My Vienna Living Apartments experience

The positive points. An open plan sitting room and kichen TV, wifi, a wardrobe(no hangers) a three seater sofabed, enough kitchenware for a short stay, a kettle, taoster(need keep the push-down button down with your hand until done though) a fridge, dishwasher and cooker. The bathroom is a good size with a shower to the right and a washing machine in the left corner. Hot water is available from a boiler installed above the kitchen board in the kitchen section of the main room. To get around, there are 2 to 3 minutes walk bus and tram stops. For shopping, there is a Hofer store 3 mintues walk away or get acshort bus or tram to nearby places with a variety of stores, shops, bakeries and cafes.

A very early 10 am check out as even in hotels you are allowed till 12pm. I also sent a message re the washing machine and how to dry the washing in the absence of a washing line or tumble dryer. There is spider web, ants and dust in the rooms. The flat is named Top1 and should be "Bottom one", as it's located in the storage/cellar floor of the building with windowd at street/pavement level and being on a main road, the traffic noise is very annoying. PRovided contact number doesn't respond.

Leider kein Wohlfühlerlebnis. Nicht sauber, muffiger Geruch, dringend Renovierungsarbeiten nötig.

Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und problemlos. Parkplätze in der Umgebung waren immer zu finden. Gute Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ich kenne andere Apartments von diesem Anbieter. Die waren bisher immer sehr sauber und schön. Dieses Apartment in Währing hat mich leider enttäuscht. Vor meiner Ankunft wurde offensichtlich nicht oder nur oberflächlich geputzt. Im Apartment waren Spinnweben zu finden. Über der Dusche war deutlich Schimmel auf der Decke zu sehen. Das Apartment Deluxe befindet sich nicht im Erdgeschoß, sondern im Keller des Gebäudes. Es hat muffig gerochen, auch Lüften hat da nicht geholfen. Die Silikonfugen der Duschkabine gehören dringend erneuert. Die Wände gehören dringend neu gestrichen. Die Küchenzeile ist auch schon sehr abgenutzt. Alles in Allem war es dieses Mal kein Wohlfühlerlebnis wie in den anderen, bisher von mir gebuchten, Apartments von Vienna Living Apartments. Ich würde dieses Apartment nicht wieder buchen!

Soggiorno bellissimo e consigliato

Struttura accogliente, ben posizionata con possibilità di parcheggio in strada e con autobus treno e tram a meno di 300 metri, benzinaio fronte casa e supermercato a 80 m. Cucina fornita di tutto per l’utilizzo, doccia e bagno grandi e funzionali, smartv con Wi-Fi già connessa, rapporto qualità prezzo indescrivibile

Il divano letto non particolarmente comodo.

Pleasant

The location was good and communication with the owner was fast

We had rented a very nice apartment one day before from same owner and it was nicely renovated and nice to stay. But this is an apartment in the basement floor of an old house with one window that is at the level of a main road so there is noise from traffic and as a basement there was smell from humidity. Additionally the couch/bed in the living room must be replaced as sleeping on it is a bad experience.

Lovely apartment and great value for money

The apartment is really cosy and felt like home.

The kettle didn’t work and there wasn’t really any tea / sugar etc.

A good appartment for a family, 30 min away from the city center by public transportation.

The appartment is quite big, it has a good light, even if it is in the basement, kitchen ok, oven, dish wm, big bathroom with washing machine. The heating and hot water are ok. There is a supermarket very close.

The appartment does not look like the pictures any more

Good

Large bathroom. Polite hosts who quickly answered on our questions and requests via chat. In the kitchen there were spoons, forks, knives, pots (we didn't find a frying pan), a kettle, a small refrigerator, a dishwasher.

The apartments are in the basement, they weren't in the photos. The beds weren't very clean (the sheets had traces of hair and dust). The kitchen wasn't so neat. The kitchen smelled of cigarettes.

Very disappointed, my travel experience was so bad because of the staying in the apartment. I won’t recommend anyone to

very disappointed. Apartment is very dirty. Bedsheets,pillows,duvets are extremely dusty and dirty. Ants were all over the floor.

Very humid and smelly flat

Location is not too bad

Its a basement flat and the humidity is really very high, beds were very smelly of cigarettes, i felt that sleeping in a cigarette.

bring something for the ants..

the bathroom was ok

ants in the whole apartment, you cannot eat there as the ants will invade you. the bedsheets were dirty, full of hair from other people the bed in the living room was also dirty.

Nice big place, goid valuw

Nice and very spatious apartment with a little private garden, good Wi Fi (better than most that we have used before in Viena), lots of functional appliances, public transport very close to location. The host was very kind and helpful, answering quickly at our inquieries. Very good value for our money as we ve had to stay for 10 days

Somebody had been smoking the apartment before we arrived and it was not pleasant.

Pleasant

The location was in a Viennese building, the double bed was large and comfy and the kitchen was well equipped.

The apartment is in a semi-basement. I didn’t realise while booking so was surprised. There is a lift at the apartment to go downstairs too though not all the way down. The beddings and pillows were insufficient and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. Would be nice to have extra beddings. Overall value for money.

OK, but could be way better

The bathroom is very nice, spacious and looks clean enough. The beds are comfortable, pillows and blankets are warm, clean... Location is OK, the train station is near, Hofer is near. It's very nice that the TV has a HDMI cable, so we could watch the movies from our laptop. All in all, for the price that we paid - it's ok. Not very expensive but also not very admirable. We say in my land - "How much money, that much music" ("Koliko para, toliko muzike").

First of all - communication with the host. He didn't write me the entrance code and how we will enter the appartment until I wrote him a message. Also, when I asked for the online check-in link to registrate our staying, he sent me some link with the name of some other man, and also asked me - haven't I sent you the link earlier? I don't know if he registrated our staying at all and I really don't like that. Internet is not very good, it stops very often and loses the signal. The kitchen looks a little bit untidy, the door of stove is broken, the working area has a stamps of glass or something, we didn't feel very comfortable using the cutlery because we didn't feel like all is clean. The elevator doesn't work and we got the room in the basement and had to carry our luggage down the stairs, it was really terrible.
