Good location, satisfactory breakfast. Safe hotel. Sheets on bed clean.
Rest of room was very dirty. Floor had not been cleaned in a long time. When paying this level of money a certain standard of cleanliness please. Needs a complete refresh.

Superb
Noisy street outside but the room was so quiet! Good a/c and wi/fi , bed was comfortable and all the lights and toilet worked
The hotel sponsored a shoe sales event in the lobby and courtyard. Noisy and messy.

Good location. Good size of the rooms, hot shower. Friendly staff.
No Wifi connection in my room, they gave me another room when I asked about the Wifi. Breakfast is not worth it.

I didn’t like the property, it’s old and there’s a lot of noise during the day and part of the night, the staff weren’t nice, and during the day of my stay there wasn’t light and water

Wonderful facilities, good food, kind staff
We loved our stay at Hotel Los Balcones. The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. The room was clean and everything comfortable. The breakfast options were fantastic and delicious. We will definitely be back!
