We mainly enjoyed a large terrace. Apartment is clean and well equipped. There is a supermarket nearby and bus stop is also quite close. You can easily get to Palermo with the Bus 806.
Even though the property is very close to the sea you need to walk a bit further to get to the beach. Beach is divided to different sections and those closest to our property required to have special membership. If you plan to stay on Mondello beach, I would definitely recommend you to book bedchairs online in advance

nothing.
we spent one night in the house and left for good – it was impossible to stay there, very uncomfortable and upsetting.
the first problem we faced was that we rented the whole house but we could only use one bedroom and the rest bedrooms were locked. that was weird.
we walked around the yard and saw that it was dirty, some of the garden furniture was broken, the fence was dirty and we couldn’t go the the seaside as it was locked with a huge pile of garbage. there were some kind of construction works at the seaside which were loud and strangers walked by the fence. for some reason there were clothes hanging on a rope and private stuff of some people on the left side of the yard and a used ashtray with cigarettes left in it.
inside the house everything smelled badly. especially from the air conditioner and inside the wardrobes. there was bad food in the fridge – fruits and etc. also smelly. the stove partly didn’t work. insides of the wardrobes were dusty. we had a dirty towel (we mentioned that only after using it after shower).
the interior itself looked old and bad – it looks better on the photos of place on booking. there was a burn spot in the kitchen. there was a lot of private stuff – dusty and smelly in a wardrobe in hallway. the house was dirty and not pleasant to leave in.
also, some people arrived to the second part of the villa and house owner didn’t mention anyone coming and didn’t warn us.
as we were leaving on the morning of the second day, we were trying to call the house owner to give the keys back and he didn’t answer our messages or picked up the phone.
all in all, villa looks dirty and feels smelly. it feels like someone just left and a landlord didn’t make the cleaning. the house is very unpleasant to leave in and to my mind cannot be presented for travelers like this. it is definitely not worth the money.

The location is by the sea. The host is great and the price is very reasonable.
The property gate is very narrow, if you rent a car choose a small car like eco car. We have a Jeep Compass and it’s so stressful not to get a scratch. Otherwise it’s a safe and gate parking.

So nice house, so big and confortable! Lovely terrace, sea view, a couple of steps and you reach the sea!))
Feels that this home was made with love! So fantastic sea view. Very nice owner! Thanks Bruno for his hospitality and welcoming! For sure we’d like to come back!
