I stayed one night at Nayara Springs (after one night at Tented Camp). The whole Nayara property is huge & would be hard to navigate on foot by myself, and very beautiful. The golf carts will take you anywhere. The staff was so warm and helpful across the board.
My room (V07) was beautiful, clean, comfy, & fairly spacious. The patio & plunge pool were nice, & it was very private but I didn't have a volcano view (or any view). The room service menu at Springs wasn't as much to my taste as Tented Camp, though, & the room service breakfast was fine but not amazing. All 3 resorts share restaurants, pools, etc. beyond that. The food & drinks across my stay were mostly excellent. What's great is that even at Springs or Gardens, you still have access to all of the resort grounds, pools, restaurants, etc. and most activities. One tip, if you're going to move between the resorts at Nayara, I'd recommend doing Tented Camp last, so you're moving up and not down :)
I enjoyed the coffee tasting class at Mi Cafecito, as well as my spa treatment (green coffee wrap with Erika). I didn't get to spend tons of time at the various pools but did pop by a few & found them beautiful & enjoyable...the Termas (hot springs) were small and private, tucked into the jungle. Cielito Lindo pool (adults only) was great, nice bar too. Each of the bars have different drinks, so it was fun to bar hop between them. Overall I can't speak highly enough about my stay here, except that I was too short!
Not much, just nit-picky stuff. Do be aware that the golf carts can sometimes take a really long time to come, particularly around dinnertime (like 20-40 minutes), but even other times. "Normal" is like 5-10 though. But plan accordingly. Also, the patio lounger doesn't have any comfortable pillows, & is not in the sun at all so not good for laying out. So go to the main pools for that. I didn't necessarily think my room (while lovely) really reflected the price of the stay, but certainly you're paying for the overall resort & location as well.

Attractively laid out, cheerful attentive staff, most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, sublimely relaxing environment.

The scenery is outstanding. Truly immersed. The staff make you feel like you're the only guest. And even though they are fully booked It is not at all crowded. This truly is the perfect splurge.

Nature, amazing design, privacy, service.
luxurious yet minimalist.
Some restaurants could be cheaper.

Staff was on point, private pool was amazing, room service and laundry very much appreciated, restaurants were great
Neighbour's AC was located just outside the room, I could hear the noise in the background

Everything was fantastic. Staff is wonderful, plenty of restaurants and bars to eat and drink at, the grounds are beautiful and rooms are immaculate.
Nothing really! They've taken all previous suggestions to be better and already improved.

It was gorgeous! Lush forest and beautiful details with tons of animals!
I loved everything

This was the best hotel experience I have ever had. There were a lot of staff, so there was always someone available to help out. The staff were also all charismatic and made the stay a lot of fun. The food was excellent and the grounds of the resort were immaculately cared for. Their gardeners do impressive work! I hope Nayara continues to keep their extensive staff and continues to keep them happy enough to do such an excellent job!
Other hotels and resorts have been ruined for me, and I cannot afford to visit regularly.

Price is very high.

This is an incredibly beautiful place with outstanding staff and service. Breakfast was wonderful. All in all, a great place to enjoy the paradise-like surrounding of la Fortuna.
it's a wonderful place but really very expensive! If you are simply looking to enjoy good service and the beautiful surrounding of La Fortuna, there are many other lower priced options.

The outdoors and facilities are out of this world. outstanding staff and service. Perfect place to relax and forget about everything.
There are a few restaurants and bars but don’t expect any exiting for having fun at night.

I absolutely loved the hotel; it was beautiful, exceptional and a real treat of luxury for myself in the end of my 2 week trip around Costa Rica. The restaurants were really great, all the ones I tried. The buffet breakfast at Nayara Gardens was nice and extensive and it was delightful view of the Arenal Volcano.
The staff were incredible, so accommodating, exceptional service from each and every member.
The spa treatment with Liseth was very good, she is very experienced and professional.
All the bellboys were so helpful, helping me find frogs or toucans in the middle of the resort, really kind and respectful.
I was blown away by the resort, it was amazing, and I had an incredible time here with myself.
2 days, 2 nights, was perfect, a 3rd night would have been a treat. Spa and the ability to walk around the resort was amazing and the mini bar is on the house, which is great (excl the alcohol), but this is a great sentiment given the high price one pays for the room. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, I will be back,
A la carte options for breakfast at Nayara Springs, I think this should be switched to Buffet as well then they will have more residents coming here for breakfast, in the adults only restaurant. The A La Carte felt a bit limited and not much variety. As a solo diner, I had to wait quite a fair bit for my dinner at Asia Luna on the 2nd night, despite being one of the first attendees to the restaurant that evening, I am not sure why it took so long, however I was provided with an appetiser on the house, however I was not told why there was such a delay.

Breakfast each morning was exceptional. We appreciated having an adults only environment, and also the guest to staff ratio was low - the service was very personal. The staff went out of their way to get to know us and our preferences.
Honestly the only thing that could have been better is the consistency of the WiFi across the property.

Loved the food and the staff especially Steven he was always helpful and nice ! I think the property is too expensive for what it offers. Did not see many animals as advertised and the drive to mayara Springs is too long and expensive commute which should be included since this is not a prime location- near any beaches. Nonetheless the service was great but not the best hotel in the world !
Commute to hotel! Location was extremely quiet and services are too expensive for Costa Rica !

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The coffee and included breakfast in your room each morning were awesome. The location was also incredible.
The lunches and dinners that were offered at all three restaurants were incredibly underwhelming and in some cases downright bad. On numerous occasions the food resulted in multiple days of indigestion or worse. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows deflated completely the moment you put your head on them. Finally the whole experience just seemed kind of artificial, the former location of 22 acres of primary rainforest turned into a well curated collection of tropical plants. Ultimately Nayara Springs is not in line with what one would expect from a five star hotel/resort. It was a pretty big disappointment.

The breakfast was delicious and so much food! The room was incredible and we loved having our private mineral pool.
Nothing! We thought it was perfect!

Love the place, everything was excellent and staff was amazing. I celebrated my birthday there and the staff decorated my room so beautiful. I highly recommend this resort.

Customer service, location, meals, atmosphere, and attention to details.
An all inclusive meal plan would have been nice.
