VERY basic but good location

good location, free parking although very limited but we got a space.

it was cold in the room at night and there was literally a bed, a sink and a TV and a chair from like a pub. Literally NOTHING else, no where to hang clothes, no lamps or cabinets or anything and the room was huge. Just a pole with coat hangers would’ve done, pity really cos was very clean and missing out a few simple things seems a shame.

Top notch great value

Incredible location and free parking on site. Staff were great and offered us a free coffee in the morning. Helped us jump start our mates car!

Nothing. One of the owners/staff was a bit grumpy about the parking on the first night but he ended up being alright and even managed to jump start my mate's car!

Very unpleasant

Free parking.

Don't go. Does not feel like a hotel. There were some shady people walking in the hotel, with a glazy look in the eyes. The room looks like a scary Sovjet room. It has two beds, three chairs, a sink and a tv. The beds squeeked with every turn and you could feel the individual springs. The sink did looked old or atleast not so clean. There is nothing on the wall whatsoever, not even a mirror. The mirror is also missing in the bathroom, which you share with around 8 other rooms. Also 2 toilets per floor of around 8 rooms. We did not feel safe.

Nothing. The toilet is not well kept. As it's shared, another user made use of the WC and refused to flush. The sight was appalling

The toilet is not well kept. As it's shared, another user made use of the WC and refused to flush. The sight was appalling. Again the room heater was turned off.. Even too early. I think by 11 or 12.. Had to sleep in cold. Even in the morning before I checked out, the heater wasn't still put on.

Overpriced ‘hotel’ which I would not recommend to even the most desperate person.

The only good thing about this hotel was the central location.

The female member of staff who we dealt with was rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. The checkout time was 10am but we had an aggressive knock on the door at 9.40am telling us to get out. There were no coffee and tea making facilities as advertised and the bathroom was shared between several rooms, again, not as advertised. The bed was large and comfortable but the stay itself could not have been further from enjoyable.

Slept well in a ean comfortable room.

No breakfast but £31 was good value for room. Pleasant lady and welcoming.

Very welcoming, comfortable beds, great location easy walk for the Du Montfort hall concert and parking just outside no charge, very good value for two of us.
