Leuk hotel voor een kort verblijf in Straatsburg

Prima stadshotel in het oude centrum van Straatsburg. Alles op loopafstand.

Parkeren kan niet direct bij het hotel. Je moet een stukje lopen met je bagage.

Well-located hotel for a quick stop

This hotel is very well localed. It is close to the train station and to the petite france, you can easily walk around to explore. There are many close options for eating out and sightseeing. The hotel offers a "gouter" from 3 to 7 pm. During gouter hours, you can get yourself some cake, fresh lemonade and coffee. It's the first time I've seen a hotel doing such a thing, and I thought it was very thoughtful. The staff was very nice, and they even allowed us to use extra towels to take to the public bath of the city. They had a water dispenser machine in the hall that offered cold and sparkling water. Very nice if you go in the summer!

If you are booking a hotel for a quick stop, this is probably fine. If you are booking a hotel to stay longer and enjoy, keep looking! We stayed 4 nights and we were very disappointed with our room, considering this is a 4 stars hotel. We booked the "Standard double room". The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the room was tiny. The bedframe was made of wood, so considering the pillows were non-existent, it was not very pleasant to sit in the bed and watch tv. Both me and my partner left with a backpain. The door to the bathroom in our room was made of this very nice piece of wood that looked like a closet door, but it was very difficult to close, and it made a lot of noise. After the second day we were honestly over it, and we just wished we had a functional bathroom door. The cleaning service was chaotic, and we had no idea when they would do their round. In the morning, sometimes we would see them close to our room, and then we would leave so that they could clean. Then, more than 1h later we would come back and they would still be on the same place. Then, for two days in a row they simply forgot us, and we had to go to the reception on the second day to ask for the service. In the next day, they did pass, but they forgot to refill the toilet paper. This can appear to be a very small problem, but because we never knew at which time they would pass, we were always stressed to go back to our room and then lose the opportunity to have it cleaned. Sometimes we would simply linger in the hotel hall instead of going up to maximize our chances to have our room cleaned, which honestly, is simply ridiculous.

Ideal für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Straßburg

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Ist vom Bahnhof in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß sehr gut und einfach zu erreichen. Es liegt in gut an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielen Lokalitäten. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Sie sind alle gut drauf und sehr entspannt. Die Zimmer sind schön, modern, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Zimmer haben auf uns einen hohen Wohlfühlfaktor vermittelt. Es gibt in der Lobby kostenfrei Kaffee und Wasser und gegen Nachmittag Kuchen und selbstgemachte Limonade. Ich kann das Hotel jedem Empfehlen, der einen gelungen Aufenthalt in Straßburg verbringen möchte.

Wir kommen wieder!

Ein historisches Gebäude auf dem neuesten Stand gebracht. Wir hatten das Superior Doppelzimmer, welches schön eingerichtet ist und auch ein großes Bad mit Dusche hat. Die Ausstattung ist gut und in der Lobby erhält man kostenloses Wasser und Kaffee. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat unseren Aufenthalt auch noch angenehmer gestaltet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Genau was man braucht, und sehr hübsch! Tolle Bar und Flammkuchen direkt daneben.

Lage, Frühstück genial

Die perfekte Lage für den Weihnachtsmärt

Preis/ Leistung zu teuer Zimmer ultra einfach Badezimmer zu klein keine 2 m2 platz auf dem WC Oberhalb vom Lavabo eine Ablagefläche konnte nicht mal richtig das Mund spülen Schlechter Wasserdruck beim duschen Betreffend Bad da wartest du mal gute 30 min bis du ein Glas Wein bekommst Schichtwechsel, Protokoll lesen sind die Antworten Chef hatte nicht so freude, dass wir reklamiert haben. Aber wenn ich über booking buche bin ich auch ehrlich wie ich es empfand

Lindo hotel con muy buena ubicación.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado para conocer Strasburgo, en pleno centro y muy cerca de los mejores monumentos. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y pudimos dejar las maletas tanto al llegar como al irnos.

La habitación un poco pequeña, el baño estaba remodelado pero no del todo, las puerta del baño era muy vieja y quedaba un espacio debajo, ademas que la puerta tenia un brazo para cerrar solo que era muy incomoda.

Lovely, unique old building with magnificent wooden staircase. This place has a soul. The location is great, just in the middle of old town, with plenty of restaurants and nice shops around. I also loved their environmental policy - great plus for me.

The room was really miniscule. It was basically a bed.

The bathroom looks very different than what they showed on the website. We paid a little more for the room thinking to have a bigger bathroom, but the bathroom was the small like standard room.the shower door is broken and there was no hot water from the sink.

Location: it’s in the petit France, very nice and cute neighborhood. The hotel is cute, too. The bed is comfortable. Very nice.

You may hear the noise from roads in the early morning. The door of shower has certain gap so the water will flow to the bathroom.
