Lovely welcoming hosts, beautiful house in a quiet village. Lots of extras, proper toiletries in the bathroom, fruit and biscuits, and assorted drinks and fresh milk. Eggs from the chickens for breakfast and greeted by Joe, the lovely dog! Perfect stay!
No dislikes at all.

Everything about our stay at this B&B was excellent, and more than lived up to our expectations.
Lovely quiet location and charming property.
The hosts were friendly, welcoming and had good local knowledge which was very helpful.
Our room was lovely, comfortable, clean and spacious, with everything we needed for our short stay.
A lovely cooked breakfast using good produce, also a good range of cereals, pastries etc. We were lucky enough to have some freshly made homemade blackberry jam on our toast, which I add was delicious.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property, and if we're ever in the area again it would be our 1st choice.
To sum it up, lovely hosts, lovely property and good value for money, what more can you ask for??
The only negative from our point of view was, we couldn't stay any longer.
Many thanks, and all the best for the future.

Peter and Paula were great, nothing to much trouble for them, we had to leave at 05:30 in the morning so they arranged a take a way breakfast for us, we would definitely stay there again.
Nice location, the property is over 250 years old so steeped in history, they have there own chickens so the eggs are super fresh

The hosts were super friendly, the room spacious with an en suite bathroom. Parking in the driveway was not an issue, and the hosts were flexible to allow early check ins for both guests they had which was really helpful. The room had a small fridge for milk and probably one other item which was great.
We weren't convinced in the value for money. It is a very small village so not many other options, the breakfast was okay, lots of options but not necessarily worth the price of the stay.

We liked everything about our stay. Hosts who had thought of everything include a selection of teas and fruit in the room. Beautiful room, clean spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast was grand with loads of choice - we had a cooked breakfast and it was A1. I'd like to mention our hosts, Peter and Paula, again - they are relaxed, friendly and helpful. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

The house was beautiful. Good old fashioned English cottage. Lovely spacious room, warm welcome and well looked after. Breakfast was great with fresh eggs from their own hens. They even had a dart board in the bathroom. What more could you ask for.

This bed and breakfast was great and I’d happily stay again! The hosts were really friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy, the shower was good and the breakfast was amazing. There was a choice of baked goods, cereals and a full English with juice and hot drinks available.
We visited Rutland Water which was less than half an hours drive and then went to the pub a 4 minute walk away from the B&B for dinner, just perfect for a weekend trip!
