Great stay - well located hotel, lovely staff and super comfortable

Great hotel - can definitely recommend ❤️ we stayed 4 nights and everything was great. Hotel is located within walking distance to most popular places and we were able to leave our bags there when we went to Halong Bay Cruise. Breakfast is also great and staff are amazing ❤️ Big thank you to Tracey who looked after us so well ❤️

Exceptional

This has to be the best hotel we have stayed in Vietnam 5 star service rooms have very comfortable beds,and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

Convenient, good value.

We loved the staff - they all knew us by name even though we didn’t officially meet them yet. The location was excellent.

Room was a little dark - no windows for natural light. We thought the room would be bigger judging from the photos.

Lovely small hotel in the old quarter.

Good location. Large room with comfortable bed & nice shower. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff.

No bar. Missed our taxi to Tam Coc because the driver was as told we were not staying at the hotel as we had checked out half an hour earlier. The hotel kindly paid 50% for a replacement taxi.

On the heart of Hanoi

The hotel is in a great location. The manager Thomas, and his team, are so helpful and friendly! I would def stay here again.

Decent stay; would recommend for tourists.

The staff were extremely helpful and spoke very good English making our stay comforting. They arranged tours for us and it was enjoyable. Their recommendations on the tours and places to visit was really helpful. They even arranged for some sandwich options from outside the menuas we had dietary restrictions.

The room could have been bigger for the money spent and the balcony could have been smaller. I didn't care much for this. For adults, this was a smaller room. I wish there were more vegetarian food options for the breakfast.

Very good

Excellent service; good location in the old town;

No bar! I found Hanoi incredibly busy, Crossing the street was taking your life in your hands. The scooters/motor bikes do not give way. U fact it seems nobody gave way. Traffic is complete chaos.

Right in the heart of Old Town (Phố Cổ), good stay, nearby everything.

Nice room, great service and good breakfast. The facility is conviniently located next to a laundromat for 30k/kg and the service is quick and clean.

5 days in the Old Quarter

We liked the location because it was central but not in the heart of the centre which is crowded and noisy. So it was a perfect spot near shops and restaurants and spas. The staff was excellent and they were helpful and assisting every time and every day. We were surprised positively that they offered us a room for free to take a shower and change clothes way after our check out, yet before our flight just when we got back to the hotel to receive our luggage. (They had informed us that if there was an available room they would do that and so they did)

The breakfast was more than decent but we would prefer to have a bigger variety, especially when it comes to Western cuisine. The bedroom was queen size, in good condition and with totally relaxing feeling but we think that it needs renovation - especially the bathroom which is quite old with a noisy bathtub. Fridge didn't work in our suite but we didn't complain about it. It wasn't that necessary to us. WiFi was a little unstable but working in all areas. However overall experience was very good. We recommend it.

Comfort, location and great staff.

Our room was towards the back of the hotel and was so quiet. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was really good and a lot to choose from. The location is so good and central to everything. Most importantly the staff were fantastic and we felt very at home. Thomas (Tang) the manager could not have been better and we felt we made a friend while we were there. He was so professional and helped us with all our needs and arrangements. He certainly went above and beyond. His team reflected his good management - Anna the breakfast supervisor was such an asset. Would stay again.

The shower was hit-and-miss with the hot water but we found that pretty well everywhere. Not a big deal.

luxury stay in old quarter

Brilliant location, just 8 mins away from the Hoan Kiem lake and 2 mins away from train street. The suite rooms are really spacious and well kept, just as seen in pictures. a very peaceful stay and great staff, especially Thomas. Made our stay really comfortable

Classy, beautiful place to stay in the Old Quarter

We were picked up by a personal car from the airport and taken through extremely crazy traffic and delivered safely to our hotel. It was rather late by that time and raining. We were welcomed by extremely competent and kind staff who gave us drinks, refresher towels and helped us get our room squared right away. The room was beautiful and clean and comfortable. Not quite what is in the photos of the advertisement, I think those were taken a few years ago. The bed was very comfortable, the wifi great, the aircon worked great and the breakfasts were really delicious with a range of options to choose from. The staff really were amazing, each one was helpful, polite and very professional, even helped us get sorted for our booked tour. Several local and traditional restaurants close by and familiar pickup place for most tours. Would definitely recommend.

The bathroom layout was a bit squashed (be aware if you are very tall/big boned), and there was a bit of a sewage smell like leaking toilet but I'm sure will get fixed soon as they are very competent.

Excellent value for money and an obvious choice for that location

Great location and the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The staff were really helpful and I really enjoyed my stay.

I found the colour scheme in the room a bit heavy which made the room feel smaller than it was. But if you’re out most of the day ( which I wasn’t) it really wouldn’t be bothersome.

Perfect stay

We were able to take a shower even after checkout, just to freshen up before our flight of 17 hours. Thomas was a very nice host and made us feel at home!
