clean room - basic and felt more like a student halls than hotel but comfy bed and decent shower. Parking is good - forget the car park in front of the hotel and use the underground car park next door - plenty of space and more secure.

Quite noisy. You can hear people in the corridors and general background - doors closing and footsteps etc. Only option is for a twin / double room with no provision for 3 people / family rooms so less flexibility for family groups.

The Room was clean and comfortable with a good shower. I enjoyed staying here. Helpful, friendly staff.

Perhaps a few more cereals to choose from at breakfast. Sliced bread rather than using the knife? Good choice overall though. An enjoyable stay.
