The breakfast was fantastic. Bread, Fruits, Cereals, Fresh Orange Juice,Tee... The apartment we had was huge, very nice decorated. Very friendly landlord. The garden around the house is wonderful. One of the best places I have ever stayed in!

Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The hosts are lovely and very helpful and accommodating.Location is 10minute walk from town centre. Good in the sense that not right in the bustle but close enough.

Green, flowery, simply beautiful and away from the noise and crowd in town but still close and with rapid access to the centre.
Great hospitality- thank you Georges! 👍🏾🙏🏾
The kitchen in the appartment was functioning and functional but could do with a small refresh

The stylish house and setting with a warm welcome by the host, Delphine.
The tranquillity and privacy of the house, gardens and room.
The size and comfort of the room.
Without a car, it's a 10 to 15 minute walk from cafes, restaurants, shops and the centre. However, having said that, it's convenient for the bus and train stations. Buses to the centre and to Marseille pass by the house.

The location of the villa was amazing, just 15 minute walk to the Aix center, which is ideal, especially if you want to leave your car and walk to the center. The owners were the most friendly and helpful people and they prepared us delicious breakfast. We definitely recommend it to everyone and also plan to come back.

The breakfast was very informal, with vinyl music playing in the background and a table of very fresh ingredients. It was delicious.
The location is also excellent. No more than a 20-minute walk from the centre of Aix where you can start your meanderings.
The bathroom needs a little updating but was clean and serviceable.

The hosts - Cedric and Delphine - were super kind and helpful. They recommended places to visit during our stay, and even helped us by driving us to the train station in the early morning of our departure. The entire property was lovely, our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a delightful balcony where we could sit and enjoy the view when we were back in our room. Breakfast was delicious and served in the picturesque backyard, and the location was perfect (a 10 minute straight walk to the center of town). If we return to Aix-en-Provence in the future, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Cedric and Delphine for your wonderful hospitality!

We had a great time staying at Villa Roumanille. Cedric and Delphine are amazing hosts. We loved sitting out in their garden enjoying wine and charcuterie on balmy summer evenings. Perfect location to explore Aix and surrounding areas. Very comfortable stay and we were well looked after. Having so much space was a bonus as my daughter was occupied in playing out in the garden with their daughter. Win win!

The location is a 10 minute walk from the city centre with a free parking inside the villa - which is a plus. The host Cédric was one of the kindest people we met during our trip in the South of France. Our room had a stunning view of the garden. Breakfast costs 12€ but it's worth the money: plenty of fruits, jams and croissants / pains au chocolat, of course ;)
We strongly suggest Cèdric's villa for your next stay in Aix-en-Provence!

It's 15 minute walk to center, however it'a quite place, and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

We had a delightful stay! We were received warmly and appreciate the hospitality provided by the whole family, including the two dogs (who my daughter adored!). Our experience there was very relaxing. Breakfast was especially delicious! Our time at Villa Rounanille was magical! Thank you and we look forward to returning again some day!

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The garden area is a beautiful and peaceful space. Also, since the room included a kitchen, it was like staying in an apartment. The location allows for an easy walk to the town center.
Nothing could have been better.

The style of the building and the room. Host is super nice and friendly. Offered coffee when I wanted even though I wasn't taking breakfast and there is coffee and tea makings in the room. Property is really close to downtown but quiet and excluded. I highly recommend and suspect I shall return.

Without doubt this was the best property we have ever stayed at with Booking.com. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped and the welcome from Delphine, her daughter Charlotte and Reggae (50% of her lovely dogs) was wonderful. It was a ground floor flat with its own entrance in a beautiful old villa in lovely walled gardens, just a few minutes stroll from the middle of Aix. The business was started by Georges and Elizabeth, Delphine’s in-laws who recently handed the business over to their son Cédric and his wife Delphine. Elizabeth served us a lovely breakfast and Georges helped us on the phone when we got lost!
Nothing. It is located on one of the main roads to the centre of Aix from the autoroute on the left and I would suggest going past it and going right round the first roundabout you get to, so that it’s on the right - a big pair of wrought iron gates just past a very long wall above railings with a sign for Hotel Pigonnet on it before you get to the bus stop after the ‘sous-prefecture’ bus stop. The sign on the gatepost is much easier to see by day than at night! The enormous trees and wide pavement make it easy to pull off the road and wait for the gates to open without bringing the city to a standstill!
