Verwennen in een heerlijk en prachtig hotel.

Grote en luxe kamer, prachtig zwembad en jacuzzi met fijne strandbedden. Locatie perfect. Goede gerechten in het restaurant op de prachtige rooftop bar.

Hermoso hotel, muy bien ubicado 😊

La amabilidad de la gente, todo el tiempo expectantes a nuestras necesidades. El desayuno no tenía mucha variedad, pero está bien. La piscina muy limpia, la ubicación es única, a 100 metros de las peatonales y 200 del mar, muy tranquila.

Del hotel todo perfecto! Pero para destacar de tooodoo México, son muy insistentes con las propinas, en muchos lugares te imponen un 20% que me pareció una barbaridad, ya te cobran servicio y ademas te imponen, no te sugieren, te dicen del 20 para arriba... Eso no me gustó de México porque algunos meseros realmente no merecían propina...otros obviamente SII, pero ya es su imposición asi

היה בחדר ריח של עובש, הצק אין לא היה מהיר ויעיל והיה מאוד חם בלובי, לא הרגשנו שהסבירו לנו על מתקני המלון מספיק. הבריכה למעלה היא יותר ללקוחות ולא לאורחי המלון, כשהגענו אליה המארח אמר לנו שהישיבה בתשלום גם לאורחי המלון ולא הציע לנו מקום או לאכול ולשתות פשוט אמר שאין מקום והלך לענייניו למרות שביקשנו כמה פעמים שיעזור. היה תחושה שלא היה לו אכפת אם נלך או נשאר ולא הרגשנו בנוח. בצק אאוט שלקי הרבה זמן גם, לקחו לנו כסף על ״מס עיר״ ללא קבלה

לא מבין על מה ההמלצות, לא אחזור לשם בחיים

קרוב לשדרה החמישית, אבל החדר רועש מאד גם בלילה

היינו 6 לילות בירח דבש… אין שום תמורה למחיר, חדר חנוק וצפוף, היינו חייבים לשדרג לסוויטה כדי שיהיה אוויר וגם שם אין פרטיות, כל חדר צמוד לשני רואים ושומעים הכל. נותנים את המינימום האפשרי וכל דבר אחר בתוספת תשלום (כולל תשלום נוסף על כיסא בבריכה, חניה ועוד). חדרים רועשים מהמוזיקה ברחוב עד 3-4 בבוקר, מפריע מאד בלילה. פעם שלישית שלי בפלאיה ויש המון אפשרויות טובות יותר וזולות יותר.

Nie polecam - 5* zdecydowanie to nie jest!

Hotel ładny, czysty, pokój bardzo duży, dobrze wyposażony. Fajny basen na dachu. Bardzo miła obsługa.

Śniadanie wykupiłam na bookingu, nie było informacji, że będzie kontynentalne. Inni goście mieli wybór z menu, zdecydowanie większy. Ja nie miałam podobno tej opcji - w hotelu poinformowano, ze to wina bookingu, booking mówi, że to hotel. Tak, czy owak - ekstremalnie mały wybór - koszyczek pieczywa na 4-osobową rodzinę, 2 dżemy, miód. Kawa i soki dolewane przez kelnera, w bemarach niejadalne ziemniaki, jajecznica konsystencji sera żółtego i papka mięsna. Do tego codziennie kilkanaście minut przynajmniej czekania w kolejce do śniadania. Drugi mankament to beznadziejne wyciszenie pokoju - wszystko było słychać od sąsiadów.

On the whole, great hotel and location.

The hotel is ideally situated in town, close to the beach, bars, restaurants and local amenities. The staff were great, special mention for Arturo at the rooftop bar who provided excellent service.

The one slight disappointment is that the hotel let non residents up to the top pool bar area, this means that occasionally it isn't possible to get a lounger and can be a little crowded. We were also told that the premium spot loungers with the best view are an additional charge of $250USD per day which is excessive and amounts to more than our room per night.

Bien mais cher.

La proximité de tout. La piscine avec sa vue splendide. La connection internet. Très bon petit déjeuner.

La cuisine sans ustensiles un peu inutile. Le fait que sur l’annonce il y avait « balcon » et qu’en réalité, il n’y avait plus de chambre disponible avec un balcon. Le prix est rester le même se qui est vraiment pas terrible.

No more service at the Fives.

Rooftop pool and easy location to 5th Avenue

I was so disappointed. We came.previous year and it was excellent. This year the room was horrible- it smelled like mold and the AC didnt work. Our family slept in sweat bath at night. Staff never brought towels or toilet paper unless I went to reception to pick it up. Reception guys were very rude. I came close to knocking them out. They had all new staff from previous year and they don't work as team. They are lazy and rude. We will not stay there again.

The location was in the heart of the venues. All I. Walking distance. Worked out well. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel

Floors in room were a little gritty, could have been a little cleaner. However, slippers on your feet prevented feeling the residue on bottom of feet.

It's not the hotel fault that they had the worst seaweed on the beaches in modern times

safely located great bedding premium rooms were extremely well designed and modern and even had a waterfall shower which I've never seen before

amazing stay, good vakue for money

Very smooth check in experience, the room was huge, very good value for money. The buffet breakfast hs a lot of choice, we loved it. Very good locatolion, right next to fifth avenue, and 2mn walk fo the Ado bus station. The rooftop pool is amazing.

We had a baby, but they dont provide any baby crib.

smell of mold, and we slept on 4th floor and there is a roof top above us (they walking and maybe jumping and I was so loud), every day from 7am to 11pm. so maybe 4th floor is not for everyone

Beautiful well located hotel. Without elevator.

Good restaurants in the hotel. it has its own activities inside. The ubicación is very good. You are a block away from the 5th Avenue.

We stay 1 week in the hotel. One elevator Is not working. you have to wait around 10-15 minutes to go down or up. I don’t know how a great hotel like this. That it’s not cheap wait so long to fix the elevator. Or probably they should make a discount to the guesses or give one free breakfast at least.

Terrible experience - we left 2 days early

the lobby is pretty and the rooftop pool is ok. If you don’t get a whirlpool balcony suite, the rooms are terrible for the price. City view is a view of a garbage dump.

We stayed 2 nights in a whirlpooll suite and asked if we could have the same room type when we returned 5 days later. We were told yes and that our reservation would be upgraded at no charge. When we arrived there was no room available for us other than a smaller, dirty room, shared balcony with a view of a trash dump below. And they charged us more. We were made promises again to move to a better room the next day and so we stayed. Again, no record of a pending change on our reservation. We wasted two whole days battling with the front desk and trying to get help from booking.com . Eventually we packed up and left to go to another town. They said they would refund the time we left but we are still waiting for that. But they should refund all four days since out trip was significantly affected. Also the safe was broken in our room and they had us waiting in our room to have it repaired and nobody fixed it. This hotel experience was the worst I have ever had in all my years of traveling. If you stay here, ask for room 410. it’s most likely the only nice room.

Very urban hotel

The hotel is in the center and close to all the shops and restaurants. The pool at the rooftop is nice with a good restaurant to eat and drink there. The staff is really nice and helpful.

The hotel is not on the beach and in the basic rooms there are no windows which is very claustrophobic.
