Accueil et disponibilité du personnel surtout Yousra qui était à la disposition et à l'écoute de toutes nos doléances. Merci pour les bons plans qu'elle nous a donné.

나날이 치솟는 터키 물가 대비 제법 가성비 좋안 호텔

위치는 여느 이스탄불의 호텔과 마찬가지로 약간의 경사를 따라 내려가야 하지만 beyazit 트램 정류장과 5분 이내의 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 대부분의 직원들이 상당히 친절하여 좋은 인상을 줍니다. 룸 업그레이드를 해주어서 나름 전망 좋은 방에서 묵을 수 있었고, 방이 많이 좁다는 얘기가 있어서 걱정했지만 제가 묵은 방은 넉넉한 크기였습니다.

샤워실, 화장실이 룸과 완전히 분리되어있지 않습니다. 방 한 켠에 샤워부스, 변기부스 형태로 있어서 약간의 거리낌이 있었습니다. 룸의 미니 냉장고에서 좋지 않은 냄새가 납니다. (음식물 냄새는 아니고 플라스틱 누린내..?) 체크아웃하고 우버가 잘 잡히지 않아 로비에서 기다리는데 로비의 남자직원이 공항까지의 택시를 권유하길래 승낙했고 그가 불러준 택시기사가 왔을 때 커미션 느낌의 뒷돈을 받는 것을 목격했습니다. 다소 불쾌한 경험이었습니다. 이 부분 아니었더라면 호텔 만족도가 더 높았을 것 같습니다.

Well and truly amazing, and extremely impressive with the level of service

Every single staff within the hotel, this was my fourth visit. Each time I have stayed at a different hotel, I have not experienced this sort of amazing 💯% satisfaction level of service. Not seen one single member of staff being unhappy or unhelpful. Every day even when not requested rooms were cleaned. All the staff during breakfast were amazing and even on the reception i would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Best of all is when you don’t expect breakfast because you are waiting in reception 6:00am for your return airport taxi and breakfast doesn’t starts till 7:30 and so without even requesting for anything, the nice gentleman at the reception provided us with breakfast on the go, he saw I went out and purchased something to eat from outside and he just asked if we would like to have something made to take with us and when you least expect something and now that is above and beyond a true service.

The only drawback I would have to mention is how the toilet is situated within the shower cubicle, in a tightly spaced area. That is the only thing which lets this hotel down.

Our stay was comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel was ideal as there was a train stop just up the road. The hotel was on a small road so big coaches can’t stop in front but the location was in the centre with sultanahmet just a 15-20 mins walk away or you can get the train there.

I will definetly recommend it !

I really liked staying there. The location of the hotel is great, it just near the tramway station and Grand bazaar. The room was spacious and very clean. The facilities were great. I liked the shower. The breakfast was awesome, I ate well there.

L’emplacement proche de tout…tramway métro grand bazar et bien sur les personnels au top très gentil.

اوتيل مريح في المبيت فطوره جيد

الوصول له مع طفل صغير فيه مشقه من والى السوق تنظيف الغرف لا يتم الا عند التأكيد على ذلك وقد اضطررت لدفع بقشيش ليتم تنظيف غرفتنا وهذا الشيئ من واجبات الاوتيل نفسه ومدفوع مسبقاً ضمن سعر الاوتيل 😞

great location but wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you are just sleeping and not spending time there

very close to centre! lady staff in morning was very friendly however evening at night staff were not nice at all!

A strong smell outside on our landing although room was okay. don’t understand why sink is located inside the bedroom and not in washroom/toilet! no lock on toilet either. room phone didn’t work and upon asking staff to fix nobody came to fix it!

Nothing at all. Just that its opposite grand bazaar.

Nothing at all. Toilets are so tiny no space to wash face or shower. Not even water complimentary if asked. Rooms too tinyy no space. Keep luggage and u cant move even.

Too expensive for the service ... However , not bad.

The location is the best thing about this hotel, breakfast is amazing, staff is helpful.

However, for 100€ a night I believe you could do better!. Bathroom is super tight, the toilet washer was spreading water everywhere. The walls are thin, I could literally hear the man next door snoring, the taxi service to the airport is unbelievably expensive 50 euros.
