Il soggiorno va bene per una notte ma non di più.

Nulla in particolare

Dopo l’utilizzo del bollitore le tazze non sono state sostituite ma lasciate sporche per tutto il soggiorno.l’acqua della doccia con pressione molto bassa ed è stato molto complicato fare la doccia. Mancanza di armadio per i vestiti

L'emplacement est très bien avec un arrêt de bus pour le centre ville juste devant l'hôtel ! Le petit déjeuner est cuisiné à la demande ce qui est agréable, il n'est pas incroyable mais rempli son rôle. Personnel agréable et attentionné. Linge de lit propre.

Les douches et toilettes qui sont petites et qui font un bruit d'enfer ! Pas fan des matelas à ressorts Propreté limitée sans doute du fait que les sdb soient communes. Bien pour une nuit seulement

Très déçus....

La situation géographique .

Beaucoup de choses : Pas de matelas, uniquement un sur matelas sur sommier directement Télévision de la taille d'une tablette et avec une image brouillée. Chambre très petite avec impossibilité d'ouvrir une valise. WC et Salle de bains commune à l'étage. Impossible d'acheter une bouteille d'eau.

It was easy to find. The breakfast was good Most of the staff was very, very helpful

Kind of felt like I was on a lockdown Was not a lot of freedom to move around in the cameras in the dining room was a little uncomfortable too

Not alot really, good location

Asked to pay more than expected. The whole hotel need some work very shabby in parts. Needs a very good cuddle to say the least.. not as we expected. Only one member of staff could understand English was a real problem. The only other member of staff couldn't understand at all. Would never use again. Other people stopping ar the hotel were in agreement.

the stay was perfectly fine for a fabulous weekend had by all.

needs refreshed but spotlessly clean and the hosts very friendly. We were well looked after and perfectly situated for murrayfield. couldn’t fault it.

need updated and shower poor. can’t fault the place though.

Overall quite enjoyable, I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to the rugby.

Staff were all friendly and polite and breakfast and service were excellent Location was perfect as I was there for the rugby at Murrayfield stadium. Room was situated at rear of hotel so away from any road noise. bed was really comfortable and I had a great nights sleep.

Could have done with a chair in my room. The TV reception was a bit glitchy but sufferable.

Great location

Location was fantastic, couldn't have got anywhere better The man on check in was very friendly and helpful. Contacting hotel was very easy. I would return for another night!

The bed I didn't find very comfortable, not sure what it was. Check out is 10am, meaning breakfast was very busy between 9-10 so checking out was slightly longer than normal. Check out at 11 I think would be better suited.

Exceptional

The people who work here are so nice and friendly! They created a very welcoming atmosphere and were talking to us about our stay and our plans for New Year’s Eve in Edinburgh. They helped us to figure out the buses into the centre and just had an overall lovely demeanour! The included fry breakfast was also great and set us up nicely for the rest of the day! I would stay here again and recommend to anyone for an affordable stay, especially on peak holidays like NYE.

It wasn’t a pleasant stay apart from the breakfast.

The breakfast was ok. There was a choice of cooked items, cereals, fruit, pastries and juice.

The room was cold. The bathrooms need maintenance.; taps weren’t working and skirting etc was in a bad state making it seem unhygienic.

Fantastic locus

What a great location if you're going to Murrayfield. A 10 minute walk. Fantastic. The breakfast was great, a buffet for cereal and juice, and pick your cooked items. Quick service and tasted lovely. Thanks everyone

Nothing really, if I'm being overly critical, the heating was on at full when we arrived. Turned it down straight away. That's my only dislike

Enjoyed the visit, staff were very helpful. Will for sure come back to Edinburgh.

Location : Upon arrival went by taxi but once we knew where we where it was very easy to go to & from the hotel by bus to the centre. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room very clean, small, but adequate for our needs

Decent, but room for improvement

Family owned and operated. A clean place with some decorations that seemed dated/nostalgic. Off street parking. Good Wifi. Cooked breakfasts. Attentive morning staff making breakfast.

Bathrooms were subpar. We couldn't get hot water to work in one shower while the other shower head fell apart and sprayed all over. We couldn't find any staff to ask or tell about issues. The shower head was repaired when we notified the owner the next morning. No mirror in one bathroom makes shaving etc. a challenge. Faucets that needed to be turned 6 times around to get any water. An extra pillow would be nice.

Disappointing.

Staff were very friendly and fresh towels were clean.

Breakfast is very unappetizing without many options. Entire hotel is very dingy - peeling paint, dirty corners, chipped taps, etc. The shower had no power, and taps had buildup. Furniture is mismatched and there is no thought to convenience, e.g. in a double room there is only a bedside table on one side. Towels were frayed. Absolutely a case of trying to make as much money as possible, as cheaply as possible. No money has been spent to upkeep that hotel in decades. Very disappointing stay and description pretty misleading.
