A nice comfortable place to stay.

It was clean and tidy and close to the centre of town.

There was no hot water for a shower the first morning but on contacting people I was told to press a switch on the meter board to activate the water heating. It would have been good to have been told this on arrival so I could have activated the hot water heating then.

The room was very spacious with a great aircon which was great as we spent quite a bit of time in our room due to the heat outside. The bathroom was also really nice and big. The kitchenette was great as it allowed us to eat at home!

On the day of check in we could not figure out where the digital check in screen was at first so we called the number that was given to us and the man on the phone was not very helpful at all and was honestly quite rude. The room itself was quite clean however the bedsheets were a little stained and had obvious wear and tear but that’s just being picky. The bed was also not very comfortable and pillows were quite soft.

The room was nothing like the one in the add. The wifi would not connect and there was no signal in the room. The shower was mouldy behind the sliding screen door. This is student accommodation.

Good location but too expensive for the service offered.

Very good location. Kitchen was well equipped

We were in a ground floor apartment very dark, no natural light. It was very cold inside, especially the bathroom where there was no heating. They bes size was very small for two people. We had some trouble to get the keys because our name wasn’t registered in the machine. There was only a number for the reception which was a voicemail where you had to record your message to be called back from a member of the staff. The staff called us back though (but only after half an hour) and solved the problem over the phone. There were also only two towels for two people in the room (for two nights). We were given then two more towels when we asked. The staff was nice and responded to our questions/requests although the apartment wasn’t very comfortable overall.

Excellent price-quality ratio, comfortable rooms

The price-quality ratio is astonishing in Casa Hotel. I booked an aparthotel room which came with a bathroom, small kitchen, living room and bedroom. Everything was clean and the price was unbeatable, would really recommend. Casa Hotel situated in an excellent location, really close to the heart of Aix-en-Provence.

the location was perfect.

very close to the centre. well designed, small room. all the facilities we needed were provided. although there were no staff as everything was done electronically/on line the cleaning lady was very helpful

can’t complain about it. it was a bit on the small size but whoever designed it made it eminently workable.

Would stay here again

Location is in a residential side street but close on foot to the center of Aix. Check in is automated and there is no staff on site. We stored luggage for several hours in a designated spot with some worry, but it ended well. Owner showed up when we asked to check something in the room, so no problem. A/C was powerful which was important during the heat wave. The rooms are not large but sufficient. There is a small table with 2 chairs, and some plates and other dishes in the kitchenette so we could take our breakfasts there. A small Carrefour is several minutes away on foot. Good value for money which is what matters most.

Trash has to be taken out by the guest when checking out, and dishes washed, this wasn't difficult but a point to bear in mind. Owner recommended to park in the Rotonde, this turned out to be 25 Euro for less than 24 hours. Cheaper to park on the street and use the meter system, also much closer and convenient though safety unknown.

This was a well located, comfortable place. Great starting spot for exploring Aix.

Not for me. Only the room size and location met my expectations.

The location was good.

No staff interaction. Stayed 2 nights with no room refresh. Ironing facilities lacked iron/ironing board. Asked for both but got only the iron

For the price & location, I thought this room was good. Just a little tight than what I'm use to.

The location was a quick 1 minute walking distance to the center of Aix. The room was clean & full appliances to cook your meal if you like.

The room was small & I thought I book the one with the outdoor roof balcony, but apparently not we just had a small window. If you will be mostly site seeing/out & not spending alot of time in the room, this room would be perfect. If you are old folks, most of the rooms are only accessible by a small narrow stair.

Ok for a one night stay, but not for longer.

The location was great and the bed was fairly comfortable.

No comfortable seating area. The room was advertised as an apartment, but was really just a small hotel room with a very small kitchenette. The pictures are very deceptive. This is not a comfortable self catering apartment.
