最高でした！

部屋がとても綺麗に清掃されていたので快適でした。 GWでどこのホテルも値段が上がっている中、2泊で3万だったのでコスパが良いと思いました。海遊館まで歩いて一瞬なので、それもすごく良かったです！眺めも最高でいい思い出になりました。

鍵が壊れかけていて開け閉めがしずらかったです。お風呂場の天井に沢山虫が付いていてカーテンにカビが生えていたのが気になりました。

海遊館から近い宿泊料金が安いスタッフさんの接客が良いアメニティが充実

女性3人1部屋で宿泊したのですがスマホ等の充電をするのにコンセントが足りなくて少し不便でした。私の泊まったお部屋はベッド横に自立式のランプが置いてあったのですが、そこに繋がるコンセント差し込み口が破損しており、しかも結構な量のホコリが溜まっていました。漏電するのでは？と少し不安になりました。コンセントが1箇所使えない状態だったので、そこを修理していただければもっと快適に過ごせると思います。

Nice price bigger room and ocean view

1, Nice location with bus stop downstairs (level 1) can be accessed to Osaka station and other JR station, if you have metro/bus pass it’s a good place to stay. And 500m to metro station. 2, close to ocean park(just so close to the hotel by level 2) and USJ( take a ferry to or take metro with 2 transportations) 3, nice price about only usd $80 per night, and there’s two other beds with mattress under the separate beds, it’s good for family stay, I take my parents (old people) then we just ordered one room but have a nice sleep. 3, less guests. We didn’t even see anyone else staying at this hotel. 4, limousine bus only from 11 am can take it by the wonder wheel

was a good location to stay if u plan to visit lego land,kaiyuukan and the giant ferris wheel.

I like the bathroom at executive twin room. but it was different from the photo uploaded when I booked it. Sofa was different too.

it was very hot where we ate our breakfast. air condition was okay at the lobby but when you go to the restaurant it was hot. it was at the same floor.

The coastal scenery in the morning is beautiful. But the afternoon sun was severe.

The room and bathroom were dirty. There is almost no way to access the Internet if the wifi signal is weak. Lots of small holes in the wall. Mosquitoes in the room. will not visit again

Underimpressed

The location and view were the best.

I normally stay at budget hotels, so keep that in consideration with what I’m about to say. They could’ve easily spent a little more money to make this place more comfortable. *these are not ranked in order just several thing I personally noticed 1) Ice bucket with no way to get ice that I could find (I’m used to no ice bucket, so having one but not supplying a way to it was WEIRD to me) 2) no bed stand = leaving phone on the other side of the room to charge and no way to keep water close by (I had spent the entire day outside and would’ve preferred a way to rehydrate comfortably) 3) no perceivable body soap - I found face cleanser and hand wash but nothing denoting body wash 4) only trial sized shampoo and conditioner - in Japan I’ve noticed most hotels prefer to use the bigger size bottles as an economical compromise 5) no lotion from what I could see - I had gotten sunburnt and was excited to apply some to keep my burn from drying out but instead had to go out to get some 6) no charger - had to buy my own, In this case even asked front desk staff which said “oh, there’s so many rooms? How can we have a charger for everyone? (There are other hotels that are around the same price as you that do, lady at the front desk.) 7) no air conditioner or escalator on arrival - I can only guess that the hotel is trying to cut costs and is hurting during Corona (albeit I felt sorry for the staff since they were obviously running a fan in their waiting room)

Disappointing

Close proximity to USJ and Tempozan Ferris Wheel and Aquarium.

Uncomfortable beds. Beds were too stiff as well as the pillows. We had to use our pillows from the car.

Close to Intex, major expo venue in Osaka.

Was told I could only pay in cash when I arrived (paid with card the year before), due to the staff (10pm) did not know how to take credit card payments. It went well, they have a manual.
