No vale el precio.

Es cómodo para llegar, pero la ausencia de personas en recepción impide una comunicación fluida, especialmente si estás de turista y no tienes internet.

En la descripción decía que tenía aire acondicionado, que una vez en el hospedaje nos dijeron que no estaba habilitado. El clima ya estaba caluroso y además de eso, la calefacción seguía funcionando y no se podía apagar (a pesar de que le dimos a apagar, seguía emitiendo calor). Por esto mismo, tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas para que refrescara la habitación, pero el barrio muy ruidoso, por lo que pasamos una noche terrible.

Very good

The location is close to the airport, I could get a bus in the airport it was just a few stops away, pretty close. The room was very clean and the host was super nice too! Very welcoming. Breakfast was a croissant and cappuccino in a bakery close by! :)

The air conditioner wasn't going cooler.

Clean comfy modern and convenient for flights from Marco Polo

Comfortable, clean, quiet, well-organized, new furnishings and modern bathroom. Even though there is no on-site staff, I received quick responses to my written enquiries during my stay.

Could have used a few snacks (either complementary or for purchase) Could have used more posted info about arranging for early morning taxi service

A clean and comfortable hotel near Venice.

The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very appreciated. So clean and comfortable. I loved the vouchers for a coffee and croissant nearby. The bus into Venice was also just a few meters away.

Large, clean room and bathroom. Self check-in was pretty straight forward. Bus stop to Venice right outside property, buses come fairly regularly. Bus trip to Venice takes approx 20 mins . Tea & coffee supplies and kettle available in room.

Bathroom had no ventilation or exhaust fan so steam built up and floors became very slippery. Able to open the windows, however. Location is quite far from Venice but more affordable than staying in Venice and bus made it accessible. Free wifi did not work at all for the duration of our stay.

Nice place to stay - very clean, modern, huge bathroom. Very close to both bus lines so only 20 min to Venice. Private parking on the premises .

No breakfast was included but they did give you 2 gift certificates for a cappuccino & a pastry at a nearby shop which was just a short walk.

A quiet place with a reasonable price is highly recommended when you visit Venice.

The location is convenient for taking buses to Venice, from airport to hotel, going to Mestre, to train stations in Mestre and Venice, near some excellent restaurants, staff is very friendly and helpful. If you travel with a group of friends or family, this hotel is a good choice.

The bathroom is not comfortable enough, lavabor is not deep so it is so easy for water to run out to the floor .There is not any adaptor plug for electric devices or USB charger

Perfect stay. Very thankful for the care.

The owners are very very kind. They waited to help us with the luggage, especially on our departure when we did not ask. The room and facilities are perfectly arranged, very beautiful and comfortable. The location is perfect to explore Venice - only 10-15 minutes bus to the old town, airport or train stations.

Perfect place to stay on your way into or out of Venice. Comfortable and convenient!

This room was what we'd hoped for before flying home from our vacation. Communicating with the owner was very easy. They had put out information on using the bus system which was helpful for us getting to the airport. The room was very comfortable and had all of the comforts we expected. They also included a voucher for a coffee and pastry from a local bakery which was a nice touch. The little neighborhood area was a delight on my morning walk.

Clean room, helpful staff and good value for money

We only stayed for one night as we were travelling onwards the next morning, however the staff were very accommodating given our late check in and very responsive to our queries. The room was large and very clean with good facilities. Breakfast was also nice from the nearby cafe. :)

We enjoyed our short stay at Villa Erica. Very nice and clean room, with big bathroom. It was 15 min drive to Venezzia by bus, which stops near the villa. We very much appreciated the free parking in the yard and also the self check in, as we arrived late. The breakfast on the terrace was also very nice.

Perfect spot near the airport/city

The staff is great, the room is spotless and is a perfect place to pass by Venice. Close to the airport and nicely connected by bus to the city. Good option if you want to avoid staying in the city.

Very nice place to stay when traveling to/from Venice from Marco Polo airport

Nice location - just 15 minutes from the airport by bus and same 15 minutes from Venice by bus! bus stops are 1 minute walk - basically right outside of the villa. The ability for self-checkin was extremely nice and appreciated - we were sent instructions about how to do it. Although we came 1h earlier than the check in time, the room was ready. That was much appreciated when traveling with a toddler.

There were no fridge at the room, but there was a public one. Unfortunately the public fridge was just a tiny little one - could not fit our food bag.

Loved villa erica

Location is advantageous as it is fairly close to airport. Bus station nearby with regular shuttle for travelling. Quiet and clean neighbourhood with helpful people. Liked our room a lot as it was spacious and very convenient. Erica always replied to every message fast and is a lovely person.

Not a con at all but couldnt find departmental shops for errands. All in all would recommend to people as its a nice place.

There is bus stop next to the house to get to Venice. There was various and tasty breakfast. Nice room for only one night.

The furniture in the room and bathroom is rather well-worn. It wasn't so clean.

Short stay and was pleased with every aspect of the hotel. Very clean and comfortable and the owner Lucia was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and simple.

Just what I needed. I would choose this at any future stays in Venice.

I was exhausted after the flight. It was quiet and there was teabags and hot water. It is easy walking to bus stops going into Venice or back to the airport. The manager had a beautiful spread for a continental breakfast.

Convenient location between airport and Venice city centre

The villa was off the main road so was easily accessed by public transport. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Check-in was simple and Lucia kindly let us check-in earlier to make the most of our time in Venice.

Great experience

Nice, cozy and very quiet. Strategically positioned near two bus stops to Venice and only 15 min away from Venice entry point and close enough to Mestre on the other side. Also close to the airport in case of fly in arrivals. Restaurant and pizzerias available at walking distance. Definitively a come back should we decide to return to Venice.

Not actual complaints but suggestions for the future consider non sweet options for breakfast, milk capsules for the in room kettle and a bit more attention to bathroom floor cleanliness.
