A due passi dal centro di Aix

La posizione vicina al centro e raggiungibile a piedi. Il parcheggio coperto a pochi passi per la moto. Buona e ricca la colazione

Un hôtel 3* ne doit pas proposer une chambre borgne en sous-sol.

La propreté et la literie . La chambre est neuve.

Chambre (numéro 502)exiguë… pas de place pour poser la valise que l’on doit enjamber. Placard pratiquement inexistant... robe courte, trop longue pour avoir sa place…Chambre en rez-de-chaussée, donnant sur un mur sordide à 1m de distance. Aucune clarté. Les fenêtres enterrées ne laissent pas passer la lumière. Il faut sortir de l’hôtel pour voir le temps qu’il fait.

Décor, comme partout aujourd'hui. Pas trop de rangements pour les vêtements.

Bel hôtel , emplacement parfait mais petit déjeuner à revoir

Chambre confortable et bien décoré, literie très bonne. L'emplacement est idéal et le personnel gentil

l'insonorisation n'est pas très bonne, on attend les passages dans le couloir et escaliers. le petit déjeuner serait à revoir car c'est le minimum et pourtant il y a de bonnes boulangeries à côté pour avoir de bonnes viennoiseries et du bon pain.

Good location and comfortable rooms for those who don’t mind the street noise

The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. The room looked recently renovated with tasteful decoration.

Location is good, quite central. However, the room was very noisy, both from the outside (traffic as it stands in a big avenue), and the inside (noisy neighbors and thin walls).

La décoration magnifique, du style, très belle déco, classe; la beauté du lieu, l'atmosphère, le confort du lit, l'ambiance; l'emplacement est parfait.

Un peu plus d'intimité dans la salle du déjeuner serait sans doute plus agréable

Disponibilté du personnel, situation et rapport qualité-prix. Petit déjeuner conforme et varié.

Bien placé mais spartiate

Très près du centre ville.

Chambre sur un boulevard bruyant, matelas épuisé, cheveux sur la table de nuit, pas de prises électriques près du lit, odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain, petit déjeuner basique.

The location was fantastic, super close walking distance to the city centre, shops and restaraunts. Perfect place for exploring.

The standard was very average, really uncomfortable beds, room was very dark, only one power outlet in the whole room, WiFi dropped out constantly, the room and hotel decor was very old. Overall I would not recommend to stay here unless you're only concerned about location.

Simple, clean, kind staff, good location

Someone was available at the desk 24 hours; English was not a problem; accommodating, and my room was ready when I arrived. Everything was clean.

The shower water pressure wasn't very good, but that's my only complaint and I managed just fine.

we felt cheated and disrespected

We were very unsatisfied with the room and think it’s a disgrace that the hotel charged us 90€ for it. It looks nothing like the pictures on booking and on the hotel's website. The room looks like a space for luggage that was converted into a double room for guests. There is a window facing a wall and a door out which is to a tiny space with a fence full of spider webs and dripping air-conditions of the floors. There was no day light because it faces a wall and it feels like a dark den. On top of it there was no door in the bathroom and there was noise from the reception through the night. It feels disrespectful and If it wasn’t so late when we arrived we would have looked for an alternative solution! We sent two complaint emails to the hotel but they didn't even bother to answer us.

Great location for exploring Aix.

Great location. The fact it was in the city centre but quiet. (Ask for a garden view room or could be noisy facing street) Small but clean & comfortable. Staff very helpful.

The hotel is located near the main street at downtown, and there is a supermarket in front kf it, as well as restautants very near the hotel.

Great location for a short stay.

Great location, very close to all the sights and easy walking distance to everything in the city centre.

Very basic and small room, not as it appears in the photos. Bathroom was tiny and tiles old and need an upgrade. Shower head was loose and didn’t stay in position. Good for the two nights we were there, but would probably stay somewhere else if longer stay as not much space to put clothes, no drawers and little hanging space.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were of poor quality. Avoid room 29. It comes with a private toilet that is located outside of the room.

Centre location , everything just around the hotel for tourists

Ruined by fight outside hotel during the night when main door was smashed and we got little sleep.

Location was excellent as we were attending concerts for the Aix festival.

Public Parking badly signposted so we missed the turning for it (150m from the hotel) and spent nearly an hour driving round in circles on Aix's one way system. Stay was ruined by a major disturbance outside the hotel during our second night when the door to the hotel was smashed during a fight at 4 a.m. - then again when guests in the hotel started shouting at each other. So no sleep for us. We asked for a discount because of the disturbance but received just a shrug of the shoulders from Reception.

Very good

It was close enough to the town as well as the car park. Very convenient.

First, I paid 3 times using my credit card which was declined..when I arrived, the same card/s worked! Then I was asked to place a 50€ cash deposit for any damages. I refused on.the basis, this was a booking.com booking plus I have never heard of this demand before. The room door had damages and also the front door to the hotel was broken.

Great location, walking distance to the Main Street. Inexpensive place to stay for 1-2 nights.

Not the cleanest hotel, the sheets had some stains on it and we found the previous guests’ hair in the shower.

Very disappointing.

The hotel is on the edge of the old town and makes accessing nice neighbourhoods easy.

The room was not as advertised, smaller, grubbier, dated and cheaply furnished. The grouting in the bathroom was dirty and mouldy. The bed was very uncomfortable. Extremely disappointing and inaccurately represented in photos. The hotel smelt dank and was dark and warm throughout.
