The interior of the apartment was good.
The owner agreed to give a refund, which was never paid back to me.
I will not recommend this facility.

location was great, apartment is well kitted out and comfortable.
difficulty communicating with manager, windows in the main room would not open and there was a heatwave in London.
4.0
not much
the property smelled of cigarettes, they were keen on a deposit but obviously didn’t enforce their rules, curtains missing in one room, generally untidy and not clean

I was very disappointed. In the flat a lot of things was damaged.
If only it were mantained and clean it would be acceptable.
Underground is 30 minutes walk.
If you have mite allergy not advised, my kid has it.
On the floor most carpet and not CLEAN.
The table in the kitchen is unstable.

Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, surprisingly quiet in view of the fact that it overlooks a bust main road
Maintenance issues: shower door hanging off its runners, no seal on the sink plug so it's impossible to fill the sink (water just drains away). And the spout on the sink tap falls off - literally - at the slightest provocation. Urgently needs attention by a plumber.

The location was great and the flat was spacious enough for a family of 4 to get away for a few nights. We were really impressed with how quiet it was. The bed and sofa bed were really comfortable.
We got the impression the place was cleaned with very quick once over. The shower was clogged up with hair so wouldn't drain (we fixed this ourselves), the kitchen sink tap was nearly falling off and when we couldn't get the tv remote to work, no one replied to my messages. We fixed it ourselves, we don't mind but for the money i would not expect these minor problems. I didnt hear from any staff at any point other than standard messages about my deposit.

Location in Camberwell is handy, although not the best part of Camberwell.
Decent sized towels
Decent shower - not bad pressure and warm
Washing machine
Netflix on TV
Lee who manages flat was helpful when check in process didn't work efficiently
- Check in process left to last minute - had to chase day before to get sent the details of how to access flat.
- tables outside the cafe downstairs blocked doorway to flat.
- The communal stairwell in block is pretty grim and unwelcoming
- The flat itself was clean (ish) but didn’t feel clean as it is very worn and tired looking. Really needs re-decorated and basic repairs done. The phots DO NOT reflect the reality at all.
- Windows in living room were very, very dirty.
- Kickboards at bottom of kitchen cupboards loose, one fell off when i closed a drawer, one already was missing and other one sitting at an angle. It looked really unfinished and cheap
- Badly laid laminate with dust and grime in between gaps.
- Damp patches on ceiling in bathroom and in the hallway.
- Bathroom carpet ragged and needs replacing
- water quickly builds up in shower as drainage isn’t very efficient and it seemed the drain hadn't been cleaned very well.
- no shelves in bathroom for toiletries
- bathroom light pull cord broken so light had to stay on all the time!
- Bed too soft and pillows lumpy
- main light in bedroom is too dim to see anything
- Wardrobe is too close to bed, can’t properly open door and difficult to walk round bed because wardrobe is in way.
- Weird chemical smell on bed linen.
- wifi signal very weak in bedroom and cuts out.
- Worst of all is noise in flat. There is no soundproofing at all. First night there was very noisy family upstairs, very loud conversations. Generally could hear every step as well as noise from cafe. It was impossible just to relax and watch TV.
This flat might be just about ok if you are going to be out all the time and only need a bed, and only then if you don't mind a really soft bed. If you want to spend any time chilling with a glass of wine watching telly avoid. It is a depressing and for me quite a stressful place to be.
