Struttura molto pulita e nuova ..!! Personale cordiale
Avevo prenotato due camere perché eravamo 4 amiche per un addio al nubilato ,peccato che ci hanno messo agli antipodi della struttura ..!! È stata molto sgradevole !!

Exceptional hotel and service. We are grateful to Wided for taking care of all the very small details that made our stay fantastic.

We loved everything about our stay, the room was spacious and we'll decorated, the food was exceptional, the staff were very welcoming. I would like to say a special thanks to Ahmed (Manager at the Blu restaurant) he was very friendly and always recommended great food, Tamer (beach) he was so accommodating, Mohammed at the Alysse Restaurant was so friendly. All the reception staff were great especially Donia. The gym staff, the Spa facilities were great, Saeda gave us a great Hammam experience. The Creek restaurant staff were fantastic and made out anniversary dinner so special. Amira the Assistant to the GM left us with a fantastic last impression.
Everything perfect

Very friendly and supportive front desk operators. Nice room with a good view and comfortable bed. Very nicr room service. Calm and good atmosphere. Supportive and helpful team indoors and outdoors.
The repetitive disturbance, at 17:30 some one came to check the mini bar !. For me this is strange. 10 minutes later and a day before the check out date a call telling which time are you checking out. Sounded like hotel wanted to rush us out day before or as early as possible. Did not sound nice and insisting to know is not actually proper. Time of checking out is up to the guest as long as it is within the specified time. Thank you.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife for 5 nights.
I work in the tourism industry myself and I have to mention that I am a very big fan of the founder of Four Seasons. I know all his thoughts about service and the hotel industry and respect these ideas with great euphoria. For this reason I cannot give a bad mark, although the service in the hotel was extremely poor.
We had to wait about 60 minutes at reception for our room to be ready (no problem at all). However, they didn't manage to bring us at least a glass of water in over 30 minutes. We had a nice room with a large terrace. In the first day I went to the reception because I wanted to connect my Ipad to the TV. I wanted an adapter for that. They didn't have such an adapter (no problem either); only the answer was funny. The gentleman at the reception said that only Android devices can be connected to the TV; that's rubbish. Then I ordered a taxi, drove to an electronics store and bought an adapter. After 30 minutes I had my adapter and of course I was able to connect my Ipad to the TV without any problems... What a pity!
On the third night Me and my wife wanted to eat at a restaurant outside the hotel. I went to the concierge early that day and asked the lady there to make a reservation for me. In the evening I went to the reception with my wife to order a taxi to the restaurant. The lady at the concierge told me that the restaurant is not accepting guests that night. I was shocked and asked why I wasn't informed in time. So I could arrange a reservation at another restaurant. After that it started to get scary. The lady at the concierge said she already called my wife. She said that my wife told her that she arranged something else! But that was not the case. After I said she didn't speak to my wife, she said the room numbers were mixed up. That shouldn't happen with a Four Seasons. She should just apologize and arrange a new reservation instead of doing cheap tricks.
I tried to have the chocolate refilled in the minibar in the room. Sadly impossible. In 4 days they didn't manage to send the chocolate to the room that was in the bar when we arrived. To my great astonishment, the lady at Guest Relations didn't know what kind of chocolate was in the room. I had to show her a photo of the chocolate so she can understand what it's all about. On the fourth day they managed to send two pieces to the room. How is it possible that the lady at Guest Relations doesn't know which chocolates are standard in the rooms? How is this possible at Four Seasons Hotel? Pity!
Now I come to the climax of the service failure. On the last day I went to the pool with my wife. At noon she wanted to eat something. I wanted the menu, the waitress there said that the restaurant by the pool is closed. I was shocked again. You can't have lunch by the pool at a resort. At the Four Seasons Hotel. I asked the waitress if we could order something from room service. Then he told me that he had to talk to his supervisor about it. That was enough for me. We had to go to the room, dress accordingly and walk to the restaurant at the top of the building. We got food there. After that (after about 90 minutes) we came back to the pool. There I saw that other people get food. I was shocked again! The manager there came to me and said that room service could bring food to the pool. This is not the standard of service that the founder of this brand envisioned.

Rooms were comfortable, elegant and large. We particularly enjoyed the balcony and spent lots of time out there taking in the view. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the experience was top. We also enjoyed the spa and did the hammam which was a truly unique experience.
The only comment I would add is that I wish there were more local food options on the menus both in room service and the restaurants throughout the hotel - it's very Western.

The hotel Location was very good
When the hotel gets busy, staff start to forget about orders!
I have been waiting for an order for 1 hour, then they told me that we forgot about it.
Everything your order on the bar or restaurant could not get invoiced to your account you have to pay instantly!

Amazing property, excellent staff and services available. Beautiful pool and access to safe and secure private beach. Room was always kept clean and well stocked with toiletries, bottled water etc.
Check in tried to charge us around £500 in advance for “extras”. Much preferred to settle at the end, but felt slightly pressured to pay in advance (we only needed to settle £50 in the end, which would’ve entailed a refund).

You pay high prices with breakfast , other than that cool places to spend a vacation

Great facilities with spacious rooms, very nice outdoor and indoor pools. The spa is very well managed with nice treatments menu, great gym and caring staff. The hotel has as well an on site kids club which is very convenient.
Really liked the in-room dining experience for day to day meals with a great selection of dishes and a fast service. But also for a one-off treat with custom menu from the chef and fully decorated room for special occasions.
Special thanks to the Concierge and in-room experience teams who were lovely. We will definitely come back.
Service is a bit lacking and inconsistent sometimes especially at rush hour as the hotel was full.
Check-in experience could be improved.
The kids club could have more activities (sports or crafts) supervised by the team.
