The warmth of the welcome, the location, and the standard of the accommodation.
Nothing. I it was all good.
10.0
Great location right in the centre of Leicester.
Spacy room, if you upgrade to the King size and above.
Friendly and polite staff at the reception.
Easy access in and out, yet very secure
The late checkout option was beneficial.
We were given an incorrect room on our arrival, but this was immediately corrected by a member of staff coming to tell us there was an error. It looked like the room was not properly prepared for our stay, as the bath mat was not provided and the shower gel was not full as expected.
On the 2nd day, the cleaning was forgotten in our room, but we managed to speak to a member of the cleaning staff and they topped us up on necessary items.

Affordable and nice room
Check in was not easy .. taking your luggage and walking between two buildings is not ideal.

From the very point of checking in, Pam was lovely. She is a lovely representative of your company. Beautiful personality and professionalism. Couldn't of asked for a better person to first speak to, she helped out with every question. 14/10 in total. The room was lovely, bed was super comfortable and bathroom was very nice. Would recommend to everyone. Thankyou

Excellent room in a great location. Very comfortable bed, and the shower was fantastic.
A bit noisy when I stayed on Friday night, but that wasn't the fault of the venue. It's close to the city centre so you may hear the nightlife outside.

The location is fantastic, situated very close to the City Centre, everything is within walking distance.
The rooms are decorated to a high standard.

Fabulous location in city centre, but far enough off the main street to be quiet, with parking. Lovely room.
A very picky thing, but the tea cups were too small!! Can see how coffee would be good in them, but far too small for a decent cup of tea!!!

Modern and clean. Within the city centre and couldn't believe how quiet it was!
Trying to find the car park caused a bit of difficulty

I didn't always have a breakfast
I could not order on the phone easily. I would go to thr cafe opposite. Mak
Making it a lot easier to order food. I was unable to make a phone order from your menu's in the room. Unfortunately iam unable to cope with the apps and found it frustrating.

Excellent location next to Richard III Visitor Centre. Parking included in room rate. Room itself very nicely appointed, in a renovated Georgian building
The hotel is room-only - reception is across the road at St Martins House and there is no onsite catering except tea and coffee. But the guest info gives eating recommendations including for room delivery.

I’ve been staying in Leicester every other weekend for almost a year now and this is the first time I came across this place. I must say that my stay was exceptional, the location was excellent also the parking on doorstep and for free. And the accommodation itself was outstanding. Real good value for money.

The property is in a great location with parking, a beautiful area around the cathedral and the resting place of King Richard the third.
The interior decoration of the building, rooms and bathrooms is of a high quality and it was a very pleasant place to be !
No negatives about the property
Only some street noise from people returning from night out at certain times

Great location as very close to the city centre, and period building so felt homely and comfortable. The customer service from the staff before the stay and during was excellent. I would recommend and stay again.
The room got very hot in the night and we only discovered the fan in the morning!

Brilliant location, lovely hotel. Really clean and spacious.
The room was completely open plan, so including toilet and shower facilities. Now 98% of the time that’s all well and good, but there’s 2% of everyone’s day where you don’t need open plan bathroom. (If you are all on my page) somethings don’t need to be shared lol.

Alles!

Very clean, tidy and immaculate inside. The location was ideal and within walking distance of the city centre and attractions. We walked to the Morningside areas which was about 15mins walk.

The location couldn't have been better; we were located right next to the cathedral where Richard III is buried as well as the Visitor Centre that is dedicated to him. It was a quiet, peaceful area but there was so much to do in that space. The staff at the hotel, cathedral, and visitor centre were so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I appreciated that the hotel also had a little guest book with restaurant recommendations; I decided to go with one of their recs for dinner, and it did not disappoint.
As we were staying for a work trip and needed to leave for our event by 8:45, we struggled to find breakfast nearby. The hotel has a cafe, but that didn't open until 9 a.m., so we had to research where we could get breakfast and a coffee. Thankfully, there was an independent coffee shop only about an 8 minute walk away that opened at 7 a.m -- Leicester Coffee House Company. They were fantastic. So, other than there just not being much food options early in the morning, I really have no complaints.

The room was fabulous. Spacious and beautifully decorated. Wonderful bathroom too. Location near the cathedral and Richard III was excellent. Great restaurants, bars and coffee shops are just a few hundred yards away. Parking is provided and is free. We'll be back!
When the room is serviced, make sure that milk, cookies and tea are replenished. We had to request this.

Helpful staff - You need to check in at the visitors centre by the cathedral (across the road). Building with period features, and high standard throughout. Convenient for the city centre. Plenty of good cafes nearby for breakfast, Parking at the rear.
About 30m from the location where the skeleton of Richard III discovered (in a car park).

Great central location, shops and city centre within walking distance. Secure car park. Really friendly, cheerful and helpful staff on reception - Marie and Pierce in particular. Given the city centre location, If you prefer a quieter room ask for one at the back of the property. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Nothing to dislike, really. There are no food/drink facilities, but that’s the nature of the property. And there’s plenty nearby.
