Nettes Hotel für eine Zwischenübernachtung

Die innenstadtnahe Lage, Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr nettes Personal.

Hotelzimmer war sehr klein, dafür war der Preis jedoch angemessen. Fernsehsender ohne deutsch sprachige Programme. Auch wenn nicht selbst betroffen, hatte ich bei einem Gast mit Rollstuhl gesehen, das die Platzverhältnisse im Frühstücksraum sehr eingeschränkt waren z.B. am Tisch

Charmantes Stadthotel

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, tolles Frühstück und eine gute Lage. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tiefgarage ist vorhanden. Sehr empfehlenswert.

La situación del hotel es tranquila fuera del centro histórico pero a 5 minutos del mismo. Habitación limpia y sencilla con un pequeño balcón.

Superb

Nice hotel in a very good place, either for visiting Aix, or as a base for excursions around Provence.

Breakfast could be better in quality. Specifically when you are in France, the land of cheeses, you must provide better cheeses in breakfast.

We have returned to Le Mozart a few times now: it's our place of choice - we enjoy the experience.

The helpful staff on reception - we arrived early and the receptionist went to see if the room was ready. She offered free parking on the forecourt or a place in the underground garage, as agreed, for 10Euro. Cleanliness, comfort, helpfulness in finding our way around - we were in town for eye surgery, and had all the help we needed to find our destination. Also help in finding good eateries in the evening. Breakfast was fresh, varied and more than adequate - the fig bread was particularly delicious!

The size of the room, maybe. There was little room to move around the double bed. It was impossible to open the bathroom door and the wardrobe door at the same time. A cheerful information leaflet would have been welcome in the room as we had forgotten what time we'd been told breakfast was...

Comfortable stay

Staff were really nice and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable with nice decor and a small balcony to relax in the evening. Location was great for visiting Aix en Provence and surrounding areas. Breakfast was available and generous. Will stay here again if I'm lucky to return to this beautiful region.

Only one very small thing - the air con was a little bit noisy at night abd was needed in this season. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Good, clean rooms. Very helpful & friendly staff. OK breakfast.

Fresh fruits & juice would have been nice to have. Also eggs fried or omelettes also rather than only raw eggs to be boiled.

A great option in Aix.

In an excellent location only a 15 minute walk to center-ville. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is great with plenty of choices.

the front parking lot is very small and only appears to have space for about 10 cars.

Very good

Everything was fine, I felt there like in the "spa pension/guest house".

The breakfast was nice however no hot meals were served. Additionally, I would welcome a boiling kettle in the room.

Good location with an exceptional helpful staff. The breakfast was wonderful and parking convenient.

Booked one night. Stayed 4 nights! Very highly recommend Such a wonderful base for exploring Aix and surrounding area Staff so helpful. Location superb. Easy 5 min walk to historic areas. Room a bit tired but excellent value for money for solo traveller. Small but very comfortable. Super clean Excellent wifi. Fast and stable for 4 days Terraced areas with good seating and tables.

Hotel Mozart is nice. I was injured so mostly slept quietly.

Staff all very kind. I hurt my back and they did everything possible to help me.
