Camas incómodas y pésimo espacio. 2 camas en una habitación muy chica. El baño sin un tubo para agarrarse y prevenir accidentes.

La cercanía a la 5ta avenida

Me parece que tienen publicidad engañosa, las fotos nada que ver con la real, la supuesta salida a la playa un timo, huele a pura gasolina ya que tienen varios lanchas allí varadas, la alberca asquerosa, muy sucia de verdad... su atención al cliente falta de tacto, y respuestas muy poco asertivas... al pedir mi factura me indican que es mediante booking cuando en booking siempre dice que la factura se pide en el alojamiento... no se si es evasión o cual es el propósito... aparte de que me tengo que enterar que booking les paga en el mes siguiente y me debo esperar... son cosas que como huéspedes ni importan ni me competen.

Séjour génial

Chambre spacieuse et joliment décorée. Propre et très fonctionnelle. Situé en plein centre de playa del Carmen pratique pour sortir le soir et proche de toutes les commodites (pharmacie, change, distributeur, supérettes, boutiques, restaurants, bar, boîtes de nuit, plage)

La piscine est dans un patio donc pas ensoleillée Il manque un balcon ou une terrasse pour étendre les serviettes après la plage.

Stylish and clean apartments in good location but we couldn't use the beach

Very stylish and clean apartments in a central location with good kitchen facilities

Not the fault of the apartments really but unfortunately the beach out back was covered in so much seaweed that we couldn't even go on it. Worth bearing in mind as we booked specifically because it's so close to the beach but couldn't go on it.

the beach area has boats, but you can still swim on it . The pool is kinda small but there was not people when we st

love the location . it’s close to the 5th avenue and just a few steps from night clubs. The apartment has pretty view . The location is perfect if you are looking for clubbing . actually you’re close to the main everything. we enjoyed our stay there.

Great for vacation with family and frinds

v We stayed in 2 apartments. Apartments 4 and 3. Apartment 4 is spacious. Very nicely designed. Comfortable beds. Quality sheets. Even the toilet paper is soft and luxurious. The host welcomed us with fruits. The apartment is on the beach next to the massage complex. Short walking distance to 5th avenue. The balcony of apartment 3 wins. Gorgeous view. A very spacious apartment.

The apartments are on the ground floor, so there is little noise from the people bathing in the pool or entering the building.

I liked the location but I do not recommend if you want to relax. You will hear music all night long from the bars/

I liked the location, it is in the heart of downtown. it’s big and apartment style.

The first thing I did when I arrived was take off the comforter on the bed and look closely at the pillows and I found long black hair all over bed and under the pillows. the sheets were NOT washed before me. If the sheets had been washed and dried before I checked in, then there would not be all of that hair. I was pretty grossed out.

Nice and clean apartment. Swimming pool, practical for children.

Noisy at night. The three discos, very close by, keep the music pretty loud until 3am. Quite problematic for families with babies or toddlers.

Amazing place for the cost !!!!

Location to 5th best restaurants and party places … lol … it’s in the beach . Or what’s left of the beach . It’s super close to the Thompson, Ilios, La Cantina , and other great restaurants. It smells like smoke , but that’s what you expect from a place in playa close to the scene. It didn’t have anything besides towels so bring your own supplies. It’s actually quiet when the neighbors go to sleep . But can hear every conversation outsiders the bedroom window , and bring eye covers, it’s so bright that the light shines in all night .

Good location

Very good location. Just few steps from the Quinta Avenida with restaurants, shops, bars and the beach. Big stylish apartment with full equipped kitchen and separate bedroom, big fridge. Tv with with Netflix and HBO. Entrance to the apartment by code - this is cool as you do need to keep the key! No noise from the Street which is really important.

Difficult to fix comfotable water in shower, no hair dryer. Very dark in bathroom. The furniture looks a bit old.

location, beds, tv, security, check in and check out was very easy. Small beach was ok but not very comportable for swimming.

was street view (not garden). all pictures in booking is from sea side appartments.

Excellent location for an active vacation.

Excellent location on the beach. Clubs are nearby but didn't affect our sleep. Restaurants and shopping a block away. Cheap but enjoyable massages next to the beach.

Included cookware was limited. Minimal basics.

I didn't expect to see boats at the beach, so even though you have access to the beach, it’s not nice, you can’t jump in or sunbathe. You need to walk to another beach, mamitas or far away.
