The place is quiet, spacious, very clean, well appointed, safe, and within easy walking distance to the city's main attractions and restaurants. It's also close walking distance to the bus transport if you want to visit other nearby cities. They also offer shuttling to the train station for a fee if arranged in advance. The owners are very friendly and respond promptly to your emails or text messages.
The door to our unit. It's a sliding door is a bit heavy (steel and glass barn door type) to open and shut for older folks.

I echo all the positives said about the apartment in previous comments. Excellent location looking onto a beautiful garden. Lots of excellent local food shops and the markets are second to none. We cooked and ate well using local ingredients. I can also recommend the restaurant Le Brocherie, two doors from the apartment. Friendly, quality French food and wine at a reasonable price. We also recommend a visit to Cezanne's studio and a trip to the Luberon region, bookable at the Tourist office in Aix-en-Provence......Oh, and if arriving at the TGV station it is worth booking Erik to collect you by car. It's quite a trip otherwise.
Nothing of great significance

Loved the apartment, excellent location, it was cozy and well designed.
The only negative was that the water pressure was really weak. It was a little frustrating to take a shower.

The flat was in a beautiful and historic location within the centre of Aix, very convenient for museums, shopping, and eating out on foot. Amazing!

Very clean and excellent location close to centre town and Rue d’Italy. Having the upper floor (Olive apartment) gives you a nice view in the rear courtyard. Erick and Armella, hosts, were wonderful and accommodating.

Clean and quiet apartment with convenient location. Very friendly host met with us and explained everything.
Ran out of toilet paper, not enough provided. Only one laundry soap provided.
Also no extra blanket was available.

Everything about this property is at superlative, Our host Armelle was perfect, very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location right in Mazarin area, one of the best in Aix. a quiet street , easy to get to restaurants, shops, attractions on foot. The apartment has everything you need, Loved the attention to the details. There are 2 garages in the proximity, few minutes walking.
There are food markets (cheeses, salamis, foie gras, olives, fruits, vegetables, meats, fish & seafood, breads, pastry) 3 times/week, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. One of them is about 300-400 feet away. The products are super fresh, delicious and cheaper than the stores / supermarkets. On Sundays there is an antique market on Mirabeau Court.
The property is in a pedestrian area and in order to get by car to the apartment to unload the luggage, you need clear instructions how to pass the borne ( the metal post that lower to give access in a restricted area)

Breakfast was okay. Location excellent.
English speaking TV channel would have enhanced enjoyment.

Nice size apartment, clean with nice open air doors /windows. Great location to Aix Center.
Bed is very very hard and pillows are cheap. Hot water ran out after only two quick 5-minute showers. Rather than apologize the woman who runs the fiat accused me of overusing the water. Funny I know. She is responsive to issues via text, but one of those people who thinks they are right about everything. Be prepared to be annoyed.

Great location, warm welcome.
As is typical in old buildings, the stairs are quite steep. I felt sorry for the host having to lug my heavy bag up and down.

Very comfortable, ideal location on a quiet street but yet right in the heart of vieille ville. Armelle welcomed us to the property and responded very quickly to all our queries. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you would expect and more.
There was nothing I didn’t like.
