Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage

Sehr schöne und neu renovierte Wohnung mit stilvoller Dekoration. Infobroschüren zur Umgebung. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch das Personal und auch durch den Chef. Gepäck wurde freiwillig vom Auto in die Wohnung getragen. Besonders freundlich war Ricky, der uns auch ein Faultier im Garten gezeigt hat. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell im Supermarkt und an der Bushaltestelle für den Bus zum Strand. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut.

Es ist nicht ganz so leise wie in vielen anderen Bewertungen geschrieben, vereinzelt hört man durchaus Straßenverkehr und auch mal Baulärm in der Nachbarschaft. Ist halt immer noch in der Stadt gelegen. Nachts aber tatsächlich sehr ruhig (bis auf Vögel und Frösche). Kein aufgehängter Spiegel im Bad. Schade, dass kein Frühstück angeboten wird, das wäre toll.

Fantastic Stay - Highly recommend!

The room was extremely spacious and comfortable with AC and had all the kitchen amenities needed. Great location just a 2 min walk from the supermarket and lots of cafe and restaurants nearby. Super friendly and helpful staff. Lots of wildlife to see in a beautiful setting, including the resident cat and dog.

Good value

Spacious and clean rooms. Nice backyard where you can spot some animals.

Location was not that optimal as we did not have a car. Between Quepos and National Park, so using the bus was the best option. Wifi was a bit unstable.

Pretty cool place

Large room. Very clean. Good amenities. Nice porch area to sit and watch. I saw two monkeys and a toucan. The owner was friendly and very informative. Good price, too.

Parking was a little tricky. Quite a few stairs up and down.

Peace of Paradise, a perfect description.

Quite location, massive comfortable bed, lots of hot water. Very friendly, helpful staff. Seat outside to sit in the shade and view the small garden. Effective, quiet aircon. Kitchenette consists of 1 electric ring, a microwave, chopping board , spoons for cooking, knives and pans coffee maker and kettle. Oil, sugar and coffee are provided Parking onsite is limited, we parked immediately outside the property on the street which was safe. A well stocked supermarket is a 2 minute walk. Restaurants are within walking distance. The bus to Manuel Antonio park and the beach is a 2-3minute walk and costs 380 colones in 2024. Bus is the best way to get to the park. There are approximately 8 steps down to reach the hotel rooms. The property is easy to find on good roads. We would love to stay again.

Agradable pero no pude dormir

La ubicación es perfecta, el hotel esta muy bien organizado, es limpio y realmente agradable. Las personas que atienden son amables y ayudan en lo que se necesite. La cama es amplia y buena

Desafortunadamente no pude dormir porque soy muy sensible a la luz directa en la noche y en el hotel mantienen las luces encendidas toda la noche y aunque se cierren las cortinas no son lo suficientemente gruesas, de manera que tuve la luz directamente en la cama

A real piece of Paradise!

Lovely, well equipped studio in a beautiful garden with agoutis and monkeys right outside the door! Situated on a quiet street away from the traffic, but still close to shops, restaurants and a short bus ride (or walk) to the beach and the national park. Very welcoming staff! Emmanuel was amazing, very helpful and attentive. He helped me with tours and great advise about the area, and simply made you feel welcome.

Increíble estadía

Realmente paz de paraíso. Este alojamiento nos encantó: la habitación es súper amplia, la cama es muy cómoda, todo super limpio y ordenado, y la cocina perfecta para preparar desayunos y comidas. No se escucha para nada el ruido de la calle, de hecho solo se escucha la naturaleza. Además, Emmanuel nos brindó una excelente atención y consejos para explorar Manuel Antonio.

Great stay near Manuel Antonio NP

Very friendly owner. Location is on a side street of the busy main road so you have no problem sleeping. Secure parking on site and great AC in the bedroom! Some great (vegan) restaurants within walking distance of the hotel so you can leave your car at night parked.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit weak but that’s about it!

beyond ours expectations

everything was perfect! clean and large apartment, very comfortable bed! kitchen well equipped! staff was very nice and helpful! but the best thing was the animals you could see from our balcony! I had the best time!! truly a peace of paradise! unforgettable! highly recommend! I really hope to return one day!

nous avons changé d’hôtel pour venir ici et on n’a pas regretté du tout !!

Pour tout vous dire, nous avons fuis un des hôtels de la ville que nous avons payé bien plus cher pour une qualité piètre. ca parait loin sur la carte peut être mais le bus passe toutes les 20’ et s’arrête où vous voulez, donc en 15’ vous êtes à la plage. on a aimé le raffinement de la chambre, l’espace et la cuisine toute équipée. la propreté et la climatisation pour une fois bien positionné à l’arrière de nos têtes et pas en pleins devant nous qui est d’ailleurs très désagréable. le confort est optimal, l’espace bien pensée et l’endroit est propre. le son du drunken monkey est léger à notre ressenti. ça ne nous a pas dérangé ! le supermarché à côté est génial, on a enfin trouvé des options végé au Costa Rica ! le soda angel est bon marché et très bon, grainent ! la pizzeria juste à côté est aussi délicieuse et le café Emilio est Cher mais top ... tout est à distance de marches. on a adoré le sloth dans le jardin et la beauté du végétal. les couleurs vives de l’hôtel nous on beaucoup plu. Jim est un homme extra que nous vous recommandons vraiment de rencontrer. on l’a adoré ! drôle, de bon conseils, serviable, c’est un bonheur d’avoir partages quelques instants de vies avec lui. jim si tu nous lis, merci encore !

Superbe

La chambre est nichée dans la nature, c’est super propre, le matelas est très confortable, la cuisine bien équipée, il y avait du café et des bananes, très appréciés quand on part à 6h30 pour la visite du parc Manuel Antonia. Emmanuele nous a super bien accueillis, il nous a trouvé un guide pour visiter le parc Manuel Antonio le lendemain. Et nous a conseillé un excellent resto (Emilio’s cafe). Superbe endroit

Franchement, rien. Peut-être un peu loin de la plage mais si vous êtes en auto, aucun pb!

Amazing stay in Manuel Antonio!!

The location is great, close to the bus station and restaurants. The staff (Emmanuel) is super helpful and nice, he gave us a lot of good recommendations and helped us with booking tours. The room is clean and spacious. We even saw monkeys on our balcony!

Peace of Paradise is wonderfully located with great staff and beautiful porch. Can't wait to return!

We loved everything about our stay at Peace of Paradise. This was our favorite stay on our most recent trip to Costa Rica. We were a group of three adults and had more than enough space. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the neighborhood felt very safe. The kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed the location and proximity to restaurants and a grocery store. Emmanuel and Jim were so helpful and informative. They went out of their way to help us with activity and restaurant tips and shared information about the neighborhood. Our very favorite part was our time enjoying wildlife watching on the back porch! What a wonderful place, we can't wait to return!

The parking was a bit tight, but there was plenty of street parking and always someone available in the office if you needed help moving a car.

Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg, von dort aus geht es bergab bis zu dem schönsten Strand, Playa Espadilla, den wir bis jetzt gesehen haben. Der Inhaber hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Totenkopfäffchen spielten direkt bei uns auf der Terrasse, ohne lästig zu werden. Die Zimmer sind groß, das Bett und die Dusche riesig. Die Küche ist mit eine Kochplatten und einer Mikrowelle ausgestattet.

Die Herdplatte... Es war nur eine vorhanden und die sollte mal auszutauscht werden..

We were sad to leave

We really enjoy our stay in peace of paradise Really close from Manuel Antonio park, Quepos and the beach. Even if you don’t have a car, you can get easily a bus or a taxi. We even went walking towards the beach. There is a supermarket near by and restaurants to eat The staff treat us really well It was really clean! The bed was pretty comfortable The shower has warm water And the kitchen has all that you need it. Including coffe :) We were able to clean our clothes there as well We were able to see some tucans and macaw just from our balcony!! Really peaceful place as well and 100% recommend it

Wonderful!

We would come back

The staff was super friendly and helped us to get a great tour through Manuel Antonio Park. The kitchen was well equipped and the supermarket was really close. The beach is in walking distance if you are fit and don't mind climbing the hill afterwards (~30min).

In our room it was not possible to change the fan speed of the air conditioning which was a bit loud during the night since it was on full power all the time.

Beautiful place to stay in Manuel Antonio

We had a great time at Peace of Paradise! The room was spacious and clean and included a small kitchen. It was close to the bus stop to both Quepos and Manuel Antonio. There is a supermarket and great restaurants a 2 min walk away. Jim gave us recommendations and helped us find transport when we needed it. From our room we got to see toucans, monkeys and parrots! 100% recommend this place!

A true gem to stay - comfortable, friendly, in excellent location

Very comfortable rooms, equipped with a full kitchen so you can prepare meals or enjoy take-away food on a proper plate. Super comfortable bed. The rooms are also beautifully designed, clearly with an eye for details such as pleasant reading lights, storage space in the bathroom etc. The garden is a special delight, with many animals visiting that you can spot from your balcony. And the owners make you feel really at home. Excellent, and highly recommended!
