All ok except the awful breakfast.

Breakfast. The worst I’ve had in any hotel for a long time. £3 to help with luggage? That’s a first!

very poor breakfast

We are both vegan and unfortunately, the sausages served were inedible - they were dry and hard like rocks. the beans were served in a soup bowl, and I had to ask a waitress for something similar to serve the bread slices, which were placed in a black box. Everything seemed lacking in love, and the quality of the food was very disappointing.

The food need to be presented with the proper crockery, and the quality of the food should be improved

De locatie is echt top, het zit pal naast Brighton station en je kan makkelijk naar alle hot spots lopen!

De kamer was niet schoon, de ventilatie in de badkamer werkte niet en de bedden zijn heel klein!

Excellent location-felt safe for a solo female traveller.

Room quiet and comfortable with a city view and glimpses of the sea. Attentive staff at front desk. Not too crowded at breakfast.

Breakfast was ok. Missed a fresh/frozen fruit salad option (there were some tired looking fruit in bowls)

Stayed just for the night as a solo traveller in Brighton - felt very safe, it was quiet and the room was clean and comfy. Ideal place for a one night stay.

Didn't really explore the hotel or use the restaurant so difficult to comment on any of these things.

Great city centre hotel with friendly and attentive staff.

The property is ideally situated in the city centre within easy reach of many shops, train station, cafe’s and restaurants. The staff were superb! Very friendly attitude and extremely helpful and polite - a credit to the IBIS brand. Although a little more basic than some hotels i have stayed at, it was extremely clean with a modern feel to it. The breakfast buffet was really good with a great choice of hot and cold items to choose from. I didn’t eat at the hotel in the evening so cannot comment on the menu. The bedrooms were very clean with an immaculate bathroom “Pod” which contained all of the amenities including an excellent walk in hot shower (but no bath). There was a couple of lifts just around the corner from reception but one was unfortunately not working which could mean a bit of a wait sometimes (especially at breakfast) as the hotel was quite busy.

The one down side for me was the bed. Not ideal for those who like a softer option. The mattress was thin and very firm.

Great stay for Brighton

Check in process is really quick and easy and all staff members were lovely. Room was clean shower was hot, and bed was comfy. Right bear the station and great walking distance to town.

For the money it would be good to have a little breakfast included

There were no USB sockets in the room. The wc/shower pod looked a little 'tired'. The door to the wc/shower pod would not shut.

Clean, spacious & comfortable

Clean spacious and quiet room. We travelled as a group of cyclists so good to have bike secure in the room. Good bed. Friendly helpful staff. Good location near station - easy to walk to places to eat & drink.
