Accomodation Fine Restaurant very poor

Staff were welcoming and helpful The room was clean and comfortable

I had dinner in the adjoining restaurant which was inedible I had Fish and chips with Mushy peas The chips were fine the peas were very dry and the fish was extremely overcooked and the second time wasn’t any better

Great stay

Fast check in and checkout. Location is close by to Mrt stations and city centre, timely shuttle service to Orchard & Stevens Mrt. Many restaurants below hotel and convenience store. Nice getaway from hustle and bustle.

Perfect and relaxing. Loved it,

Frome the moment I arrived in the taxi to when i left, i was pleased and very satisfied at the level of service provided by the staff. Especially when I checked in Dash was very helpful assisting me at reception with arranging my room. Charlie was great in bringing my bags to my room on level 7 Room 729. Loved the view and the room was very clean, view perfect, bathroom hygienic, loved the comfortable bed. After flying for 14 hours from Europe and very jet-lagged, i slept so well and woke up refreshed ready to explore the beautiful city of Singapore. Breakfast was scrumptious, with a tasty mix of local and European dishes. Lunch was tasty. On checking out, Sofie was very helpful. The level of customer care and service provided by Sofie was simply outstanding.

There was nothing i did not like :-). Novotel on Stevens was the best choice for me to stay at and I already have plans to bring my family to Singapore for our vacation and intend to stay at this hotel.

the first day house keeping clean my room in such a messy way, did not even change my dirty cups, and remove used towel. tissue papers was almost empty and the furniture is dirty. 2nd day, housekeeping throw away my new shoes box, which i can not understand why she throw it, it was put on the table and not near dustbin. i wanted to keep the box, but nothing i can do when it is gone already.

Was told that the hotel was fully booked when checked in, needed to move to the hotel next to Novotel. When making the booking, I have already remarked that will check in at 2am. It was so tired that need to move to another hotel and I needed to wake up early for work next morning.

After booking and paying before arrival they could not find my booking. I had my family and had to wait more than an hour as they tried to sort the issue. Eventually I was allocated a single room yet the booking says 2 rooms. Had to wait again for them to look for another room and the family was tired from the flight. Got 2 rooms apart from each other and it was not good to separate a family. Breakfast Buffet set up was a mix up. The plates and glasses were a mystery to find. The cereal and juice section were the furthest and most hidden.

after having 3 beers and wanted to pay the bill, the staff told us that another brand would have been on Happy Hour… I do realize money is first priority in Singapore, but that was a bit rough… so never again for my company… room cleaning and service was very good! no complains…
