Gorgeous grounds and hot spring pools.
Day passes for student tours hit the pools around 3. Very nice, just lots of them.

Room was huge and spectacular, the hot springs were really special and didn't feel too crowded, after dinner we had them to ourselves. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Buffet dinner was OK but didn't quite match up to everything else.

Beautiful thermal resort with many pools at different temperatures to choose from. Nice and big rooms, good restaurant with live music and friendly staff.

Very spacious room and extremely clean. Bed was soft and comfortable. The hot springs were brilliant, such a great experience. Enjoyed the cocktails in the pool bar. The breakfast was excellent.
Lack of vegetarian options at the snack bar and a la carte evening menu. This is a bit of a problem across Costa Rica but I think the hotel could improve by offering range of vegetarian choices.

Breakfast was fine. The same buffet everyday. Nothing special but everyone in my family found something.
Rooms were spacious and clean.

We honestly liked EVERYTHING about this resort. The hot springs pools were amazing! The water always HOT with multiple waterfalls and private small pools and waterways to relax in and explore. Breakfast was great! Rooms very nice with huge showers and comfy beds. Staff very friendly and helpful.Unique view of Arenal volcano from a upscale coffee patio/deck. Reasonable
No concerns at all.

Our room was gorgeous, amazing huge bed & double shower, one of which was outside with glass which connected you to nature. Outside stoned jacuzzi/hot tub which was great. Hot spring pools were well looked after. Staff were really friendly & helpful, just WhatsApp them & they were on hand. Excellent views of the volcano from the cafe area. We really enjoyed our stay.
We paid for a room with an outside jacuzzi & clear view of the volcano based on pictures shown on the website. But when we arrived, our balcony/terrace had a metal fence right in front of the volcano (see picture). Naturally we were very disappointed. That said the room was stunning, it’s just be warned - if you book that room for the view, you might end up with a metal fence. We flagged we were very disappointed & they gave us $50 credit & a bottle of wine.
The food at breakfast & dinner were average. We’d recommend eating in town.

Great hot springs and great massage services. Close to Arenal with a great observation point.
The restaurant food is not as good as I hoped. Small portion sizes and sometimes bland flavor.

The pools and the facilities were beautiful, with good location just a few miles from La Fortuna. The food options were good as well - we liked the coffee bar especially. Drinks were a little pricey.
I didn't like the number of day passes that are given out for non-members. At times the pools were very crowded. I wish they only let the day trippers in until 5 and that the night time was reserved for guests only.

The hot springs.
Most rooms are nice.
Try to make sure you are not on the first floor, the single window is open to the throughway.

we were completely surprised that this is a BOUTIQUE HOTEL and more sophisticated than most hotels in the area.
we wanted to stay longer.

It was a paradise of beautiful fauna, friendly smiles and and amazing experiences.
That more people weren’t there to enjoy the property.
