Comfortable apartment in an excellent location.

Excellent location and a spacious well equipped apartment.

It could be noisy if the weather is nice and the plaza outside is busy.

Fantastic central location,, but bring earplugs!

We stayed in a studio apartment which was really spacious, bright and clean. Great kitchen facilities, wonderful shower and comfy bed. The location was very central and perfect for accessing all attractions.

The only down side was that the building's airvent system (I think) emitted a constant low level buzzing throughout the apartment. I had earplugs with me so could sleep peacefully, but I think I would have struggled without them.

Based on the price, some basics could be much improved

I liked the location. The people in the reception were friendly and helpful, they kept our luggage before checking in and out.

There was noise in the hallways all night and early in the morning, like people dragging stuff and voices. So the insulation is not really good. The apartment did not smell well. It had a compelling dusty-humid smell, including the pillows and comforters. I had to spray a bit of my Eau de Toilette in the pillow every night so the smell was not so pregnant. The sink in the bathroom would not drain the water. So the first day we had to clean up the pipes and deal with a bundle of hairs and muddy stuff stuck in there that prevented drainage. It seems like a basic thing that room cleaning should cover. The photographs provided in the website do not give you a sense that the apartment is much less spacious that you imagine and that the sofabed and the double bed are not separated by any wall. You cannot guess that information through the pictures provided, and I think it is important to know that the only space that is separated by walls is the bathroom. We needed to call for the garbage to be collected, otherwise the garbage won't be collected.

Amazing place, would definitely recommend

It was a bright airy apartment with good amenities. The location is amazing.

A small thing but it a wardrobe, the clothes rack next to the kitchen area meant we had to move our clothes into the shower area when we made breakfast so they wouldn’t smell

Great Central location

We had such a lovely weekend at hiding space Westgate. Location was great, very central and it was nice to be able to pop back throughout the day and spend some time in the apartment. It was very clean and modern, despite it being busy outside we never had issues with noise.

Not sure if we missed them but we couldn't find any baking trays. Not a big deal but would've been useful.

Fantastically laid out flat/studio!

Location: less than a 10 min walk from the train station and conveniently nestled between a Tesco Express and The Stable pub. Surprisingly very quiet (thx to double glazing). Coffee shops around the corner as well. Perfectly proportioned and laid out flats/studios with everything at hand!

enjoyable stay as central location. apartment was fully equipped.

clean & modern apartment, ideal central location. additional coffee pods handed out happily. fully equipped for a weekend & longer stay. nice & quiet during the night.

52 steps to the room, lights on sensors but not coming on early enough so walking up slowly in the dark wasn’t good!! bathroom smelt damp all the time. coffee machine instructions would of been helpful. soft closing doors would be advisable.

Issue unloading car, finding parking. Parking app doesn't work on Irish phones. Lots of stairs and some stairs were not well lit.

Perfect location for a short stay. Great space, well equipped, disappointed by beds and bathroom.

We loved the location and the decor of the appartment. It was also very functional, with everything we needed to eat breakfast as a family with two young children. Great choice of pillows.

The main bed was only two single beds put together and kept coming apart at night. Not very comfy. My son was sleeping on the sofa bed which was terrible uncomfortable. Our daughter was in a travel cot (charged 10£) with no mattress (only the foldable plank) and the linen was a bath towel folded in two. Very disappointing. The bathroom was quite cold and the water not very hot in the shower.

Fantastic accommodation, conveniently located to all of Bath's beautiful attractions

Fantastic location right in the heart of Bath and well fitted out apartment

Super minor but there was no lift so bags needed to be carried up the stairs and the milk included on arrival was curdled

poor customer service with no support due to cancellation reasons outside my control

can’t comment property would not let me cancel due to getting covid 4 days before trip which I informed them of immediately. in all other situations with other properties in the past they have been sympathetic to circumstances like this. Booking.com were very helpful and would have been happy to refund me, and went out of their way to help; but property would not even let me reschedule for another date or give me a penny back! very disappointing
